The store was previously a Mervyn's, and it appears the original flooring and carpet were never updated--leaving everything looking worn, outdated, and in need of replacement. This store is short staffed and the wait times can be 30 minutes to an hour. They only have two cashiers ringing while all of the rest of the staff is wandering around the store not helping people. The manager comes up at times, but seems overwhelmed and doesn't know how to lead her staff. The store is in disarray and they either need more workers or the workers that are wandering need to clean up the store.

The main event of the store is hands down the perfume/cologne & make-up kiosks. The salespeople are true experts and have a way with captivating people. I had five employees interact with me in a few minutes that I was there. They let me try on different belt sizes. They asked me what I was shopping for. They helped me look for shorts, even though they didn't have women's shorts a wide variety that's OK. I will definitely be back.
