Horrible customer service. Came in about a problem with our bill, we got overcharged by 20$! The sales rep was more interested in selling us their internet & once we said no to that, his attitude changed. Said if he helped us without us getting the internet then we would have to pay a fee. Now why in the hell would I have to pay for a fee for u to help us? Aren't you're suppose to be there to help the customers? He kept telling us if we didn't get the internet then we would have to call customer service for help on the bill. Why? I'm already at the store that has employees for that? Came in on a Friday afternoon to get service added to an ipad. There were two service providers and two customers, waited and waited in line without being acknowledged in the store by the two employees. After 15 minutes without as much as a "Be right with you" left to get help at a different store. No hello or goodbye by either of the two employees upon entering or leaving despite it not having anyone in the store other that the one person they were helping the entire time I was waiting. Buyer beware! I have Verizon and just found out that I have been paying almost 40 per month extra for services I did not choose to have and did not use. This totals more than double my monthly payment. They offered me 70 for my trouble. Apparently if some agent adds new services to your account and you do not notice you are accepting this as your new payment, whether you wanted said services or not. This is from a Customer Rep AND a Manager I asked to speak to. Hidden Fees, Signups for services you did not ask for. As soon as I pay for all the hidden fees I am switching providers. read more

We've been waiting an hour and a half and still haven't been helped. Nine people have come in after us and have been told they will probably have to come back tomorrow. This store is severely understaffed or doesn't have competent help. I guess I should have recorded all the frustrated people that have driven long distances and are being turned away. One guy was promised a phone by a manager and when he got here, it wasn't here. If you want to hear people complain about Verizon, come down here and sit by the door for an hour and a half. They close in 4 minutes so I'm getting ready for them to come tell us we have to leave. We'll, big surprise. They called us up and served us at 7pm. I asked the salesman what time he goes home. He said, when the last customer has been served. Apparently, the big push to get people to come back tomorrow is so they don't have to pay overtime. However, they will help you if you don't mind waiting. The guy who had driven from OC to take his mom here was going to be seen after all. Sad I had really nice sales person, sadly she costed me a lot of trouble. Made and painted a picture just to have me run around and be told there's nothing they can do after I sat for 3 hours processing my order. Guess what I had no order !!! I ran around for 10days stressing even called a number I was given if I "had" issues. I called in to customer service like a crazy man, just to find out 10 days later when I was expecting the phone the 3hour process was for no reason because it didn't arrive. Then I was told to place a whole new order run my credit ALL over again. And instead of my phone being here the day she said I would have to process the order and wait 4 weeks!!! Trash customer service no knowledge at all. That's bullshit to do to a customer trying to switch from T-Mobile. Funny thing is I had a receipt this damn store gave me and no one could even verify !!! My phone crashed and was unaccessible and John worked on it relentlessly and was able to get all my info and more importantly my pics onto my new phone. So I would just like to show some appreciation to the employees at this location. I've been in quiet a few times in the past month and am always pleased with each visit. Rene was my rep and greeted me with a big smile each time I went in. I first went in for an upgrade and expressed to Rene about wanting to upgrade my boyfriends phone but he is a truck driver and wouldn't be home in time. He helped me through this process of upgrading without disturbing his connection. This is by far above and beyond and it was a process but he got it done. Beware and be aware! The employees will lie and mislead you to sell a product! I wish I read the reviews here before I entered the Hemet GoWireless store. I recently went into the store to change out my new phone within my 14 days return period. I initially bought a Samsung Galaxy III ( poor quality, speaker, antenna, etc....) so, I went into the store to cancel everything....my verizon account, the items the first guy upsold me on (what a rip off that was!...$79.00 down the drain) and the insurance. Unfortunately, I should have not had a conversation about anything because THAT was a hugh mistake! I had an offer from Verizon to move to the Edge plan with the purchase of a Motorola Droid along with 6GB for $30.00 a month and no upgrade fee. I specifically asked if I had to go to the Verizon store to move to this plan. The store manager assured me that they have the same thing just called a different name. He assured me that I did not need to go to the Verizon store and he would handle everything with Verizon on getting me the 6GB on my plan. At the same time the sales associate offered me a JetPack because it was free and only $20.00 a month added to my bill for 2 years. At first I said no but he did tell me that if I changed my mind I have 14 days to return it noproblem and questions asked. So, I left the store with my new Motorola Droid and JetPack ASSURED that everything would be taken care of. That did not happen! The next week my plan was still NOT showing the changes so I went to the store to return the JetPack. Well now I am told that there is a $50.00 restocking fee by a condesending sales associate. So, that went downhill from there and yes GoWireless got my $50.00 (they apparently need it more than I do) to restock the item. Wow! I called Verizon directly and was informed that the only way I could get the plan I wanted to sign up for was at the corporate Verizon store, no a retail store. So yes, they did straight up lie to me. I have placed a call for the store manage but have not received a call back yet. The Verizon rep worked with me and while I did not get the plan I wanted he was able to help me with a plan less expensive that the plan GoWireless signed me up for. BE VERY CAREFULL IF YOU VISIT THIS STORE. THEY WILL LIE to keep your business with them. As of right now I am out $79.00, $50.00 for restock fee and $35.00 for an upgrade fee for the new phone. The paperwork they provide states that their MAY be a restocking fee, it does not say WILL! I found out that some states will not allow them the charge a restocking fee. I am also filing a complaint with GoWireless corporate office and Verizon. Good luck to you if you chose to do business with this store. read more

Tony Dixon, the store manager, was very helpful and actually went out of his way to see that we got the best deal we could have. He spent some time on the phone to his managers, Richard and Keri, to make sure that he got it right. On a weekday they closed at 8pm got there with the mentality we might get rushed out since it was close to closing time but no these guys went above and beyond answered all of our questions with a lot of patience and information I was really grateful for the service!!! We had been trying to get to Verizon for a couple days but with hectic work schedules kept missing our chances to make it in before closing I'm so happy with the service they provided walked out with an iPhone 8 Plus and a note 9 +Samsung tab they were very polite and helpful had us laughing and we felt as if we got the best deals possible we have been with Verizon for about 4 years and this has been the best experience hands down thank you guys so much!!! read more

This store is horrible!!! We went in and were switching to "Verizon" from ATT. Customer service rep, Renee was a snake. He told us we were getting the switch program which covered our last bill with ATT. We left happy with our new phones, then got online to finish the "switch" program, come to find out we didn't qualify due to him taking our old phones and applying the credit to phone cases for our new phones! Now we have a $600 final bill with ATT and our new bill with Verizon and nothing to show for the 2 fairly new iPhones we turned in! The manager let Renee speak to us In a very unethical manner! I will only buy phones at this location. While they are Verizon distributors, they are not Verizon which means a very honest shopping experience. I made the mistake of buying a new phone from Costco yesterday and the Verizon kiosk employees didn't upgrade my phone correctly and in fact they screwed up our plan by adding an extra line that we didn't want or ask for. They also didn't upgrade my phone correctly. I went to Go Wireless today and they were able to remove the line and correctly upgrade and activate my phone. They are amazing!
