Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new. Consider coming to this shop if you've ever been worried about a job done too hastily -- he'll tell you what choices you have and let you make your own decision.

On two occasions I waited over two hours to speak to someone regarding the iPhone 17 Pro Max order. He Sent me to Victoria Gardens on a wild goose chase for an iPhone 17 Pro Max. Of course they did not have them in stock. He told me he would email them to let them know I was coming. That did not happen. He told me he would have the phones delivered overnight. That did not happen. A week later, he told me he would have them delivered to the store and I could pick them up there. That did not happen. Found out they were just an authorized retail store and not the real deal for AT&T. I just discovered that they closed. That's a good thing. Customer's should be treated better. Extremely poor customer service, they needed to close.
