Good deals at this location. Purses are discounted hundreds to thousands off retail price plus 7.75% tax. Like any outlet store, most items are from past seasons or only in vibrant colors, not the current popular pieces. There is a line with a bit of a wait, but many people walked out with purchases. They offer Evian sparkling water, still water, Diet Coke, and champagne. Our SA did not offer us any, but other customers were. SA wasn't pushy, he was helpful by showing us styles he'd think we like and showing us different ways to wear the bags. Gift boxes are not offered. Only for smaller bags and shoes. Purses come in their dust bag and a YSL bag. Security door man was not that friendly letting us in. He was on his phone and stand offish. Tone definitely changed with a purchase. I come out to this outlet once or twice a year for a full day of shopping. This time around I came with the mindset of buying a luxury handbag, it was just a matter of which brand I was going to choose. When I arrived, Zhu approached me and offered me help. I told him I was browsing at first. I ended up seeing a red sac de jour nano bag, which is a classic and a great handbag especially if its my first YSL. Although I loved the style and size, I was looking for a more neutral color. I continued browsing and Zhu went in the back and got the same bag but in dusty grey to show me. I appreciated that he listened and surprised me. I got his business card and asked for the bag to be on hold while I checked out other stores. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase right away. After browsing other stores I would consider buying from, I came back to YSL empty handed because I knew what my final decision was going to be! Zhu went to retrieve the bag right away while I chatted with a few other associates. We went over how to style the lock, the keys that come with the bag, and any questions I had about their return policy. Checkout was a breeze and I thought it was nice to still offer me a drink while I was on my way out. Overall, definitely a welcoming and friendly experience. I checked Zhu's LinkedIn and he has good credentials. I would recommend him next time you're here and want excellent service and a positive experience. P.s. After I left, I called to request a box to get sent to me. Within a day, I got a reply and received a beautiful box 2 days later with no problem. I am completely happy with this purchase! read more

Don't go in there unless you wanna be looked up and down by workers who literally feel like they own the brand. (You get paid minimum wage, why are you even being so stuck up). There was a Mexican family. Mom and daughter were trying to look for help cause they were trying to buy a bag and got no help. I witnessed an associate turning her back and gossiping with her coworker about non work related stuff. Visited the store on the 29 of January 2023. ( gotta either train the crew who worked that day or fire their asses). My personal experience was similar I was trying to buy my hubby a jacket that I liked but instead received cold shoulder and judgements from the sale associates. Store manager Lynn very unprofessional. I have purchased a lot of items here and go very often. Was working with sales associate Edgar who would send me new items via text. Would place my order no problems. One day was told i couldn't purchase anymore of a certain style. If those were the rules why wasn't i told from the very beginning? Lynn store manager has zero communication skills and asked questions that are inappropriate. Corporate needs to step in and train these employees. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was buying items for myself and family. They made me feel very uncomfortable. Should never feel that way especially when spending alot of $$$$ there. Corporate will hear from me. I wouldn't recommend shopping for YSL goods here at Cabazon, there is a very limited amount of products in this store, all which are okay looking. If you can, make the drive out to Irvine's South Coast Plaza's YSL store, they have a huge variety of options and service there is much more better. Service was alright, they barely pay attention to you if you aren't covered in designer clothes from head to toe. Although this one asian lady with long black hair and glasses had sort of assisted us with looking at some wallets. I looked at some wallets on the website for my mom, and the store only carried about 5% of what was shown on the website and the rest looked like cheap knockoffs. Normally YSL's quality of leather is extremely nice which is why I like this brand, but most of the products in this store looks like it was made out of a faux leather couch. Saw a decent looking small leather wallet, but unfortunately they only had one color, same for the other large long wallet we had looked at Took a slight peek over at the men's section (the store is extremely tiny so there's not much to look at), and their selection of clothes and small leather goods was super limited. Although the prices are slightly cheaper than a regular YSL store, go make your purchases at the YSL in South Coast Plaza or online for more options as well as colors. Spent about only 15 minutes in the store before walking out, due to there being nothing we were looking for. read more

