I came to this store this morning. The lady who waited on me laughed at me. What? The only help for my two broken phones was to give me the insurance phone number. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I AM GETTING OUT OF AT&T AND GOING TO ANOTHER CARRIER AS SOON AS I CAN. read more

I went there yesterday. I didn't have much hope because of my credit, but this store set me up so good. The sales associate Stephanie went beyond everything. She was funny. She was friendly. She was very communicative. She just felt like a very good person to have around. I got the iPhone 15 Pro Max yesterday. She did the case the screen protector everything was just perfect. Everything was just beyond above. They were playing good music. They were friendly. I know where I'm going from now on I found my phone store and I found my carrier. I am very satisfied and very happy with my purchase. The iPhone 15 is probably the best one out there my opinion everyone has their own opinion the iPhone 14 and 15 are good phones. I'm very happy. I just went there again today to do my camera cover protection and once again she went above and beyond and did it well I recommend this store to anyone 10 out of 10 absolutely outstanding! read more

Don't come here, they are not helpful. I've been a customer with AT&T for almost 20 years and got treated terribly by one of the sales reps. I had to jump through hopes to prove I was an authorized user and at the end I wasn't even able to upgrade my phone, because they wouldn't allow me to pay for the upgrade upfront. read more

Super dissatisfied with the customer service here. The association pulled a bait and switch on my plan and then the "store manager" was incredibly unprofessional. I will go out of my way to go to another location to never deal with this location again. read more

Khiry was an excellent help with my issues, a very polite young man as well. He is definitely and asset to AT&T .

I went in to setup an Apple Watch to my account. We ran into an issue and could not figure it out. Anthony Fernandez was outstanding and spent over 2hours with 3 levels of tech support until the issue was fixed. They easily could have blamed the device and pushed the issue off on someone else but he was determined to fix the problem. In the end he got it working and tested it before we left. Great experience at this location and hard working employee's read more

I first went into this store a day before the day I'm going to write my experience about and the guy that helped me was helpful and I couldn't get what I wanted so I said I'd come back the next day to get it,The next day I went back in and I was greeted by a guy I think was named Brandon, not really sure he had dark short hair anyways, I sat down showed him my iD and he scanned it, my name on my ID is not the same that's apparently on my att account which is weird because my bill said the current name, he went on to say he couldn't look into my account without my last names being the same he could call and get it handled, I started to get alittle irritated seeing as how I was just in there the day before and the previous guy who helped me before was able to get into my account fine with my ID not having matching last names, I said to go ahead and he was able to get it fixed, I said what I wanted and they didn't have the blue iPhone 12 Pro Max, but that they could order it I asked if the menifee one had it and he said they couldn't call to see but that I could and if I went there it would be on me if they messed up my account because they weren't an authorized dealer, ok, so I just said fine just order it and I wanted to get the new Appel watch as well, they had that in stock and he proceeded to start the process but an old debt that I had popped up and flagged, I mentioned I paid it off and he said there was nothing he could do so I left and called customer service the next day, where I was able to get a new watch and my new phone, the customer rep on the phone was more helpful and went above and beyond to help, where store guy acted like it was to much work for him to do as they were so busy sitting there doing nothing with no customers in the store, Stay away from this store if you must go to an Att store make the drive, the customer service at this one is no good read more

AT&T Store - Got my new iPhone 12 Pro Max and Apple Watch 6 after all no thanks to the customer rep at this store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Hemet, California

