I came here with my wife when this place open back up after the Coronavirus shutdown. Long line to get in at 11am. Waited for 1.5 hours and the line didn't move an inch. Walked up front to see what was going on. They were allowing 6 customers in the store at a time. We just came from Nordstrom Rack the day before and their limit was 240. How do you expect to survive making this kind of business decisions? They don't and won't. HOPE for a vaccine is not a strategy! You are going to inject people at the door? Ridiculous! I want to give Jenny a shout out, who checked me out (no, not that way) at the register. She was very helpful throughout the process, and really wanted to get to know the customer, and told me about herself too! Even though I found more things for my wife, than me, I really like the quality of the materials used on the athletic wear. That episode with almost see-through clothes should not happen again, as their clothing is solid, and appears durable as well. Although I could not find the infamous "ABC" pants, I did find some nice gym clothes that were well made, with a price matching the quality. read more

Staff was great here. I'm bummed I didn't get her name but a girl with longer hair helped me pick some items to expedite my shopping. I got there 10 minutes before closing and didn't want to hold the staff from going home on time. She helped me find something cute, something in different sizes, and hung out near the dressing room to make sure I had everything I needed. I was in and out in no time. Most efficient shopping experience ever. The guys there were awesome and super friendly too. This was my first time in the store. I'm not sure if this staff member was used to people being confused or if he could just tell by the way I was looking around. He broke it down for me and told me everything was mostly organized my size so that made it a lot easier for me. Worst customer service ever. I purchased something from the regular Lululemon store at a different location but ended up wanting to return it. I called to make sure I could return it here, because I know outlets often have different policies. The person I talked to on the phone said that was no problem at all, which was great because this location was closer to me than any others. So, the next day, I drive down to return the two items. I walk in and all the sales people, including the manager, claim that they never accept returns at this location no mater where the items were purchased (even with the receipt I showed them) and basically shoo'ed me out of the store with not so much as an apology or attempt to solve the issue. This frustrates me because: 1. Is someone at your store told me something on the phone, you should honor that. 2. Clearly you aren't training your employees well if they don't all know your "store policy". Annoyed. Won't return here. read more

Black Friday I never shop on this day but my brother wanted to go shopping. So, I wanted to pop into this store and I overheard from the lady telling the couple in front of me that the way was 75-90minutes and that you needed to make an appointment. I accidentally let it slip out saying "Oh hell no!" To myself. The "door bouncer" , Jose, told me to wait ‍I felt stupid he overheard me. I apologized for my comment and I didn't mean for him to hear that. He said no worries. He was super polite and funny- I felt so bad for him to hear that. He let me in because I was by myself and I insisted it was ok. He insisted. He was a true representation of customer service because there were many "Karens" around being entitled and he kept his positive attitude and wanted to recognized him for that. I found what I was looking for real quick (my fav wunder unders) and the process of buying wasn't long. I thanked Jose for his kindness and left a happy camper. read more

I've been to this lululemon on 4 separate occasions. A lot of the designs are similar to what you'd see on the made too much section of the website. There's a very limited men's selection and a surplus of 0-2 and 8-12 sized bottoms, so finding nice styles for the average sized woman is a bit of a challenge (it was for me). I've noticed that on 3 day weekends and holidays they have special sales/ events. On Labor Day I got to spin a wheel for an additional 5, 10, or 20% off. Something to note is during these event days, the selection is even more limited as the crowd is noticeably larger. read more

This outlet is small and too crowded. The salesperson handling the dressing room was great and helpful. Those manning the floor, when asked if there may be other sizes in the back, automatic answer was no. All sizes are out. No attempt whatsoever. Came to visit the Lulu Outlet store a few weeks ago on our way out of Palm Springs. I was pretty impressed, there were a lot of items in the store, but I had to pick around to find the ones I liked (like any outlet store). Going on a day during the week meant the store was not super crazy and there was really no line to check out, but I would imagine during the weekends things can get a lot crazier. They had multiple additional sale options to their already low prices, including sizes 10 and 12 were 40% off everything. So I walked away with leggings, shorts, and a top for 95$ after tax! Totally worth it. Will def be back in the future! read more

although the store didn't have what i want, i tried on a pair of shorts in a size up and mary went out of her way to go to the back and found me the exact pair in my size!! she was so sweet and even helped me find another pair of shorts online. she is what at lululemon educators should be!! when i come back next i hope she is working again. read more

