I went in today to try to pay my bill. This is my second time being to this location. When walking in the manager Harvey, that's if he gave me his real name. Anyhow, I'm walking in and his sitting at the back table he's says welcome in, but with attitude. So I guess the only way to pay my bill is with my account number usually I'll give my ID. Because for whatever reason, they had, had aa hard time to look me up. And honestly, I didn't have my account with me at the moment. So anyhow, he wanted my account number and I asked him I could show you my ID and go from there. He didn't want to he refused. He said that he needs my account number or my bill won't be able to get paid. With attitude! I said I have never had any problems with the other AT&T at Tyler. His response was with attitude you're welcome to go to that other place. I just felt that's not a way to service people. So my response was you need proper training and he tells me so do I. Very unprofessional, specially being the manager there. I had to go to the one on Tyler. And is a difference at that location they are very nice very kind right away how they introduce themselves, how they welcome you in how they attend to you, etc. WOW! So hopefully Harvey could get the proper training he needs or they should send him to the one on Taylor so he could see the difference of the staff on how they do it the correct way with there customers. read more

I went in one evening after being on phone with AT&T. They told me to go into a store and get verified. I went into the store on Trautwein Rd in this store manager asked me if you could help me and I said I was there to bring my phone and my number in and get it account with it with AT&T. He asked me if I wanted an insurance on my phone. he asked me what plan I wanted. I told him he tried to sell me on another plan. I told him I was only there to get verified and he kept me there for two hours before I was done, he had my phone in his hand was all my banking information on it because he was asking me for my banking and routing information and instead of me reading out to him, he took my phone for me and he went in the back room with my phone opened on that page probably wrote down all my information because when it was all said and done, the store manager added a second line on my phone for an iPhone 11 with the number starting at 951 mind you my phone is an iPhone 15 Pro Max and my number is a 714 number he had also added a streaming service with DIRECTV and insurance when I found this out by reading the emails that I received once I left a store and realize that he had tried to defraud me by adding a second line who knows who it belonged to, and adding all these extra things on my account which instead of my bill being $70 it turned out that it was gonna be $186 a month the guys are dirty scumbag and I think his name was Mario or Maurice or something. He's the store manager at that location buyers beware make sure that he's not ripping you off like you tried to do to me. This guy should be ashamed of himself. Shouldn't be doing business at any store individual that he is. read more

Very bad customer service. 2 young guys working today November 26. Went because my phone isn't working properly when I asked for them to check if I had an upgrade they said you can just go on the AT&T app and check. Hello! the reason I came in to the store is because my phone isn't working properly. Store was empty and it looked like they just didn't care about serving customers read more

I finally bit the bullet and upgraded my iPhone 7 to a 14!! Yay me!! I had a wonderful experience with John at ATT! He was extremely patient, thorough, and friendly with me during the whole process!! My fiancé ended up going on my plan and getting an upgraded phone as well. I am not a big fan of change, but John certainly made the entire transition smooth and easy! Thanks again John, you were awesome!! read more

AT&T is by far the worst company I've ever worked with. The customer service is terrible! To top it off, the office says they are open till 7pm. I got here at 6:22 and they are closed already. I done trying with this crappy company. read more

4 months ago I purchased a brand new iPhone 15 for my business. Since then I've used it for a month. Carlos the (manager) completely screwed me over and now I owe $1300 and have been simply trying to reverse it but I can't because of Carlos. Great salesman , horrible customer service. read more

I want to thank Roxy the AT&T manager located on Trautwein in Riverside Ca. For all her hard work and support for me, she was working really hard to fight for my case, to reduce my bills and getting credits adjustment, After being payed a high bills for 2 years, because of a mistake that they added me to a plan that I didn't asked for!!! Roxy didn't give up at all , it took us 2 months to resolve the problem, she was always helping and fighting. She stayed on the phone with me today, for 2 hours and half, just repeating and repeating the information, to resolve the problem. I wish you all the best and succeed in your career and in your life, dear Roxy, especially that you are expecting to have your baby girl soon. With you both the good health and I really can't thank you enough. You deserve a 5 stars as a store manager. read more

Very disappointed! We went in to upgrade 3-4phones and met JD. Likely the least helpful representative I have dealt with. He had zero desire to help us and made it very apparent. Was not friendly or helpful at all. In fact the complete opposite and just asked us to step away. When we asked to see phones we were told that was not a option. Needless to say we left without upgrading anything and now considering a different provider. I've been with att for over 15 years I have stayed and been willing to pay more because of excellence customer service which no longer seems to exist. read more

Had to get a new SIM card for a phone. Place was not to busy but there was only one employee so we had a little wait for him to finish up with a customer. He was friendly and helpful. Place seemed to be clean. read more

