I came here on 7/14 to browse and get some shopping done. Tory burch is my go to place for sandals and work shoes. Shout out to Luis who helped me get several pairs to try on and see what fits best depending on the style. I ended up getting 4 pairs. These shoes aren't the same prices as before as almost everything went up in cost. However, Luis did help me clean a pair and asked the manager for an additional discount for me because of it. Customer service, management , literacy ...very poor, cashier had definite attitude problem. We wanted to exchange for a different product, and true there is an exchange policy of 14 days BUT we had called a couple of days after the sale date requesting an exchange, explaining that is was over a 100 mile drive to this store and we would be late and it would be "no problem" So we got to the store, found the item which was actually more than twice as much of we had purchased previously, thinking okay, we'll get credit for what we are returning, BUT NO, they gave us a lesser amount of credit of what we paid originally, it was $297.50 but gave us credit of $ 238.00 ?? thinking what the hell, we had purchased a bag that was $ 658.00 and they can't give us the credit based on purchased originally and what "we were told" that it was no problem, but they told us it is what it is - 14 DAY POLICY, even though, they had told us otherwise. It's truly sad when they can't honor what they say. In fact they can't even do the math correctly, it shows $658.00 minus $282.00 which should equal $ 376.00 as the sub-total , but what does show on the receipt - it shows $ 420.00 as the sub-total plus it only increases the sales tax on top of that - UNBELIEVABLE !! No service, was interested in dropping my credit card, but since no one gave us the time of day, there were other stores who appreciated us much better. Came a few weeks ago and wanted wait to see how I felt before writing a review. First off 1/5 for staff only. Products and availability of products were fine. I don't like to dress flashy when I shop. I shop in comfortable clothes esp when we are shopping for long periods of time. Never have I ever felt soooooooo judged and/or discriminated by employees at a store before. Idk if it was my clothes or my age but they didn't give me the time of Day there. It wasn't busy and they were just standing around talking to each other the whole time I was in there. I came on a WEEK DAY too I wanted to buy a set of gifts for my Bridesmaids so I was willing to spend money but NO ONE. I mean NO ONE asked me if I need help or even took a second glance at me. I was in there for an easy 10-15 mins browsing. I wasn't even ignored at all the other stores we went to like jimmy choo, GUCCI, PRADA, YSL, or All saints. (Which we made purchases at some of those stores as well) Some of the staff were helping a few others but I counted 3-4 standing by the counter just chit chatting away. I saw them say hi or go up to other people who came after me so that's when I knew it was me and I was being completely ignored. I got uncomfortable after awhile when I realized it so I ended up leaving even when I found the perfect gifts for the girls there too. I just didn't want any of the people to get commission off my purchase when they didn't even acknowledge my existence. So I'm taking my money elsewhere to staff that actually do their job and provide customer service. Seems like other people have similar experiences. Maybe Tory Burch should look into this internally. Kaaaachiiing$$ I also wanted a belt because I wore the heck out of mine already... but of course, all gone:( There's a line to enter the store. Don't act like you don't see us standing in it! The door monitors are good at keeping the line moving. I can't get over the professional and congenial way the salespeople behave with people making a huge mess, allowing their children to run around as if in a playground as well as being rude and ungracious. I love Tory Burch but this location has awful service. I went on 7/28/23 at about 7 pm. For some reason 2 ladies were counting down money on registers when my sister was ready to pay for her sunglasses. No one asked us if we needed help by the way. I had questions about 2 bags. When I asked the cashier, she rudely said that she didn't have the prices of the bags memorized and that I needed to go and ask a sales floor person. She said it in a rude manner and any other Tory Burch store that I have gone to will call someone for me or the cashier will help. I Don't have a menu of who helps With what. I just had purse questions but I guess everyone was too good or too busy wanting to count money or perhaps leave early. I went tp Kate Spade and they were amazing. Price on it was marked down to $164.00 but the other ones says, $215. The salesperson told me that $164 is not the correct price. The customer service girl on the floor at the Tory Burch store was very helpful, however the lady that was behind the cash register ( who seemed to be a manager or supervisor was rude, and horrible, she rudely told me stand in the back. I bought a purse, and was not advised by the cashier or the customer service girl that it was a no slae return item. after an hour I went back to return this item ( to buy something else in the store) and was met by the cash register girl that gloated that I canot retun a no sale return item and insisted that I should have known this is it was on my receipt and gloated at me, the fact that this was not a return item. She was insistent that I could not return the item even though it was an hour of purchase and I was willing to return the item in exghange for something else and pay more if needed, however, instead she insisted I buy something else. Beware of there slaes policy on the finner print of their receipts. Never well shop here again. read more

I got sucked into Tory Burch as I was passing through the area. My wife was home working and wanted to see what they had. I couldn't face time with her since my phone is old school. I ended up texting photos to her of various racks, tables and shelves. She would text back with pics of what she wanted and I would ask for her size. Some of the sales guys through pity on me as I was showing them the texts. Anyway, I think that was a better way for my wife to shop than having her there in person. But either way, it worked out. I made my way to the back of the store where the shoes were. SALE SALE SALE! 20% off lowest marked price on SHOES! Ok, so this is where I would spend my afternoon. My phone memory started maxing out since I had soooo many pictures on there and trying to text them. I guess it worked as I was able to get a hold of a pair of wedges for her. It's a hit and miss at TB. I have purchased a couple bags from TB now and I love the colors and sleekness of the shape. I'm not a fan of the Doctor bags or the heavier totes, but I like the classic look. What I'm a fan of most at TB is their flip flops. They're $40 a pair but sometimes you can get a sweet deal. I have about 12 pairs already - yes I'm obsessed!!! They are super comfortable and the colors/styles are nice. The slippers hold up well and I haven't had a problem since and I wear them weekly. The staff is a hit and miss also because if it's super busy they have attitudes. In fact this last time I was making a purchase the guy who was ringing me up was so involved in his convo with other employees that he barely paid mind to me. Another time when I was making a purchase, the lady who rang me up was super nice and helpful. TB usually is busy with a line out the door so the earlier you go the better! read more

