So apparently, the staff here think that they're working at Chanel or Louis Vuitton because of their obviousness display of bougie. However, the times that I've been to LV and Chanel stores, I still have yet to experience the level of rudeness as I did at TB today. I guess because I came in with my workout attire and they thought I was there to waste their time. I asked for the shoes in a size 6 and the lady didn't bother come to tell me they didn't have my size; instead, I had to approach her. When I asked her to check a different color, she didn't bother checking in the back and just told me that the display one is size 6 and asked me if I wanted it. Her display of rudeness is so obvious!! Next, a guy asked me if I needed anything and when I asked to see the shoes, he responded that he "wasn't taking any shoes' requests at the time" Lol... then wth did he bothered asking me if I needed anything? TB has the potential to be a much more elevated brand but the right staffing is a huge key to that success; however, basing on my experience today, they just lost one of their loyal customers permanently. The merchandise is pretty good. Not too off season, but the sizes, especially for the shoes, are a little lacking. It's what to be expected at an outlet I guess. Having said that, this branch does seem to have a little larger selection than the outlet at Camarillo (there was a fringed purse here that they did not have there the same weekend). Two words. Sales everywhere! Tory Burch was amazing when I stopped by today. Deals and sales all over the store, on just about everything. I purchased a handbag and some shoes while here because the deals were irresistible. I have very mixed feelings about the service. Some people were very helpful, some people were the opposite. Cashiers up front were excellent, it's the employees on the sales floor who weren't very happy to help. Outlets always have sales, and TB Outlets are always better to shop at due to major discounts (on selected items) over TB stores in South Coast Plaza or Beverly Hills. I love this store! Can't get enough of it lol! I always find tons of things to buy everytime I come in. It's an outlet store but they still carry regular price stuff too, so it's a hit and miss kinda thing. So if you see something you like get it before its gone! I always work w/ one salesperson name Jorge and he is always helpful. If theres something you like and they don't have it, you can have them search another store and have it ship for free. Sometimes they have private sales w/ additional off so get on their mail list. Customer service is poor. When I was there, there were two or three sales assistants at the shoes dept attending to a group of Chinese Mainlanders, who obviously were potential big spenders, and had tried several boxes of shoes all strewn over the floor. And when I went over to one sales rep for help a second time, I overheard the sales assistant complaining on her mobile " it's THAT customer again" before she told them on my size! What had I done, I asked myself?? And that sales rep just left me alone after that!! Then I realized that group of Chinese customers had left and so did she! Another sales assistant who perhaps had seen what happened was more sympathetic. She asked me to wait for my sizes. I waited quite long and in the end, I was told there were no sizes. I had asked to try two sales items (shoes) which had 50% markdown. After this whole episode, I'm doubtful about the sizes being unavailable, as the available/unavailable sizes were clearly indicated on their shoes (display item) and I couldn't help but wonder if they had been unwilling to entertain someone who buys only highly discounted items. A very unhappy experience. I guess my fault was that I was attracted more to huge discounts, and my spending power cannot compare to those Mainland Chinese. Found my tote. So excited to stop here to see if I could get it. Been trying for months to find it online. They had it. And it was on sale! Yeah me! The store is great. The employees so nice and helpful. Most things though seemed normal priced to me and many items didn't have prices on them including the tote I purchased. I also saw a cool leopard cuff bracelet but didn't want to ask how much. Store was kinda of busy. Many of the guys working looked like CIA. Felt safe but strange at the same time. Here's a tip: Visit this store during the week, instead of the weekend. You can actually walk right in. We were here on a Thursday and the following Friday and was glad that there was no line to get into the store. On a weekend day, I would pass this store up because I simply cannot spend the time to be in line. Once in, I headed to the back wall of shoes. A good selection of flats and mid-heel shoes, I was in awe. Unfortunately, after requesting to try on several pairs of ballet flats there were none in stock of my size. So much for the shoes. Besides the shoes, I came in to see if there were iPhone 5 cases - none to be found. The only available were for the iPhone 4/4s. The store is colorful with color blocks of handbags, accessories and neatly folded cardigans along the walls. The service is average, but not bad. The salesperson assisting me did not really offer to find my size in any of the pairs of shoes that I tried on. Loss of sales on their part. I would come back to see what's new and in stock, but I won't expect them to have my size (too avoid being disappointed). read more