I'd like to say that Angeliqua was amazing. I kept getting denied my trade amount for some reason and the original salesman was no longer at this store. Angeliqua took it upon herself to help me step by step over a 2 month span. She re-submitted all my info numerous times until I got my trade value I was promised. She kept me updated via text all the way until my check arrived! She went out of her way and I appreciated it. I will always return to this location. read more

Roxy helped us with getting two new phones and she was outstanding. She was very patient with all our questions, helped us get a good deal, set everything up for us, and most of all she was very kind, knowledgeable and funny. It was a very easy experience and we would definitely go to her again. read more

very cool very helpful very fast very good service very nice selection!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Little brother went inside real quick to just ask a question the guy the only guy who was there said wait 15min outside in a rude tone when it's hot as crap outside no one wants to be outside in this heat my brother just said I have a quick question the guy did a rude shut your mouth hand movement then said go ahead and wait outside then if you want to talk to me. Why you you tell a customer to wait outside that's unnecessary and being rude over it doesn't help. This guy had no care on how to speak to a customer. After the rudeness my mother went in to speak to him and he didn't acknowledge her at all and until a customer spoke and said sir I think this lady has a question you can help her the worker then said no and don't say that she has one if she does she can wait outside for 15 or 20 min outside and continued to ignore. My mom said yes I can use some help the worker then again rudely said no go wait outside as if she's a pet and need to be outside. Beyond disrespectful and unprofessional could of said everything in at least a nicer tone no need to be an ass. The worker was Carlos incase anyone else comes across this guy he'll just demand you wait outside. read more

Awesome Customer Service! Marco hooked us up with a free phone! Helped us understand our bill and answered all our questions.

Manager here sucks now! Back in 2017, the employees here were awesome, helpful, super friendly. Now the manager is impersonal and rude. Right after the manager helped transfer the data on the old phone to the upgraded one, said "we had to buy him food" and literally gave his full order for Panda Express. Ridiculous and super unprofessional! My dad was kind enough to buy him food for his effort. But his pompous attitude didn't even want me to give a 1 star rating, trash customer service read more

My husband and I went into the store to upgrade our IPhones and were greeted by and very nice young man named Chris. He was so pleseant and very knowledgeable. There were two other gentleman who worked there, did not get their names, but were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store. The only negative thing I have to say is to the owner, that he needs to put some type of sun screen on the windows. It is winter and standing by the window was hot. I can't imagine when it is summer it has to be worse. If he does this I can guarantee he will be saving money on air conditioning. Other than that, I give this place a five star rating. read more

I had a bad experience with this retailer. I purchased a product (HD Clarity Tempered Glass) for Note 9 from this retailer and that product is not good so I tried to return it and store manager refused. I would not recommend anyone going to this store because if the store manager cannot help, who can?. Now I know why this store is empty most of the time it's because of bad customer service. read more

Went into tonight my daughter was getting a new phone horrible experience everything was going good until the man we were dealing with said trump could save you money but what's his name now forget about it mind you we had not said one word of politics this whole time he just blasted this out because I asked what are bill would be like with this new phone , I told him our president now should be respected now just the one before and what does this have to do with a new phone mind you we have been customers with att for over five years now !!! He said oh are we doing this now !! Very disrespectful toward my daughter and I !! We left without a new phone because I refuse as a customers to be treated like that or have her treated like that , every one has different political opinions this came from no where and was uncalled for in a business that has nothing to do with politics!!! read more

I needed to update my very old android phone. I bought a low cost replacement from tracfone and it might have been fine, but the service was such a nightmare. I had to make 15 calls as I was transferred so many times. I had to speak to 15 people. Still no resolution. I went to one AT&T in town but wasn't given accurate information inorder to utilize this 3rd party phone which wouldn't work for me since I wanted to keep my contract with AT&T. I found a AT&T closer to my home spoke with Marc K. What a great education. He was so patient, for someone who isn't very technologically Up to date with the new phones.. We made a appointment for the next morning. He helped me make it a pain-free purchase and here a month later I'm finally getting down to the review. I still feel he is terrific. I now am comfortable with my new phone. Did I say in my late 60s and retired. I won't let my skills get sloppy again. Thank you Marc read more

5 STARS for the services of Chris! I have never had a good experience at a cellular retail store until I came here. I live miles away from this location but luckily I was in the area and dropped by the Riverside AT&T store. I was greeted once I walked in and was assisted by Chris. I told him I needed to upgrade my phone but didn't know if I wanted to go Samsung or Apple. He explained everything to me with such an exuberant attitude I could not help but leave a happy customer! AT&T, you need to hire more employees like Chris! He's very knowledgable and extremely kind. I'll be referring all my friends and family to him. Thank you, Chris! read more

