I went first to the T-Mobile store at 1484 E 2nd St Ste B in Beaumont, CA . I walked into the store and there were 2 female employees working on 1 phone with a man and women waiting for there phone. There was nobody else in he store. Not one of the employees said " Hello" to me or even looked at me. I stood there in that store for 15 minutes and neither of the 2 employees ever looked at me or came over to help me, even though they were both working on the same phone for the 2 people. So I just turned and walked out of the store, and still neither of the 2 women said anything to me as I left. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Don't Go to this T- Mobile !

So I've seen my share of different Boost store locations. And this location by far has the BEST SERVICE. Arturo is amazing. I was trying to add a 4th phone line onto my plan. He saw immediately that previous store locations had just been adding the phone lines on to my plan at $60 a pop. Which means my phone bill had gotten up to $160 for 3 lines. Instead Arturo suggested that I change over to the family plan of 4 lines for $120. Which immediately saves me $40 a month. Which is a nice savings. So thank you so much Arturo for the wonderful kind friendly customer service. And for your thoughtful suggestion of the Boost family plan which saves me $40 a month. In the future I will highly recommend you and your Boost store location to all family and friends.

Before we even got to the area, a salesperson was greeting us and walking us over to the dishwashers. We had already researched which one we wanted but looked at others just in case. Ordered our dishwasher, set up the installation and pickup and were on our way home in no time. Got a great deal too! Just WOW!! Also, as we wondered around after the sale, about every 10 feet a different person asked if we needed help. Omar helped us look at smart watches - we did not purchase but will be back. They are on their game over at the Beaumont Best Buy. We couldn't have been happier (unless they were GIVING dishwashers away LOL)!

When I went to return it, I was told I was outside the 15-day return window and that there was absolutely nothing they could do. I was then informed that if I were an annual paying member, I would have had 60 days instead of 15 -- essentially being penalized for not paying a membership fee. I have spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years and have never returned an item until now. That loyalty apparently means nothing. The store flat-out turned me away. When I called customer service hoping for a reasonable solution, the representative repeated "it's policy" and refused to help. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told all managers were in a meeting at 4:50pm PST -- which felt like a convenient excuse to avoid escalation. I was then told there was nothing else she would do for me. No effort was made to retain a loyal customer, no exception was considered, and no empathy was shown. This experience made it very clear that Best Buy values membership fees over customer relationships. I will never shop at Best Buy again, and I will be sharing this experience with others so they know exactly what to expect.