Like others have said, the discounts aren't as great as you think. I stalk Tory Burch's website at least once a month. Don't judge me. Decent selection of shoes, but I've found last season sandals (leather Millers) at retail price of this season's Millers. They also carry some purses that are this season (Robinson saffiano tote) at current retail price. I did find the sandals that I wanted from last season that Tory no longer makes! Sadly, the nice Asian guy helping me told me they didn't have my size. Still cute stuff. Just check the prices online to see if the discounts are worth it (or if there's even a discount). read more

I've been meaning to visit this location, and I agree they don't have the widest selection. Although, they do have some of their classics, and there are plenty of neutral colored items, so it's not like there aren't ANY options. Their customer service was spectacular (this is my first time at this location, so not too sure how they act on other occasions), and I didn't feel like they were spying on me. Some high end store employees tend to follow you around and constantly ask if you need any help, but here they were just being attentive and friendly! Every employee that I reached out to for help were more than willing to help me out, the wallet I purchased wasn't on display in my color (only in black), and I asked if they had any more brown, and one of the girls went out of her way to find me one that was still in the cover & hasn't been touched by anyone yet! I've been here a total of two times. Both times I came after my Palm Springs conference. First time, it was I think in 2014, when we came for Pre-thanksgiving sales. I ended up getting a Khai colored side-purse with the Tory logo. To this day, I still use it as it is in great shape/condition and the quality is top notch. I had purchased it for 20% off. The lady who helped me was also very nice and attentive, she helped me get a brand new one in the back and was very patient with everything. (5 stars) Second time, we came last Thanksgiving...same thing, except NO SALES at all. every thing was priced AS IS! I don't know how this is considered an outlet if everything is the same price if I were to get it at a regular Tory burch store? Anyway I was a little disappointed and did not buy anything. The big issue I have for the store is their customer service. I remember when I visited the store a couple years ago, the staffs were being very helpful getting me the size that I need. They even brought out all the styles for my size and let me pick the ones I liked. But this time was a huge disappointment. The girl with glasses who I asked for help told me that I can only try one pair at the same time, so I picked one. It took forever, so I checked with her again. And then she told me with really bad attitude that " I told you we don't have it!" Which she didn't. I mean I was standing in front of her for about 20 mins waiting, really? No greeting, not an offer to help, no statement stating that the current discount applied to the entire store; NOTHING. And it wasn't because it was a busy day, no-i walked right in and when ready to purchase, no one was in front of me. I even smiled at one and she looked away. I am totally obsessed with Tory Burch! When I found out there was a Tory outlet I couldn't wait to check it out! I am originally from SoCal, but recently moved to NorCal last year. So hitting up the Tory outlet was on top of my things to do while being back home. As I walked in, my eyes lit up and I was beyond excited being there. Just like a kid in a candy store! They have some purses, wallets, clothes, accessories, and shoes. The sales associates are snooty. Not friendly and warm at all. At least the ones that were working that day. I came in with my husband and he has tattoos. I noticed no one in there wanted to help me! All because he has tattoos doesn't mean we don't have money to buy your stuff. Finally after browsing around I found a purse I liked and had to go up to the cashier to see if they had a new one in the back. She then asked another person working the floor to check for me. While the girl was checking the back for me I found some sandals I liked and a case for my iPad. The girl who checked the back for my purse came out with one and I was excited to see that they had more! I told her I wanted it and she then asked if anyone helped me out yet cause she saw me holding the sandal, I said no and she looked over to this old lady who was working the floor and asked if she was helping me. The old lady shook her head and the girl (finally some sort of customer service) helped me out. She was very helpful and patient cause I tried on a couple of sandals. After trying on the first one I absolutely loved it! The second one I tried on, they didn't have my right size. It was too big or too small. I was soo sad! I wanted both sandals, but only got one. So in the end I got a purse, sandals, & an iPad case. Total came out close to $600 and we paid in cash! So a little advice to you snooty sales associates, don't judge a book by it's cover! All in all, I'll be back here to shop again only because I do love me some Tory. Let's hope they read this and do something about their customer service! read more

