We try to go once a year and really blow it out at the Banana Republic factory store in Cabazon. This year it was even better than normal. Marissa was helping us like our personal shopper, and Oscar R was super helpful to both my wife and I. On top of that Jaime R really helped us cut through some red tape with our credit card renewal and even overrode a situation that would have caused my wife to have to come back from her car to finish the transaction. They were just seriously off the charts nice to us and I really wanted to let the management at the store know that these three were exceptional. Thank you, thank you thank you! Love this BR store, and always hit it up during a trip to Desert Hills. Note to everyone however, the store is apparently temporarily closed right now. The website says they're open, but they are not. The salesperson in the Zegna store next door said they won't open till September, and may be moving somewhere else in Desert Hills. Love this brand!! I always shop here if I'm in the area. More sale/clearance items at the factory compared to the store in the mall. Granted the clearance items are not current, but they are not exactly "old" neither especially since I wear what and when I want. read more

My first time at this banana republic and it won't be last. It's a huge store with a variety of items. They also had a good sale for Items. I like the quality of items here because it's good material. I had the chance to be helped by couple of their employees in the fitting room. I was also helped by Veronica which went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied customer with the purchase and how things went in store while I was shopping. I do not buy dress shirts at Banana Republic anymore because I feel Brooks Brothers makes much more durable and better fitting shirts, but the jean prices here were good and they have held up well*** Parking is free in Cabazon Outlet's large lot. read more

They had some pretty good sales going on. I loaded up on the $17 polos which were high quality. They had good deals on jeans & pants, but they didn't seem to have my size. I used my GAP credit card to pay, even though I didn't have the card on me. read more

While this store may have opened up last year (I think), I am usually impressed every time I make my visit (quarterly). It's organized and you're basically left alone throughout your shopping experience (minus 1 star). I also find really good deals here (40% throughout the store!) and I also mentioned having triple A and showed the cashier my card and I saved even more! :) read more

The prices here are pretty good. The selection and quality is great. There are items similar to what you could find in the store and other items that are made specifically for the outlets. You can generally find items 20 - 60% off. A suggestion is to start at the rear of the store where the clearance items are. The items might be last season, but hey... it's the outlet and we are all looking for a good deal. read more

I tend to shop more at GAP than banana republic but I was very pleasantly surprised with this store, the size, and the service! I spent over an hour in here trying on clothes and checking out their wonderful sale. When I had trouble finding my size in several articles of clothing a nice gentleman helped me search through the store and then eventually recommended some great alternates. Sometimes when you think of outlet stores, you think of cheap, crap on top of crap on top of crap. Here, this location is huge, clean and full of choices. And what is soooo good about this location as an outlet is that they have my bloody size!!! 30 waist and under, do you know how difficult it is to find my size without going to the kids section or dare I say the womens? My dignity and manhood intact, I found my items with not much of dent on my wallet. Pants and shirts at 40 to 70% off. One can buy a full outfit for under $100. Another thing, jacket going at 50%. I like this store but today I got ripped off by the cashier. I was suppose to get my 25$ style cash rewards but when I got home it's not there! It was funny when she rang me up she made a point of saying I earned it and then when she was bagging my stuff I looked at her and then she said " oh yes, here's coupons for use starting dec 1st but you can't use it with the style cash. False advertising on boxers. First there was signs all over the place that stated 50% off everything in the store. And then, there was a sign over the boxers that stated buy 2, get 2 free. At check out, they had rung up 4 pairs of boxers at $6.49 each. The retail price was $12.99, so I asked why i did not get 2 free? The people that worked there could not understand or explain. They kept saying that 2 were free, but had to show all 4 items. I kept explaining that the receipt shows the 50% off, but I didn't see the 2 free. Well we kept going around in circles and I left without buying anything. If you don't want any drama, stay clear of this place. read more

This banana republic has horrible services. When I was trying to pay for my merchandise, a cashier waved for me to go over to her register. Then she proceeded to go to a different register and left me hanging. About three other people after me got taken care of, I still was left hanging. The cashiers recognized that I was left hanging, and kept leaving me hanging. Um wtf. After I politely said I've been waiting for ten minutes, no one took care of me. This store has rude, untrained, unprofessional customer services. End of story. read more

This store is clean and conveniently located off the interstate. Happened to catch one of their pants sales over the weekend and was very pleased to have picked up 4 pairs of pants to my liking. These are the martin fit and there were plenty of sizes available. Friendly staff all around from the dressing room to the check out staff. Great job guys! read more