If I could give this store negative 100 stars I would ! The most deplorable customer service I have ever received in my life! Because of the way I was treated in this store by everyone for 4 hours I will be disconnecting my services with AT&T for myself and my family immediately! When I went in to get help I was told I had to call 611. After being on hold for 40 min with 611 they hung up on me. I was told to call them back . Which I did two more times for 611 to disconnect the line, re route me to the wrong dept several more times. No one in THIS store said they could help with my issue of how I was charged nearly 300 dollars for 1 phone line. I had come to THIS store to receive help disconnecting a line on my phone which an AT&T employee placed onto my acct without my consent. The store manager (Escobar )at this store assisted me two weeks prior with disconnecting the line . Only for AT&T to still charge me for phone and line I did not have! Because 611 said the line I received help disconnecting with (Escobar) at this store was NEVER disconnected. I walked into this store at 145 pm and walked out after 6pm. Without resolve. Sadly I was told the manager (Escobar) was gone until Monday. Unfortunately the asst manager disappeared (Mari) left during this escalation of deplorable treatment of a customer for her lunch, handed me the phone and said " if this guy says he can't give you your refund just ask for the loyalty dept ." And she left. She returned only to use the store phone to call the WRONG number to assist with my issue . Which kept me there for another couple hours. Then she never came to see how the process was going, she never "helped" again and she disappeared. Never to be seen again ! No one in this store with at least 4 other employees walking around said they could help me! Until at approximately 6 pm after I was in tears from utter disbelief and frustration an Employee named Hannah pulled me aside to say " I'll see what I can do on my end" at approx 6 pm she called *9. We again waited on hold only for the guy to say the dept that could assist me was closed due to the time and I'd have to call back on Monday ! I asked this employee if no one in the store says they can help me and no one who they told me to call said they could help me how is the customer supposed to get help. And this particular employee only tried (4 plus hours later), where was that same effort from anyone else in the store ? Especially the manager ! And why did it take 4 plus hours for an employee not even a manager to TRY something on their end! when the entire store has deplorable customer service including the assistant manager and the store manager is "unavailable " and you'd ask to speak to someone in management and you are told " I will lose my job if I gave out that area managers contact information " where is the accountability? I have been a loyal first net first responder AT&T customer since 2011. Nearly 13years of monthly bills and 6 lines of family service!!!! And because of the service I received HERE at THIS STORE!!! I WILL NEVER EVER give a dime of my money to this company. My line and my family will go somewhere else ! I am in the process of filing a dispute, a FTC complaint , contacting corporate and will be escalating and reporting this matter with all names and ID numbers from everyone who contributed to this robbery scam. My advice RUN far away from the thieves and scammers who work for AT&T they have no morals no conscience and no standards of integrity! read more

The wait time was crazy. I'm not sure if it's every AT&T store but the clientele here in hemet looking to buy a phone should not take 2+ hours. Your not buying a car or a home. It's just a phone plan not your soul..i waited 2 hours just to change my phone number. I figured hey it will be simple just to come in. The wait should be no longer then 30 min. Boy was I wrong lol. I can't wait for all my contracts are up so I can switch back to Verizon. This 5GE is horrible. This is 4G LTE pretending to be 5G trust me it's slow and you will have constant drop calls. Google 5GE reviews and you will see yourself. read more

My voicemail hadn't been working for a long time, even though AT&T said it was. I went into the store, frustrated and annoyed. Kat, the manager, I think...and I hope that is her name, was patient, kind and helpful! It took about an hour, but she persisted, with a great attitude, and finally found the problem and got it working!!! She's an asset to AT&T, and I appreciate her professionalism!! read more

I would award 5 stars for the service performed by Lesa today. Lesa was patient, informative, and willing to research the best cellular plan for my needs. read more

Today, I went in to get a replacement screen protector for my iPhone 11. Like I get you need to scan your ID to log into your account, which I didn't have. So before I even go in, I see that it's slow, and this skinny Asian girl and this Mexican chick whatever she is, is looking straight at me and laughing through window. You can tell they both were talking shit because as soon as I go in they got quiet. Mind you they are making it so obvious. Lol I guess I came on the wrong day because the pretty Chunky chick wasn't there. Overall their customer service is garbage not to mention their service sucks. It's a pain in the ass to replace anything. Lol it looks like I will be switching to Verizon pretty soon. At least I will get better service. At this point any customer service is better than theirs. read more

Came in to pay my uncle phone bill and I have usually paid through person. Not a huge fan on technology and did not really understand how it works. I ask if it fine to pay through person but a female working there said she can't do that and only does machines. Getting there and waiting and finally my turn it was complicated due to not understanding English so well. I ask for help from the lady once again and she was very rude that she said "well it isn't hard to understand how to do it". Keep in mind I don't understand nor speak English very well especially when it comes to technology. So she was very helpful. And thankfully never coming back from here again. read more

Worst AT&T store I've visited, the manager stopped by to talk and asked questions as if she was going to assist and when I was done explaining she said "I'm the manager and I'm just checking in with you" I just wasted my time and breath with her for her not to assist. I get customer service but every time I looked around the employees were carrying personal conversations about how long they worked at this location and how many kids they have etc. never visiting this store again. I did not buy a phone and left to another store where they actually care for the consumer. AT&T you're better than this. read more