What a waste of waiting in line for TWO hours to get in. Merchandise is so-so and prices are hardly discounted. The shoe section is chaotic and cluttered. You can't walk around without stepping on shoes and boxes. I wish they had a wider selection of shoes and offered better outlet prices on the handbags. Too many wedges and flats. I was looking for a nice pair of neutral-colored pumps that I could wear to work, but nothing caught my eye. I perused the store for almost half an hour and came out disappointed and empty-handed. Had I known it would take two hours to get inside, I would've shopped online or at Nordstrom and paid full price instead of wasting my time at this outlet store. My verdict? I would highly suggest staying away. Bought a pair of shoes for my sister for her birthday. She absolutely hated them, said they were extremely uncomfortable. This store is my once-a-year treat. I enjoy the clothing I find here immensely. There is, however, that moment of feeling very disturbed--after the cash register...this feeling can linger for a few days, but it is worth it in the end. I enjoy the silk, the cotton and have yet to try any Tory Burch wool items. I find the sales staff at this store to be helpful, and will always go check for sizes in the back--usually finding them! Every time I pass this store while visiting the outlets I always get turned off by the line that forms. On this trip, the line was short enough that we waited approximately 5 minutes before we were allowed in. Might be for the fact that we got to the outlets when it first opened. There were plenty of styles from clothing, bags, accessories and shoes. It made it all too difficult to decide which handbag/shoes to purchase. The only downfall which may not be under the control of the store, but I tend to have little patience when other consumers forget manners or maybe it's a tourist thing. I tend to feel sorry for the workers as they seem to always be pushed to the edge as well as my own. Please and thank you are always nice to hear and maybe not making it a mess while you shop would help make the experience a little bit better... At least it's more controlled that the coach store... I came here the other day on a shopping spree for the wifey. The customer service at this particular location was exceptional! From when we entered, we were greeted by the very friendly staff. While my wife was trying on different shoes, we were given waters, and tiny apple juices for our 2 1/2 year old son. Although they didn't have my wife's sizes in certain shoes, they did have several deals on other items such as coin purses. We ended up purchasing three coin purses which they gift wrapped very nicely. All in all, we would definitely return here. read more

One thing about this store I will say, it's usually always busy on the weekends! Best time to go is during the week. The sales are pretty decent, 30-50% storewide. Costumer service however is a different story. It is hit or miss. You either get lucky with a nice sale associate, or pick a rotten apple with attitude.. if I remember her correctly, Jamie, is phenomenal! Even under the hectic circumstances with costumers putting shoes and items in her face, she was really good at keeping up with me to the best of her ability. She made it appoint to come check on me from time to time to see if I needed a price check or if she could help with anything. Came here recently on a Saturday around 11am (they open at 10) and there was already a good amount of people in the store. No line (not crowded!) and the security guard was talking to an employee inside of the store. I only looked at the shoes. They have a good variety of Reva flats; some were new from this season and the flats from last season were on sale, but I didn't see any classic Revas (simple black); they were all either printed or in various colors. In the sale section, shoes from last season are marked down to $165 from the original $195 price. Some are marked down further to $135! What I think were Eddie flats, which are normally $178, were $99! Huge selection of Eddies in classic colors like black as well as trendy colors. Other shoes were not marked down too much (for example, original price $225, now $200.) I tried on sizes 6 and 6.5 so maybe they have a larger variety of sizes now. I think it would be best to get here earlier in the day (close to opening time) and not on Black Friday or Memorial Day weekend when there will be huge crowds; you will be more likely to find something cute in your size! The staff got my shoes from the back quickly, and the person checking me out was very friendly and gave me a cold can of Coke with a Tory Burch napkin after my transaction, nice touch! Also signed up for the Tory Burch mailing list; they send you a $50 coupon on your birthday!! No complaints at all. read more

My wife has shopped at Tory Burch in the past and we always stop to look at what is new and wonderful there. This was our first time to the outlet store at Cabazon as we were spending the weekend in the desert. We made it a point to walk to the other side of the outlet mall to check out this location (our first time) and I was surprised that even though the store was not full, an obnoxious guy told us that "you guys will have to wait on that line to come in". First - this is a high end shop (regardless that it is in an outlet center although it must be said that this outlet location has mostly high end shops like Armani, Bally, etc etc) and you should not call a man, his wife and his 15 year old daughter, "guys". Its not like we were going into a beer and wings joint. Also, the place should at the very least have more than just a handful of people in the shop to ask people to wait on line outside to get in (the only store in the over 100 locations there that was doing that). The person was a young slim white guy and this was around 5 or so on a construction filled Saturday afternoon. If I was the manager of that store, I would have fired him that day as it is a lot harder to get a new customer than it is to keep one ! read more
