So I'm reading many negative off base comments by people are clearly don't know the product and must not be familiar with the pricing of Saint Laurent. I am a serious shopper so I will address customers saying that they don't have a very good selection. The selection is AMAZING. They actually have more clothing than some retail stores because they stock the racks rather than 10 items hanging boutique style. The shoe collection was far more extensive than retail and the purse selection more than adequate. They also carry a size range. The items I wanted were not available and they scanned every tag and checked their stock and other outlets to find the item for me. Next, if you say the prices aren't much lower- YOU ARE NUTS OR BROKE OR CHEAP. The jacket was 5000 marked down to 1400, boots were 469 down from 1050, and the last purchase was 4400 down to 1700 with an additional 30% off. As for customer service- WE ARE LIVING IN DIFFERENT COVID TIMES. The staff is at the entry and they are assigned to you as you walk in so you are NOT IGNORED. My associate gave me space to walk around and said let me know if you need me or another size. I met the buyer who was gracious also. Now some MORONS are saying how they would rather go to GUCCI and GUCCI has a long line etc etc... BUT HOW MANY ITEMS WITH APPLIQUE can one use. I OWN PLENTY GUCCI but I'm not standing in line for it. The brands really shouldn't be compared. I give this store 5 stars. And FYI they had many items that are CURRENTLY in SAKS AND NEIMAN MARCUS. Average discount is 20-70% off. IF YOU WANT QUALITY, TIMELESS, MERCHANDISE- DON'T SLEEP ON THIS STORE. I DID VISIT 2 CONSECUTIVE DAYS. FYI, CHECKOUT was EASY AND THEY GIVE NICE HANGERS AND GARMENT BAGS. On my last visit..... with me, my little brother and my mom walked to browse around the store. When one of the workers told the security to "keep an eye on them." As we were looking around the security guard kept popping up around us to check in on us. It made the entire experience uncomfortable. Poor treatment to their customers unless your buying. read more

I love YSL. If you're lucky you may find the iconic wallet on a chain bag. If you do snatch it up right away. This store carries a wide array of products from leather goods to shoes to clothing. If you don't look like you're going to spend money though you'll be completely ignored. Just because I'm not dripped in designer gear from head to toe doesn't mean I won't drop money in the store! Walked around the store for a bit when I came across a nice shirt. But no one available to help me see if they had a new one in the back as this t-shirt was a bit dingy from being on display. I personally prefer the store on Rodeo Drive- the sales associates there are always so friendly. I understand this is an outlet but prices aren't dirt cheap you're still going to spend a nice amount here so I would expect the customer service to at least be up to par. I came here looking for the Belle du Jour clutch after learning from a friend that this outlet store had a few on sale. They did have them, but the price went from $450 up to $520, which is a big jump but still cheaper than it's original retail price of $1,190 (lol). Stock was also limited and there were only blue and electric yellow available, both in patent leather. My boyfriend hated both colors and the material, so I walked away empty-handed; but not before leaving my contact info with my sales associate, Susanna, so she could notify me when they had more colors, specifically black, come in. Susanna texted me right when they received a new shipment and I went in the next day to see the color selection. I could've ordered over the phone, but it would be final sale and I had to see the bags in person before making such a big purchase. They received black, camel, red, and fuchsia in regular leather, as well as the blue and electric yellow. I fell in love with the black and asked for a new one from the back. The first one she brought out had weird stitching in one corner, so I asked for another, and another. Thankfully, she wasn't annoyed (or at least hid it very well). Eventually, I decided the display looked the best, so I went with that one knowing that it hadn't been on the floor for that long so not that many people had touched it. No branded storage or gift boxes are provided (unless you want an ugly brown shipping box) and the shopping bag is an unbranded black paper bag; Saint Laurent sure knows how to pamper their outlet customers... Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and experience at this store. The leather of my clutch smells amazing and I'm so glad I'm no longer using cheap clutches from Forever 21 that are literally falling apart (although I'll still bring those to the club 'cause I'm not ready for drunks to spill alcohol onto my baby). If you're a designer handbag fanatic, you might be familiar with ThePurseForum. TPF always recommends Valerie for all your Saint Laurent Desert Hills outlet needs, but Susanna was fine. Not too friendly in person but she got what I wanted, so I'm a happy camper. The only thing that was iffy is I'm not sure she completely knew her products. She told me that department stores still sell the Belle du Jour in black patent, which is why they never receive any at the outlet. But I know the Belle du Jour is actually discontinued and no longer sold anywhere else because it was produced under the old name of Yves Saint Laurent, not the current name of Saint Laurent; so why would department stores still be selling YSL-tagged products? Regardless, I'm sure you'll have a good experience with any of the sales associates in-store. P.S. Shipments come in on Wednesday, so it's best to come Thursday or Friday morning before the frightening Asian tour groups and weekend shoppers invade and hoard all the good stuff. read more