I had a wonderful experience at this YSL Outlet. I came here to get a gift for my mom and I found the shopping process to be very smooth. The store is very clean and sleek. The number and variety of bags they have on offer varies, but that's expected with an Outlet. Most of the bags they did have were very nice. The employees here are super friendly, and the gentlemen helping us couldn't have been more attentive. He was very proactive, and helped us pick out a bag. I also love that they give you 30 days to exchange your product if you don't like it, which I loved. There are other luxury outlets here that don't allow any refunds, returns, or exchanges, no matter what the reason. As for the bags themselves, they are elegant, sleek, and very stylish. You really can't wrong with the quality of a Saint Laurent bag. I can't recommend this location enough if you're looking for fantastic bags with great service. read more

I've been to this Saint Laurent location a total of 7 times--the first 2 times were at the original location before construction and I didn't buy anything then. Every other time since I have always walked out with at least one item. This is an outlet location, so be aware that much of their stuff is last season/year's products clothing and shoe wise. For the bags, it's a hit or miss sometimes you'll see something that's still in the regular boutiques or that looks similar for a bit cheaper. But I found that the greatest deals and selections are in their clothing. So far, i have bought a total of 6 pieces at this Saint Laurent location and, with the exception of the coat which was 70% off retail, everything has been at minimum 80% off the retail price or more up to 85% off retail. I love that their stuff isn't made for outlet stuff it's simply overflow and older designs and collections that need a place to go. I've been into Gucci several times too and half of the bags they sell are made for outlet Gucci bags which I did not like. I usually come during an extended holiday weekend as they usually have greater selections. Sometimes they'll even have an extra 30% off certain pieces which is really nice but a lot of their products are already marked down decently so even if you don't get the chance to come over during a holiday weekend they still have prices that make it worth the drive. The temporary location is a bit far from the rest of the stores which is a bit of a bummer but the temporary location itself is really nice and spacious. The sales representatives are really nice and helpful and are always available for questions or other sizes of clothing, etc. Overall, if you've come to this outlet to find great steals for designer goods--definitely check out Saint Laurent as they have great deals, great selections and great services. It's probably one of my favorite stores in the outlet. read more

I came into this store during one weekend on my way out of Palm Springs and quickly browsed the store. I had hearts in my eyes when I saw the Sac de Jour but thought it was the only one in the store. I walked around and did not end up buying anything. Fast forward to about a month or a month and a half later, I decide to call the store to see if they still have the Sac de Jour in stock. Turns out, they had plenty of different colors and styles in stock. I spoke to Krystal on the phone and she later texted me photos of the different styles and colors. She did not make me feel pressured to buy the bag at all and merely was showing me the styles. At that time, I was still a little hesitant to buy the bag so I held off. A few weeks went by, and I asked her about cardholders and she also showed me the different styles in stock. Finally, about a month later, I was finally ready to buy the bag. I texted Krystal and she responded immediately. She showed me the different colors, styles, and sizes of the bag. She even modeled them for me so I could see how big each one of them were. She even paired one of the purses with an outfit to show how it would pair with the outfit. She ended up shipping the bag to me the very next day, the payment process was easy, and I got the bag in a very fast and timely manner. I would definitely work with Krystal to purchase more Saint Laurent items in the future. I asked numerous questions and she answered each patiently. She provided exceptional customer service and even after the fact responded to questions. read more

First time coming to a Saint Laurent. There was a gentleman at the door who welcomed us and held the door open for us to enter. Upon first glance, you'll see several staff members standing around the displays of numerous bags and wallets. They also had clothing hanging towards the middle of the store with bags on display at the sides. Smaller bags and wallets/clutches are displayed in glass cases. Sunglasses were located towards the back of the store. My sister was perusing their wallets/clutches and as she walked around, a staff member came by to ask if we needed assistance. The lady took out one of the wallets that my sister was looking at and also suggested a larger clutch. My sister declined both and continued looking around. The staff members did not put pressure on us and just let us look at our own pace. She finally found one that she liked and upon notification, one of the sales associates came by to assist us. He took a new clutch out and gave it to her to inspect before ringing us up. After asking for some information, he placed the item in a dust bag and packaged everything up. Overall, we had a good experience at this store. The staff members were nice and didn't try to pressure us into buying, which we appreciated a lot. read more

Their prices are at minimum about 35% less than at the boutique store but sometimes you can find items that are even more discounted. I left today with 3 new bags! I've had good experiences here over the last several years, if you're able to find what you want it's definitely a steal. Workers have been friendly and knowledgeable and a big plus is that there's usually not a crazy line to get in. They have a large selection of clothes if you're interested, and a decent selection of bags. I got the cutest small crossbody flap that I haven't seen before here and it was listed about 600$ less than what I saw online later when I checked. read more