I don't even know where to start. If you want your whole day ruined, go to the AT&T store! At least you're in an air conditioned room while not being helped. I do not enjoy providing bad reviews, but this one is necessary. I have been checking the website, and waited until this locations had the phone I was interested in. After 4 separate visits, I eventually learned what they say online is complete BS. Their tactics are to just get you into the store and talk you into whatever they have in stock. I know exactly what I want and the website shows availability but every time they don't have anything in stock. Such a waste of time! I should have just driven to a different city that has accurate and reputable stock in phones. This location is a joke for those that know what they want and not settle for what they want to offer you. read more

Jared was outstanding! He was very patient helping with a factory reset and virus scan. He spent over an hour helping us and didn't make us feel rushed or that he had better things to do. He was very friendly and personable. If I need help again I will make my way to visit Jared again. I would most definitely refer other people to this att location. Not only did I have GREAT customer service but the store was very clean and well kept. **Update. I have went back to this location a few times since this review and am happy to report that I feel the same way. read more

I went into the store a few months ago and picked up a new HTC M8. Fantastic phone if anyone is looking. Anyways, I left the store without the headset to my phone. I called today, 7/21 and spoke with Jessica. I was nervous that my call was too late and that they wouldnt believe me that i didnt get my headset with my phone. Jessica was amazing. She went above and beyond what I was expecting and whenever im up in the hemet area with a phone need, I will be sure to ask for her. She is definitely a shining star in that store and should be commended for her way above the bar attitude and professionalism. read more

They could talk to the astronauts on the MOON in REAL TIME almost a half century ago but ATT can't provide adequate internet and phone service after 200 dollars i still don't have service and haven't been able to get ahold of a rep or a tech support since i paid. I was able to get ahold of a rep right away when i first called to sign up until they asked for my card number & i paid now i can't get ahold of anyone unless i call as a new customer, then they transfer me and i stay in hold for over an hour and/or i get transferred again or disconnected. Tried to return an item that was bought 5 minutes earlier, just to be put on a waiting list behind 5 people. I said oh great thanks, that helps. She said do you want to be helped or not. I said of course but you putting my name on a list isnt helping your doing a job that anybody can walk uo to a screen and do for themselves and you attitude doesnt help. She said she gave me attitude because i did it to her. I was expressing frustration at the fact i had to wait for something so simple as a return. When i go there i already know i have to set aside my whole after noon just to buy a phone but now i know its the same thing with something simple. read more

My family and I switched over to at&t from verizon just yesterday and Ruby helped us out and she was great. I went home and realized i was given a different phone # from what i had requested (I asked to keep my verizon # and was told I would be able to.) I went back today and Ruby helped me again and after 2 hours of her trying to solve the issue she decides to tell me "thats not what you told me in the beginning" because she wanted me to walk away with the issue unresolved. She apparently didnt understand the issue and spent that whole time thinking she did instead of asking me to make it clearer. Her customer service is exceptional but if she didn't understand my issue she couldve asked me instead of accusing me of saying something else. After she realized the issue she went to the back for another 30 minutes and walked out with it resolved and immediately dismissed me. Very unprofessional on her part, didn't expect her to act that way. I understand she was flustered as it was a confusing situation but that doesnt justify her attitude. read more

I went to store on Sunday. I told the blacke haired female I need a case for iPhone 11 and she pointed to the 4 different choices they had . I asked a few questions and she had answers to none of them and offered no more. I picked a case for purchase and THEN she told me I have sign in on a list . I would have to wait till they were done signing new customers before I could purchase. read more

The Manager is lazy and hides in a back office. I have 4 phones on a family plan and one of them is due for an upgrade in two weeks. That phone broke and is totally inoperable. I asked the clerk to see if they could do the upgrade early, so she went to the back office and checked with her "manager" and the manager told her no. When the clerk relayed the answer to me, she was done, offered no alternatives, and moved on to other customers. I have been with AT&T since 1996 and have never been treated with such indifference by the clerk. I called 611 (AT&T direct) and they handled it for me right over the phone. I will never be back to this store, and I have bought at least 15 phones from this location over the years. If you want good service, stay away. read more