The customer service from the manager of this particular store is TERRIBLE!!! He has a major problem apologizing for the mistake that was made by them, but has no problem kicking someone out. Instead of helping me to solve the mistake that was made by them, he decided to be extremely rude to me. He was also very rude to the couple before me and instead of helping them he was giving them attitude. He seemed annoyed that he had to explain anything to them. He talks down to you as if he knows there will be no consequences for his actions. The attitude that was given should not be allowed, especially from a manager. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. They need a new manager IMMEDIATELY!!! read more

Visited this location earlier today and had a great experience. The location was very nice and looked fairly new. I definitely recommend this location! read more

Shoutout to JD on the great customer service! Totally knowledgeable on everything I asked for. Thank you for your help JD I appreciate it

Honestly one of the worst interactions I've had in a store. I cannot remember the name of the manager, but he was a baldish man in glasses and I remember his nametag saying he was a manager. From the second I entered the store, he was passive aggressive and gave one-word replies to all of my questions. When waiting for the safe to open so he could grab my new phone, he accepted a phone call on his phone where he was swearing and being immensely disruptive to whoever he was talking to (I remember specifically him talking about another employee and saying "I don't give a f*ck if he works here, I run this sh*t"). He then tried to rope me into a long-term payment plan despite the fact that I had my payment in-cash, ready to go. He eventually eye-rolled and said "Fine, you can pay it off in full when you get your next bill." I don't know if that's an AT&T policy, but whatever. Also, when speaking to my stepmother on the phone (as she is the primary holder of the account) he was incredibly snarky and rude to her. Other customers had also entered the store and he pretty much just waved them aside. When I had finally bought the phone, I wanted to buy a case and he pretty much shoved 3 cases in the bag and ushered me to the door. I don't know what I'm going to do with 2 other cases, buy hey, thanks for the free 80 dollars of product I suppose? I wish someone else had been there because I honestly needed help setting up the phone and getting data transferred. Typically AT&T employees have been pretty helpful with that in the past, but this guy seemed so pissed off at the world that I didn't want to put up with it any more. I have no problems with AT&T as a company, have always been pleased with my coverage, etc. But I will absolutely not be visiting this store ever again. read more

I have been to this location a few times not because I want to but more out of convenience. Both times recently I have been met by a Hispanic Male adult in his mid 30's who claims to Be the manager. He has a horrible customer service approach. He is very abrupt and treats people like crap. I watched him help 2 other people and they left so frustrated because he made everything so confusing. His attitude sucks and he is very condescending. The first time I shrugged it off as he was maybe having a bad day and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Not today I am done. I work in customer service and I know you can't treat people like garbage. I walked in and he said very abruptly "you have a mask" I said in the car I did not know you needed one. He said " you didn't see the big signs on the doors." I said oh I though you needed them you were are not vaccinated like every where else. He said "nope and went back to Playing on his phone. I stepped out and looked at the sign the sign actually says the store recommends it does not say you shall wear it. I will definitely not bring my families business to that location anymore and I know a lot of people up in this community they will all hear about this location believe me. During these tough times you would think a small business would want to earn our business. read more

I will not recommend AT&T's services to anyone!!! I have been dealing with bill changes, added charges, bad customer service for about a month. I have been trying to port our numbers to Verizon and all AT&T has been doing is giving me the run around. My son hasn't had service in 3 weeks and I was told they would deduct charges from my our bill but the rep said that was not on our account. I paid off all the installment payments and final bill but my son's phone is still locked. I never speak to anyone who can speak proper English, I'm on hold for more than half the entire time of the call, I have to repeat myself over 3 times for each rep and no one gave me the correct information. It was different each time along with the amount owed. I am on the verge of getting a lawyer to deal with this issue!! REFERING TO ONLINE AND TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICES! read more

Representative Chris was the most helpful & courteous individual I have dealt with in quite some time!! He went way above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were taking care of!! I highly recommend this individual get more compensation for his work as AT&T can not afford to lose this productivity. If you look at yelp ratings I can see why this particular location gets 4+ stars. All other locations are receiving horrific reviews and are receiving non acceptable performance reviews. I drove additional mileage to Chris' location and very happy I did!!! Thank you Chris!!! read more

Came here this past week to shop for a new service provider. I was previously with Verizon and after 12 years I can not afford that HIGH bill anymore. I was greeted upon arrival, and not in the pushy car salesman sort of way. I felt like it was genuine warmth. I had 3 phones in my Verizon line paying $270+ a month with out unlimited data.
