The Puma store here is high energy and fun. Bright colors everywhere, upbeat music, and staff who match the vibe it creates a lively shopping experience. The cashier and managers were extremely rude to my boyfriend who was trying to buy some shoes that clearly had a price of 30$ but when asked, they ripped the shoe out of his hand and said they can't sell them for that price because they're new. I felt extremely disrespected and discriminated against. This was extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning. read more

We love visiting this location. This store is always clean whether it's a weekday or weekend. If I walk in a store and everything is tossed around and picked over I won't shop there. I can honestly say that every time we come by here it's very clean. This past weekend was busier than I've seen it in a long time and so they were limiting the capacity in the store. Everything was still orderly and clean. They have a great selection and there's always an amazing deal on shoes and apparel. This is my families go to spot for casual apparel. The customer service is good as well. Employees are never overly helpful it's always the right balance. The lines to checkout are always quick and efficient so you're in and out in a timely manor. read more

For outlet shopping, PUMA is quickly becoming my go-to brand as far as pricing and quality coupled by selection and style. I'd rank my athletic outlets as: Puma Nike Adidas Reebok Under Armour New Balance Asics You can generally get tops and shorts here for the $12-20 range and shoes from $30-50 fairly easily when on sale. Parking is easier on the side of the outlets too, it's on the far end, so a good starting point to begin shopping if you don't mind carrying bags as you journey from one end to the other. read more

Northbound to visit the fam bam and in need of new kicks. This place is a hidden gem. They have a surprisingly large variety of fairly new released Puma shoe designs. When I asked an employee how they are able to sell the same shoes I just saw at a non outlet store for an outlet price he told me they usually get a few of the new stuff in, just not enough to fill a shelf so they discount them. Whaaat?! Oh happy day!!~ *jumping On top of already marked down prices, I had some awesome coupons to use so I ended up spending $71 on 3 pairs of newly released shoes! My family and I love this Puma location!! Always stop here to find great deals on shoes, clothing and more. The staff is friendly every time we come and always very helpful. Recently had a horrible experience at the a different location. If it had not been for all my wonderful experiences at this location, I probably would have stopped shopping Puma altogether. This location sucks before driving an hour and twenty minutes to get to the store. I call them to give them the sku# of the shoe I was looking for. I ask if they had it a size 12 and was told yes to both questions. I get there they don't have the shoes in any sku or size that I wanted. They suck ass read more

Outlet stores are for the people smart enough not to spend full price for a brand! And so, you come to Puma, and you find great specials and nice - high quality - shoes. Along with some running pants, jackets, socks, etc. It's a worthy stop! The customer service here was outstanding! I love Puma. This outlet always has great prices! Usually at least 50% off of the marked price. They carry everything! Shoes, clothing, bags, socks, hats, etc. They even have the Ducati and Ferrari motorsport line (sometimes also at 50% off). The employees are really friendly and eager to help! Plenty of employees to take care of all of the customers. The store is clean and well-organized. I love shopping here! read more

This store saddens me now. The customer service used to be amazing as with the selection but since it's remodel the selection has dramatically decreased and the once amazing clearance wall is no more. They should have remodeled their staff before doing the store. These days you're lucky to even be greeted by anyone. They all stand behind the counter talking to one another instead of the customers, and product knowledge is a foreign language to the associates you can actually get to talk to you. I used to work in this store for many years and know how big the emphasis was on customer service. Somewhere in the new fixtures they lost all of that and now its an empty shell of what it used to be. So sad to see what its become. read more

The service was here was unlike any other shoe store I have been in. I found several great pairs on sale and discounted, so that was a plus. Additionally, within about 3 minutes of being there, I was approached by a sales associate who was not at all pushy, but displayed the utmost level of customer service. He introduced himself as Isai and had wild hair and a soft voice. He checked up on me after about 5 min. and again in another 5. He got me to sign up for some savings list by giving my email. He was really helpful but also personable and nice. Later, after he'd gone on a break, we were approached by 2 other associates, Steve & Omar at various times. Steve ended up helping us out also. The manager, Lucca, was also very nice and receptive to our positive comments about his employees. I would DEFINITELY go back whenver I make it out this way again. read more

What can I say, I love Puma gear. It's been my favorite for some time. I call it "Gato." I started wearing Gato's in the late 80's early 90's. this store is amazing in that it frequently have unbeatable prices and steep discounts if you buy two items. The styles are great and the customer service is also great. The Ontario Mills store is also great but lacks the inventory of the Cabazon store. In any event if you go Gato, you can't go wrong. read more