The manager Jamie is a bully and likes to wastes people's time. Rude and none apologetic. One of her employees hung up. Rather it was a service or personal problem. All the manager has to do is apologize on their behalf. Jamie said she can't due to not knowing what happened and she wasn't there. And she kept yelling and raising her voice at me. While I kept remaining calm she told me to stop yelling when I havnt yelled once. It'll be very interesting to see how Jamie treats me when I walk in person. read more

I walked into the store and there was a young blond woman, 2 Spanish women and a gentlemen standing up front. At this time I was the only person in the store, so I was easy to see. I looked around for a minute or two wondering if someone would help me. After realizing no one would, I picked up a bag and began to walk to the back of the store to purchase. A store rep saw that I was going to make an actual purchase, and only then, did someone approach me. I reached the back of the store, and spoke to a tall gentlemen who helped me with my purchase. He went to the back of the store and brought out a brand new bag in a box. After I purchased the bag, I told him what had happened to in the front store. I felt really uncomfortable, and if not for the tall gentlemen at the counter, I would have not made the purchase at all. The bag is really beautiful, but I pray that I picked up the right bag, so that I never have to enter the store again. This is simply an action that happens when people become to comfortable on their job. It saddens me as a military member, the people I fight to protect ,treated me like a 2nd class citizen. read more

Prices are tempting but selection is lacking for what I wanted, at least when I went! Probably a lot worse because I went during the holiday season, but the wait to get into the store was long & then inside I didn't find anything worth purchasing. The popular items (ie monogram envelope clutches, kate clutch, WOCs, college bags) are not available or in really non-classic colors (ie yellow). They did have plenty of sac de jours and y bags, and some clothes and shoes in the back. This Saint Laurent store is my go to when I am in the area. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and treats their customers really well. They have a very big selection or handbags, SLGs, clothes, and shoes. They have a lot of items that are from recent collections and have a few color options in each bag. I have a purchased a few bags and wallets, and have never been disappointed. Definitely a place to check out. read more

This is the go to if you're looking to make your first Saint Laurent purchase at a discounted price. The selection is very limited so I would recommend calling the store to make sure they have what you're looking for before making your visit. A lot of the Hedi Slimane pieces are still available at this location. If not, there is a possibility of them finding the item you're looking for! One thing to know is that the items here are final sale so there is no way you can exchange or return the item. Two stars for the terrible service over the phone. In the store, some of the sales people were quite pleasant. We bought 2 pairs of shoes while vacationing in Palm Springs. I called back a few days later and asked if I was able to purchase over the phone and have it shipped, they said YES, no problem. They took down my size for the shoes I wanted and said they would check inventory and send me pictures. Radio silence. Repeat the process the next day with a new person. Radio silence. Repeat the process a THIRD time. R A D I O S I L E N C E. Don't tell me you'll call me back or help me if you are not going to. I get that this is an Outlet store, but it's no excuse for poor service. Finally, today I made the associate stay on the phone while he checked and he was NOT happy with me. Sure, it's an outlet. I didn't have time to write my review last year but better late than never. I bought my YSL bags here last year during Thanksgiving weekend. They had 30% off of most of their items that time. I forgot her name but the Asian saleslady was pretty nice and accomodating. I was only planning to buy one bag but because of her great salesmanship ( I don't know if that is actually a good or a bad one for customers) and highly likable attitude, I bought 2!!! And my friend also bought her Tribute sandals. She really took time to explain and give her honest opinions about the bags I was interested in. She recommended the Muse Bag in Pewter color and the Red Sac Dandy bag because of my petite size. I wanted the larger bag but because it doesn't fit me, then I agreed that smaller bags are more fitting. I am really happy with my purchases. I never splurge on designer bags that impulsively, but in the end, I was at peace because I love YSL! I actually went back this year and almost bought another one but I controlled myself.
