I started off shopping online on the Verizon website, but I had 1 million questions that the website didn't provide me. I then decided to visit the store in Upland. I didn't realize at that time that it will turn out to be the wisest thing I've ever done when it comes to cellular service. I was greeted by Angel, professionally and without judgment. He presented me a variety of options. He was very patient with all of my questions. I did not feel any pressure at all. Neither did I feel that they were upselling me. 5 lines were ported smoothly from ATT. We are now taking advantage of the Verizon network and we are very pleased with their customer service. A shout out to Angel for going above and beyond to help us out. Your hardwork and patience are highly appreciated. I said I guess I'll just price match with competitors and see if they have better deals, and she just shrugged her shoulders. I've been a customer for 20 years, but they couldn't care less. After my appointment I just went home and looked at my account myself. I saw there is a teacher discount I never knew about and got that, also was able to remove some things I didn't need. Brought my bill down $50 a month. I'm still looking at other providers because going to Verizon to get help is impossible now, their workers are terrible. Do better Upland Verizon, hire people that can at least pretend to care.

I visited another Verizon store in OC, but I was not an authorized user, so they couldn't assist me. Completely understandable as they were simply following their guidelines. Ended up in this Verizon store with my mom. This store is located in the Colonies. Finding a parking spot can be difficult since it's always busy. They have a large open space. It's nice, clean, and bright. I suggest more seating for customers while they're waiting. Possibly a couch, chairs, or ottomans? It wasn't too busy when we visited around 15:00. Just like any other Verizon store, there are only a few representatives. Thank you Gisselle for assisting us during the most stressful time! She was very knowledgeable about everything. She gave us multiple solutions and alternatives with thorough explanations. We were able to find a solution in under 2 hours. Heads up, if you have an iPhone 13/Pro then you might experience spotty cellular network or SOS because the new iOS, long story short, sucks. Eventually this iOS won't be compatible with iPhone 13s, so you'll be forced to upgrade. I ended up with a new iPhone, no deals, but I was able to trade in.

Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new. Consider coming to this shop if you've ever been worried about a job done too hastily -- he'll tell you what choices you have and let you make your own decision.

I shoot everything from movie sets and red-carpet events to other professional photography jobs, so when my equipment goes down, I need someone I can trust. I brought Joseph two Canon R6 camera bodies, one that I normally use with my 24-70mm and the other with my 70-200mm. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me. He was professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely seemed to understand how important my equipment was to me. That kind of customer service is hard to find. Joseph, thank you again for taking care of me and getting me back to work so quickly. They use low quality parts here. I got my iPhone 15 Pro front and back glass replaced. The front…read morescreen broke, but I'll take responsibility for that one. I opted to get the LED screen. The back glass I was assured was legit Apple product and when I went to get the front screen replaced at a different shop they applied a little bit of pressure and it shattered so that shot ended up replacing it for free and told me that the parts used on the previous repair were low quality. The original repairs cost me 320. shop around people there are better options as far as price and quality. I ended up getting everything fixed at that Little kiosk on Hamner in Norco that's shaped like a cell phone. Edit: I never stated that I dropped my phone. I only say I take responsibility because there was pressure on the screen from the battery and when I got to the Apple Store I pulled it out of my pocket and it was cracked. The parts used were low quality the amount of pressure they applied should not have broken the back glass. Like how you tried to spin it