My mom was waiting for a sales associate to be done helping a customer so she could assist her with a purchase. The female associate looked up at my mom after she was done and walked away. She was the same associate that ignored and didn't greet us when we walked in even though I said hi (just assumed she couldn't hear me through my mask) and that ignored and turned the other way when a different customer was going up to her to ask for assistance on our way out. It was not busy. The reason she didn't help any of us is because she was discriminating and probably didn't think she'd make a sale. I know because she was quick to help out non-poc customers. My recent visit here was a pleasant one. The selection and variety of goods was better than I expected. The sizes for shoes, however, was limited. This is probably an ongoing concern given the (very nice) sales associate who greeted me set the expectation of limited sizes right from the onset ... when I first entered the store. Sadly, he was right and did not have the shoe size I needed. There was a decent selection of cool ready to wear items. The variety of bags was more than I expected. Really? How much do these salespeople make? Cause man! They've got their noses up in the air as if they were the customers and I was the sales person. Particularly the one who seemed as if she was forced to help me, Mengzu. I get it it's a high end store but the customer service shouldn't be lacking... regardless whether it be high or low end. We walked in, not a single hello or look our way. Of course, I don't look like a "stereotypical" buyer but I was definitely there to spend. If it wasn't for the service, I would have spent more. Instead I asked for my main buy and that was a clutch. I was the one who went up to an Asian guy to ask for help, who then referred me to Mengzu. Verbatim I asked for the "cheaper clutches" and she looks at me as if I spoke in tongues repeating what I said "the cheapest clutch?!" Like I insulted her so I raised my voice and said "well just give me a price range." C'mon I'm here at an outlet store. Give me outlet pricing. After weighing out my options I chose one I liked cause it was a good deal and that's when Mengzu became nicer knowing I was ACTUALLY gonna buy something. Smh. I really didn't want her to get my sale (whether or not they get commission) but I couldn't find anyone else to help me. Until we were walking out, I did see a better looking Asian girl with long black hair that said "have a nice day". I would look for her the next time I make a trip. This place is really small but there are some treasures to be found. If you are still looking for Belle Du Jour clutches, this place still has a lot of them and in a variety of colors (as of February 2017). I managed to get a Belle Du Jour at a fraction of what other people are selling on eBay and consignment shops. I was super happy to get one since I've wanted a fancy clutch for a very long time. I'm not really big on Saint Laurent/YSL, but I've always loved their Belle Du Jour and Cassandre clutches, which to me look nicer than most other clutches from LV and Gucci. Basic, I know. The SAs are nice and decent; I didn't experience any rudeness here. Don't expect to find a huge selection of items; however, the bargains are worth it. A lot of the items here are from past seasons; I don't remember seeing too many neutral colored leather goods but there are some. You are more than welcome to call in and ask what kind of items they have at the outlet boutique. Also, they do ship anywhere in the US; I'm not sure about international but it doesn't hurt to ask. Even bough Saint Laurent isn't really my style, I'll definitely come back as the customer service was great and I adore my beautiful, new clutch! read more

We had a really nice, COVID-19 safe and friendly experience here. Despite a daunting line, it moved at a decent pace. The staff were friendly and helpful with our shopping. My friend left with a gorgeous black cross-body with a black lacquer YSL logo. It was the same one she wanted in regular retail for 1k less. To avoid the lines, probably best to find a weekday to go versus the weekend, but the weather was nice, so it was fine to wait in line. I imagine in summer it may be a bit grueling though. read more

This place and the prices can be pretty intimidating sometimes, but Saint Laurent is one of my favorite brands and I stop by whenever I'm at the outlet. The sales associates are polite and very sweet. The security guard at the front door was very very nice and very helpful with directing us to other stores as well. This is a great outlet! You can get great pieces for such a good prices. I went to get the espadrilles & ended up leaving with a pair of heart shaped sunglasses too. I got my espadrilles for $160 & they are on the ysl website for $375. You WILL find what you are looking for & more. There were a couple mini bags for less than $1k. I suggest getting to know a sales associate because you can text them if you want something and they will send you pictures of what they have and you won't have to wait in line, they can call you in.