Went on a Monday and it was empty , only one lady at check out , I waited for any employee to help me in the shoe department but no one was around , then a woman appeared and I asked her to get my size in 3 shoes, she came with 2 and left. Found that the 2 of them were not what I asked for , I called around for anyone but still no one was around , went to the check out lady and asked her about anyone to help , she called her colleague but still no show , I heard her in the warehouse laughing and talking on the phone, so I left the store . Like other Tory Burch outlets, discounts are usually 20% off retail prices. I found plastic make up bags for about half price. The other difference with this outlet store is its large size and indifferent salespeople. I walked in and it was practically empty and there were a few workers chatting by the register. It's the holiday season, people. Where are the holiday sales? One 50% off table by the door is inadequate. I like Tory designs but I wouldn't wait in a bouncer line to browse here. I didn't even see the expected section where out of season bags were offered for much reduced prices. You can get better deals at the markdown table at Bloomingdales or when Bloomies includes Tory Burch in their special sales. I also saw some older Tory designs on the make up bags. Her bugs print is about 2 years old. I may not buy a lot of Tory but I know her merchandise. read more

The quality of Tory Burch is questionable. I have heard complaints that the flats aren't comfortable and I have seen the logo from the famous flats fall off. As a result, I would steer away from any footwear due to multiple complaints from friends. I don't expect to be acknowledged here (just like I wouldn't expect to be acknowledged at Burberry either). Customer service definitely needs improvement, but maybe they're all scrambling to help with the shoe section. I have a very serious Tory Burch addiction. I also have a serious addiction to discounts! So, pretty much, Tory Burch at a discounted price is my heaven on earth! Lucky girl that I am, this TB outlet is less than 30 minutes away from me! However, because I'm attempting to be good, I've only been here twice... And, twice I've purchased something. Really, it's hard not to. On some items, their selection is only about a couple of seasons off, while other items are up to date minus the most popular colors. I find it to be a nice mix. I was able to purchase TB flats that I love but have unfortunately been discontinued. Also, the associates offer me bottled water while I shop; they're engaging and pleasant. Makes me feel welcomed. I do, however, agree with my fellow Yelpers; the security guard at the front door is a bit much. But he's cute, so really, seems like a win-win to me! read more

As soon as I walked in a lady looked me up and down. I was looking to buy a pair of shoes so I went straight to the back. At the back no one asked if I needed help! Instead when I asked a girl if all shoes where 50 percent off because of the large sign they had she immediately screamed at me and said No only the sandals those are not sandals! I asked her can you tell me which ones are 50 percent off then she rudely told me which ones. I have never felt so bad in a store before. Upsetting to see that the people that work for this store believe they are better than others. Very rude employees and horrible business ethics. It seems that when my wife goes there they always discriminate against her because she is Asian. They talk about her like she doesn't understand ( but she does.). They always hassle her. I have been close by and they were unaware I was with her and heard them talking about her because she buys a lot. I tried to ask Maria a question on the telephone and she refused to get on the phone stating that she had nothing to say to me. The lady with the tattoos on her neck is always grumpy faced and never smiled and seems to be the one that, unless you are her race, she treats you like crap. Needless to say, I would never recommend this place. They are mean and racist and it is obvious that the management isn't paid well and doesn't run this outlet store well because you get what you pay for , right? read more

This store has a lot of items filled with Tory Burch purses, wallets, clothes to shoes. i would say the price is alright but sometimes the things are semi not in perfect condition with some scratches so if you are buying something you should really check out the item! I always want to buy some nice flats from here but they always seem to run out of my size but they do carry other sizes and I see lots of very happy ladies buying loads of things. If you can find what you like and it is in great condition you should grab it before it is gone. This store in particular goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. They are patient and they have a nice inventory and they are kind enough to mark off what is available. The store assistants never seemed rushed or impatient. Because of the store and this store ONLY would I recommend this more to my friends and family. The store decor is beautiful and the very core of Tory Burch. Style is Preppy-boho with her signature logo and it's easy to wear. My favorite items are their shoes. Fashion with comfort. Customer service is great here, but the prices aren't as great as you think. The only deal you will get the ones that are the ones on sale...some better than other. A pair of Abbey 2 was $215 retail, here $192. You can sign up for the mailing list, so hopefully there will be better sales in the future. This store is worth standing in line for. There's a great selection of handbags, shoes and clothing at fantastic prices. The weekend I went was so busy, they had to line up outside. If you're a fan of colors like green and orange, you'll certainly find items that will end up on your arm. I walked in a few circles trying to justify another black handbag purchase but I couldn't do, it even though the price tag was so inviting. The only thing they didn't have a large selection of was the jewelry. I was looking for bracelets but only found the clear cuff and double-wrap leather one.
