    To Whom It May Concern, It's incredibly disappointing that a billion-dollar company like Verizon, which publicly prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service, continues to rely on automated responses instead of real human support--especially when real concerns are being raised. What's even more concerning is that I was never informed about any escalation of my issue. If action was taken, why wasn't I notified? This lack of transparency sends a clear message: customers like me don't matter enough to be kept in the loop. It's clear now that ChatGPT is being used in place of an actual customer service representative. If this is Verizon's new standard, then it appears the "great service" is just marketing--while real people with real issues are left unheard. I'm speaking not just for myself, but for every person who doesn't have corporate influence, legal teams, or PR departments to fight for them. We count too--and we deserve better than silence, redirection, or AI-generated apologies. Please take this seriously. Your customers are paying attention.

    Shoutout and big thanks to Mariana. We were probably at the store for about an hour trying to figure out the best deal for us and she helped us with a tremendous amount of patience when we did multiple forms of payment. Thank you Mariana for making our Verizon experience perfect!!!

    Best experience ever at Best Buy! Walked in and the greeter asked what we were looking for. Told…read morehim we are here for a dishwasher. Before we even got to the area, a salesperson was greeting us and walking us over to the dishwashers. We had already researched which one we wanted but looked at others just in case. Ordered our dishwasher, set up the installation and pickup and were on our way home in no time. Got a great deal too! Just WOW!! Also, as we wondered around after the sale, about every 10 feet a different person asked if we needed help. Omar helped us look at smart watches - we did not purchase but will be back. They are on their game over at the Beaumont Best Buy. We couldn't have been happier (unless they were GIVING dishwashers away LOL)!

    I am beyond disappointed with Best Buy and the way I was treated as a long-time customer…read more I recently purchased an item that turned out to be incompatible with my laptop. When I went to return it, I was told I was outside the 15-day return window and that there was absolutely nothing they could do. I was then informed that if I were an annual paying member, I would have had 60 days instead of 15 -- essentially being penalized for not paying a membership fee. I have spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years and have never returned an item until now. That loyalty apparently means nothing. The store flat-out turned me away. When I called customer service hoping for a reasonable solution, the representative repeated "it's policy" and refused to help. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told all managers were in a meeting at 4:50pm PST -- which felt like a convenient excuse to avoid escalation. I was then told there was nothing else she would do for me. No effort was made to retain a loyal customer, no exception was considered, and no empathy was shown. This experience made it very clear that Best Buy values membership fees over customer relationships. I will never shop at Best Buy again, and I will be sharing this experience with others so they know exactly what to expect.
