Having called into support they advised me to wait 4hrs but can take up to 24hrs if not I can go into my local store and they can further assist me. So 24hrs passed and I was still having issues with iMessage so I walked into the store on Thursday around 6pm on 2/12 and was assisted right away by one of the reps. She checked me in and assisted me right away. I told her the issue I was having and she looked at a few settings on phone and then asked a gentleman I'm guessing a manager or something if he knew of a solution to fix this and all he said was it's an apple issue and they don't have the tools to assist me on this and I would need to go to apple. Having just transferred 6 lines over this is not the answer I wanted to hear as Verizon is my provider and they can at least attempt try to assist me. No attempt to call into support or tech support to help figure this out. Instead all the did was push me to apple. Having left I called into support and told them the situation and they apologized for stores lack of help and assured me they'll do their best to help resolve my issue. It took support about 15mins to fix my issue by deleting my eSIM and adding a new one. This is something the store could have easily done (unless the they don't have the tools to call into support such as a phone) instead of pushing a new customer away. I was close to going back to Tmobile after this horrible customer experience. Had they not been so busy when I walked across the way I would have went back to them. Needless to say I would not be going back to this Verizon store in the future and they should be ashamed of themselves to even be a company owned store. This is the customer experience I expect from a 3rd party but not from a company owned store.

As a an older man a few years into "middle age" (48), I'm either starting to lose my patience for all things technical and/or electronic, or I'm falling behind on all things technical and/or electronic, lol. In came Larissa, with more patience for this technically challenged old man than this old man had for taking on the technical challenge of trying to download/change over, upload or whatever the term may be for transferring the data from my iPhone 14 over to my brand spanking new 17 Pro. During the process of transferring data to my new phone and putting on the new screen protector for me, the wife and I learned that Larissa had only been working at this store for a couple of weeks, after moving on from another cellular phone company. What a tremendous loss for that other store, and what a significant addition to the team working at this T-Mobile location. I just simply can't end this review without mentioning that the team here is exactly that, a team. All other employees working at this time were making sure that they greeted every single person walking in that door and were quick to assist them with checking in, and taking care of their needs.

Checked what coverages we had, replaced my screen protector, and was not heavily aggressive like other sales people--just the right amount to help us feel comfortable. Thank you Richard!

The first associate on day one told my husband that the phone would be delivered the following day. When the phone was not delivered we went to the store to inquire about it. The second associate said that because the phone was ordered after two then it wouldn't be delivered until the following day. She asked if we had the tracking number and we told her no. She said it would have been sent to the phone that needs to be replaced. Phone is broken, the data turns pink, can't do anything with it. My husband had to get the tracking number from the second associate. The following day we get text that the phone was going to be delivered my husband looked up the tracking number and he quickly read the phone would need to be signed for. Unfortunately we couldn't get the phone because both of us were working. We missed the delivery so I quickly called this location as I was upset because my phone is my second blood line now and Mario told me he wasn't going to help me and he hung the phone up on me. I hoped in my car and got a phone call back from him minutes later, no apology for the disconnect so I knew it was intentional. I told him I was head over there and that I wanted the corporate phone number and his area manager. He told me again he wasn't going to help me. I did show up at the store as Mario and two female associates were waiting for me at a table. These employees were not waiting to help me, they were waiting to intimidate me. I then asked again for the corporate number and area manager which he refused again. Finally I got a number but it wasn't a corporate number but it was a third world customer service number. Mario and his associates need to learn to de escalate situations wth customers when they arise. They need to communicate better with details to better serve the customer. I have posted this on social media in the Rancho Cucamonga News Group with over thirty thousand members and it appears this isn't this stores first terrible incident. I hope this reaches the right Verizon personnel so they can better train their employees in customer service as this was the worst experience I have ever experienced in my lifetime. As it appears Verizon is trying to earn T-Mobile and AT and T customers back this is absolutely the wrong way to do so.
