Arrived at the location on Tyler near the mall about twenty minutes after opening on Saturday. I was greeted and checked in almost immediately and told I was third in line. Seating was comfortable and inviting. After about ten minutes it was my turn and I was greeted by an excellent staff member. I wish he would have introduced himself so I could thank him personally here. He was tall with longer hair. While waiting my turn I listened to this staff member helping an older man ahead of me and he was so kind and gentle explaining how the gentle gentleman could fix his issue and prevent future problems with his devices. I was fortunate to work with the same employee. He very quickly solved my issue, explained other benefits available with T-Mobile and answered all of my questions. If I could give 0 stars I would my experience with this store is extremely horrible. Me and my husband switched from At&t to T-mobile worst thing we could have done. We went in for an upgrade at first we were helped by "ARMANDO MARIN" we advised Armando we wanted to switch over 3 lines consisted of 2 cell phones and a tablet with maximum high speed service . Armando sold us 3 cell phone lines without our consent, now when going back to request to fix a mistake he did they told us our bill will increase which we denied since we where told a price before switching over. Now second BIG mistake, we have been waiting for a refund of $560 Aprox for the last 3 months. The THIRD time (unnecessary time) we went manager ESTEFANIA JARAMILLO (STORE MANAGER) supposedly pushed through our refund and advised we would need to wait for a refund. Today 04/25/2026 we had to call again, and we are told it was not approved and we would have to call again. Now we must wait an additional 7 days to receive a refund from 3 months ago. We dislike our experience and we agree mistake can happen once but 3 times its too much. We are looking forward to switch back to AT&T in the future. read more

Strange world we live in .., my advice is just order online. 10 year customer of T-Mobile and basically they told me they can't do things that if you call they can. So why have a store? Simply trying to purchase new phones and they can't do what I could have done online. Long story short. I couldn't order a replacement phone without an inspection but they do that online with no issues. My wife came into the store to upgrade her phone as she was running out of storage in hers so we wanted to get her an iphone with more storage. Everything went well the lady that helped us was super nice and we went about our way. Well my wife wakes up and this morning and realizes she's missing the last 6 months of her photos after being told the back up had been complete and the pictures will trickle in no problem. We have a 2 year old and she lost all of her holiday photos of the first christmas our daughter could actually realize what's going on and also photos of her parents and our daughter who live out of state. Went back to Tmobil to see wtf happened and they basically said we're sol they didn't back up after being told they were backed up. I came to this T-mobile with my family in hopes to upgrade my wife & I's iPhones, instead some gentlemen modified our account & placed my wife as an "Authorized User" without my consent, he said he needed to upgrade the priority of the user to upgrade which wasn't a problem but I thought & still think that is bogus, he pulled up our account & said I needed $500 as a down payment on each phone, so that would be $1k for both phones plus $350 because we had not paid off our equipment just yet with 21/24 of installments. I immediately seen red flags. So being the professional gentlemen I am, I kindly asked if he could just change my wife's last name on the account because we married after we opened the account & had not yet updated coming to find out he didn't update that either realizing when I had got to a different & more professional T-Mobile. This riverside location said we needed all this money down & out of pocket because we were upgrading but I told the same situation to a different T-Mobile on the same day & they said that guy at the last location was full of it. Ontario mills kindly assisted me into upgrading our phones with ease & even said the upgrades were FREE. I would never recommend coming to this Tyler location, bad experience with the feminine male I shall say. Never again! read more

The wait time was long and lots of small talk was taking place. 2 customers walked out because it was taking do long. I only need to switch out a charger. I simply wanted to make a payment, for some reason me and my family stand there and no one can take our payment... one guy says he has to look for the payment machine that they connect to a tablet. Made an appointment for 230 today. Came in and checked in pretty quick. I see about 6 employees around the store 2 with a customers. One was busy doing poster and advertisement stuff while the other 3 were chatting with themselves or on a computer. What may look like they were busy we sat there for 30 minutes, not one person attempting to help us. Not one person acknowledging us. We already knew what we needed and wanted. Just needed help with the process. Overall, bad experience and wouldn't suggest this store and will possibly never visit again. Alternatively, I went to the McKinley location and was helped from the moment I stepped in and got my 3 iPhones I needed and was out in 30 minutes. read more

Francisco went way up and above to help me! I was taken back by his care, concern & integrity...and knowledge of the workings of the phone/apps/etc. When I contacted T-mobile directly by phone/customer support, and they couldn't help me solve my problem, they recommended I go to a local store. So, I went to my local T-Mobile store off Day St. in Moreno Valley where I had just purchased a new phone for me and soon after and new phone for my husband. So, I went back to them because the man that helped me was great! I don't know his name. He took great care of me. However, he was just leaving when I walked in so another person tried to help me and then then another,etc. They did try but couldn't figure it out. Finally, one of those guys said kind of quietly. you know...you should go to the store on Tyler. They have a really great team for tech support. He said they should be able to fix this. I said, but I'm here and that is 30-40 min away for me depending on traffic. The 3 guys trying to help basically agreed that was my only hope. I was like...REALLY! But I really needed this figured out. UGH! So, I took the drive. This is a busy store so I had to wait..not near as long as I thought it would take, but now I can see why it is so busy! (They got to me much quicker than I would have expected!) All the customers were politely checked in and were provided with very nice, comfortable seating while they waited. They (Me too) were not forgotten, and then it was my turn. Francisco Romo came to my rescue! He listened intently to the problem and did his troubleshooting for me. When it didn't make sense what was happening, (an odd situation, not normally having to be addressed) he contacted T-Mobile main Tech support. They could not fix the problem. With Francisco's persistence, tech support escalated the situation "up the ladder" and agreed to call me the following day with more info. Thru all of that....(Which I could not do on my own or at another store....Francisco made it happen) The problem I was having isn't important...too much to explain, but I thought it was so wonderful that everyone seemed to push me off, except Fransciso. I found my new T-Moble home and will be happy to drive 30-40 min to do my business there! Thank you Francisco! As long as you are not a senior with a Dissability and need to use the "employees only" rest room, they are most cooperative about selling and collecting money. But my Octogenarian Mother was denied access to rest rooms as the area is an "employees only area". After waiting for over an hour for attention and another hot for service. And once again we sacrificed humanity for a "corporate policy" at a location that routinely takes hours to complete customer sales and activation. And Refuse restroom privileges even to those with disabilities. We were told she could walk several hundred yards to a restroom in the adjacent mall. read more

After spending hours on the phone with their professional customer service, and having been told several times that my issues would be taken care of and nothing happened, I decided to go in and talk to a live person. I think I was better off on the phone ? Walked in and asked to speak to a manager , and the gentleman told me he was (Lie) , was put on a list to wait my turn. Spent 2 hours waiting to talk to someone only to be told that there was nothing they could do to help me ? Even had a chance to talk to the actual manager in charge and was told that I would have to talk to the online customer service ? Worst service I was lied to and not given a receipt. Product that I got didn't work for my and was not explained the return process. This company / store is awful I was a sprint customer and because of tmoblie buy out customer service is awful no one knows the job I was told tmoblie return policy doesn't apply to sprint customers I was charged 250 deposit for a 90 dollar item I will be canceling the service and suggest new customers stay away very bad customer service. Even the corporate office said I was out of the return time when I bought a item in 03/31/2021 and returned it 04/11/2021 absolutely ridiculous. That I would have to dispute at charge on my credit card rather the the company help me STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THIS STORE.
