i was shopping there and a girl there who was going to her lunch break, i asked her where the plus size clothing was, and eventhough , she was on her way to break and was not able to legally help me, she pointed me to the right direction.. and i was able to find my clothing... and had a positive experiance.. coincidantlly, i ended up in her line at check out, and asked her name.. she told me and i thanked her.. i forgot her name , it started with a ("c").. i think it was candace , or cameron.. im not sure.. but how ever i did, stop a manager on my way out and told her the employees name.. it was on checkout line 6.. and ive the reciept here.. (store761 date11/08/2025time4:33pm trans.:82720 cashier. camila.) yes ... her name was camila... alright.. so there is however a flip side to this storie though, beacuse after i sucesfully found all the jeans and shirts directed by camila.. i went to the underwear section and was having trouble.. i found the lovelly vanessa who was new.. and she didnt know anything , but i asked her if she could find me someone more knowledgable, and she complied.. the girl she brought to me stated that burlington only had 1x underwear.. but when i pointed to sign in front of us that said 1x-3x.. she stumbled.. and i said this says that what you just told me is an untruth... she then said well this is all we have.. i then asked if maybe she could look or inquire with staff ta see if theres more in back.. she said no that this was all theye would ever have .. i then asked if i could then converse with a manager she stated that her manager was on lunch.. i said thats fine ill wait... when would manager be off lunch.. she then said she just just went to lunch... i then gave up went to line, to pay and resolve my experiance.. i stood in line for 15 minutes.. but at beggining of of that a commotion with managemant and loss prevention happend.. and i saw the manager that was supposed to have been on lunch.... strange to beacuse i saw her there earlier to just dindnt , know she was manager before all that.. untill she was handling scenerio with loss prevention wich attracted my attention to her name badge status thus revealing to me that she was indeed a manager... so i reflected back to the underwear scenerio and the employee who i caught fibbing to me , not once but twice yall... the one that vanessa who was stocking brought me was an african american high yellah tall 5'9" young ladie light acne.. so if managemant reads this youll know that, camil rocks , your new employee vanessa was kind to me, and whomever works that section where the mens underwear is not only is lazy, but lies to customers.. off the top... and that aint fly.. i frequent this location.. and i spend a lot of money there... read more

This location feels very disorganized despite being smaller than others, and it consistently lacks proper lighting. I tend to avoid it whenever possible. The store was previously a Mervyn's, and it appears the original flooring and carpet were never updated--leaving everything looking worn, outdated, and in need of replacement. This store is short staffed and the wait times can be 30 minutes to an hour. They only have two cashiers ringing while all of the rest of the staff is wandering around the store not helping people. The manager comes up at times, but seems overwhelmed and doesn't know how to lead her staff. This location needs a remodel it's pretty outdated and dark inside. Overall there is not a great selection of items here I walked in and walked out once I saw so many disorganized and empty shelves. The best section was baby clothing and items so if that's what you need this is your location! They also have nice Canvas' if you're into Nikes. I had applied for this position back in late September early October . I had recieved an email claiming I got the position. When I went to the store, they informed me I should have gotten an email for an orientation and a link for a background check which I never got despite signing in my whole email to it. They told me to try again and to call back when if I still didn't get the email And they would assist me in help. Sure enough, when I signed in and never got the email for the background check. I called the store to inform them that I never got the email, and their response was for me to call back later. For the next week, I had repeatedly called the store to inform them of what's going on about me not getting the email despite putting my correct information in order to received the email. And I was told repeatedly to call again later. I had been told to specifically call at 10 am as they claimed the manager would be available at that time. I called specifically at 10 am and sure enough, I never heard from the manager and was told to call again. The caller had claimed that they would document my complaint and send it to the manager and that I should get a call back. Sure enough, I never did receive a call or email back from them. read more

Upon entering, it was not a good first impression. The floors where you retrieve the carts were filthy. As I strolled through the store with my cart as support, it got worse! This is the filthiest, disgusting, and most disorganized Burlington! The floors & carpets were gross with dirt & debris strewn all over it. If I were the manager I would be ashamed for devaluing the Burlington name. There is no pride in this store! It says a lot about management or lack thereof! What do the employees do? Terrible team Natalie and Stephany/Stephanie I don't even know if she told me her name right. was extremely rude. They weren't even closed and I went to the front of the store when she told me. They did not wanna ring me up. They refuse to ring me up so they could leave early very unprofessional terrible customer service I work retail and I would never treat a customer as rude as she did. They lost out on a big purchase. It don't matter if they're short staffed how can you not help a customer when there is 2 people working and 2 people in store. when I work retail, I help my customers. I'm not lazy worker. i've been going to Burlington for years, including this location Moreno Valley. I understand the need for security, after all these days there's some pretty bad stuff going on snatch and grab, etc. But tell you it's no excuse for being greeted with borderline rudeness as you walk in .most of the time buisnesses are very welcoming and appreciate your business. I don't know maybe that's the way they've been trained and maybe what they've been trained to say as you walk in. But I tell you it's the wrong message being sent. Im used to being greeted with a smile ,not with attitude. That wasn't the case today. I believe these people that are there as you enter for security purposes need additional training. I went in for a little bit, but I was pretty turned off, so I pretty much walked out. This is the dirtiest, most unorganized, most unprofessional Burlington that I have ever been to. The employees act as though they are there to shop vs. there to work. After being told they do not have a fitting room we decided to not continue looking for items and check out. There was a Latino chic at the register who was literally talking on her cell phone laughing and giggling as she was counting her register while us the customers were waiting to be checked out. We had to literally wait for her to finish her conversation before she decided to call a customer over from the line. Then there was another employee (black old lady with a ponytail unfortunately I didn't get either of there names because the ponytail was covering the name tag on the older lady and the Latino chic didn't even have a name tag so that's why I'm being so descriptive) who wasn't even in the line because she was literally on the clock working around the registers comes up to me and my family and asks us if we are in the line which clearly you could see that we were and says the line is this way so that she could take our spot. She then proceeds to tell us that she is in the line behind the family in front of us which she definitely wasn't because again she was on the clock working. She says I'm behind them but I'm getting ready to leave so save my spot. At first I thought it was a joke. But no she made her coworker aware that she was next and when it was time to be helped she stopped working while she was still on the clock to make her purchase with the chic that was on her phone at the register while also on the clock. After her purchase she went back to moving things around the registers while not actually really doing anything. I will never EVER come back to shop here again and I live literally walking distance. I would much rather drive all the way to Ontario to go to the one at the Mills. Much cleaner, more organized and the employees are super friendly and helpful. read more

I'm a big fan of Burlington but definitely not this location. This place is not organized. Came here for a blazer and slacks for work. Like I usually do at other locations. Was planning to go in grab my sizes and leave since I know what I want before I ever shop for clothes. So none of the blazers are on the right hangers. I'll find one that's my size on the hanger but then when I check the sleeve it's not the size. So basically I have to check every sleeve of every jacket so that maybe I can find the right size for me. I hate this store. I was there for 2 hours and gave up on a the blazer. Bought some pants but ended up returning them because they were too baggy. Who buys baggy dress pants? Was the worst Burlington experience I've ever had. This store never has enough cashiers working at any given time. I seem to find things to buy, especially housewares items and kids clothes but the line is always long and slow. Ladies and Mensa clothing is lacking here. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you are limited on time. You need about 30 minutes just to get thru the line and since the store is basically "leftovers from department stores" you have to dig up treasures.