Updating review, as inventory (sizes and variety of items) has improved, and the location also offers Ivivva items as well. Service has been impressive, everyone is approachable and very helpful. The staff shows a cohesiveness that certainly benefits the customer. Jose has been very helpful in my most recent visits, from setting me up with a fitting room each visit, to price-checking items, and most importantly in providing an honest opinion when my indecision creeps in. Visited this outlet with my husband the day after Christmas. We went first thing in the morning (arrived around 7:20am) and the place was packed. Probably because they had a really good one-day sale going on. My husband and I both found several items to purchase at deeply discounted prices. The store was well organized (first by item type -- shorts, shirts, accessories, etc. -- and then by size). Most of the items I recognized from summer 2015 or so, thus the inventory doesn't seem to be very outdated or anything. I would note, however, that the dressing room assistant was less helpful than assistants I've encountered at other Lulu locations. read more

Horribly mismanaged Covid procedures. They want your # and won't allow you to wait In line. It was the last store I was going to. Also prior to this my experience with the store is that the sizes are either XS, SM or XXL and not discounted enough to have a "no return policy". Lulu like Abercrombie and other brands that rise and fall will eventually suffer from a mismanagement of business practices that don't prioritize customer service. read more

The staff here have adapted extremely well to the new covid situation. They have the store running extremely well - super clean, organized, safe and efficient. We went to outlet just to go to lululemon and was happy there was no waiting. And i know there is allowed capacity of 25% each stores and they were less than 5 customers in the store. And we just saw two people walked out and tried to go in but guy at the entrance told us to wait 1 hr and 45 mins for no reason. I went here on 7/31, it was my first ever Lululemon visit. This location does a great job with the Covid precautions and RSVP mobile queue. I was with friends and I didn't plan on purchasing anything but the employee Amanda was so friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the brand, show me the differences between the different products, and the little hidden pockets in the shorts. She was amazing! I ended up buying a few pairs of shorts. read more

I drove all the way out to Cabazon to shop at the Lululemon outlet and checked the Lululemon outlet website that was specific to the outlet I was visiting to make sure they were open and to check for COVID protocol updates. When I arrived at the store, I was told there was a wait list, and there was pretty much no way I'd get off the wait list j less u as prepared to wait 2.5-3hrs. I support the safety measures that the store is taking. My issue is that they need to do a better job at advertising the waitlist. I wasted my time and gas driving all the way out here. Also, the staff person at the door could have been a bit more understanding. She had a very "whatever" attitude. read more

I cannot say enough about the great experience I had at this outlet! The selection was better than that other stores, but the most important factor was the manager, Lacie Lewis. My mom was searching for items for me without me being there, which isn't easy, and Lacie went above and beyond to help her. I am now the proud owner of 3 pairs of awesome pants at a great price, and I have Lacie to thank for that. It's not often that a manager of a retail store goes out of their way to make your experience so much better, and Lacie, we appreciate you! Don't go here to get cheaper prices than what you would get on the clearance rack at a regular Lululemon store because it is exactly the same. Reason you go here is because there is a much larger quantity of things on the clearance rack also known as the "we made too much" rack. I could not give it five stars mainly because of that reason--it's no different than a regular Lululemon store other than they have a greater supply so if you consider that an outlet then so be it. read more

MARY was the most helpful and sweetest lady I have ever met. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get into the store but it was SOO worth it! While there were only 3 fitting rooms open, she made sure that everyone got in, in a timely manner! When I needed a different size she was right there either trying to find it or recommending something that was similar! Absolutely loved her and all of her help!! We LOVE all Lulu everything! Typically we go to the Camarillo outlet but we gave this location a try over the Fourth of July weekend and were not disappointed. The store is organized by size, and each size has their own little section. Although it was incredibly crowded, the staff went out of their way to help all of the customers. I think I had three or four different staff members help me out while shopping. The fitting room process was efficient, and they write your name on the door so they can call out to you to see how you are doing. We went to the register to check out and we encountered Georgia. She was a complete doll! Georgia was efficient, kind, and customer service oriented, even over the busy and stressful holiday weekend. We will definitely be back, thank you Georgia and the rest of the Lulu Cabazon staff! read more
