I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and the employees in this establishment. One employee in particular could not seem to tell me the truth about anything. I had gone into the store five times within three weeks in September trying to get an iPhone 17 Pro Max. On two occasions I waited over two hours to speak to someone regarding the iPhone 17 Pro Max order. He Sent me to Victoria Gardens on a wild goose chase for an iPhone 17 Pro Max. Of course they did not have them in stock. He told me he would email them to let them know I was coming. That did not happen. He told me he would have the phones delivered overnight. That did not happen. A week later, he told me he would have them delivered to the store and I could pick them up there. That did not happen. Found out they were just an authorized retail store and not the real deal for AT&T. I just discovered that they closed. That's a good thing. Customer's should be treated better. Service was great.. at first. Mariah helped us. 2 stars because she was pleasant. Opened up 3 phones 2 watches and an iPad. Our first bill was taken out which is always pretty high but we still have not received our iPad that was ordered 3 weeks ago. Turns out, Mariah never ordered the iPad but changed me taxes, activation fee, plus service for the line and I was never going to receive the iPad. Now I'm dealing with customer service, because they can never do anything in store.. they're also asking me to pay the activation, taxes, and expedited shipping for the second iPad (since the first was never ordered) and then wait for a credit on my next bill from the first iPad. I went to this at&t store on campus today for a new phone. The employees there are completely useless and rude. I had a young female assist me with new phone and she kept asking the same questions. She could not even remember the phone I wanted. She did not begin the transfer of phone information that apparently you can do with the cord provided in the new phone. When I got home, I called the store to request assistance with the transfer of information. This time the male that was working was completed rude over the phone and would not even provide his name and hung up the phone. I don't know where they find these people. Buying a new phone is suppose to be exciting, and well this was not the experience for me. I then went to the store on mountain and 10 fwy. The employees there were nice, helpful and just seemed happy to help. Do yourself a favor and avoid the store on campus. I went to the AT&T store to check out their internet, All Fi-Hub, since my Frontier internet was about at 5-7. Got it all set up and now I'm at about 217. What I appreciated was the helpfulness and friendliness of the two men there. I dealt with a gentleman named Eli and he explained what to do, how to do it, and cost and anything else I needed to know. I got the internet first since I had tried T-Mobile first and it didn't work, plus it took four months and lots of calls to get my $55.00 back from them. So after seeing how the internet worked at my house I decided to get the Directv streaming and it was easy to also install as well. So check out the AT&T store on Campus near the 210 if your internet is slow. And ask for Eli! read more

I called to speak to the assistant manager regarding a purchase she was helping me with and instead I encountered Joseph who answered the phone. He was extremely rude and when I originally asked for his name he asked me "why? We don't need to give that information". I asked to speak to the manager and he said "I am the manager". I said "your customer service is horrible". He then said "we are busy right now" and then hung up on me. Come to find out Joseph in fact is not the manager. It is Sunday Oct 8th at approx 530 pm. I walked into this store for help. No one was in the store... I stood there for 10 min knocking on both employee door for help. A girl came out ... she was looking annoyed that I was there asked me what I need. I asked her for help to transfer my new Iphone 15 from my old phone. She acted confused like What to you mean.. I think my request was pretty simple. I told her I needed help activating my new phone. She said you can do that at home.. it's late , that it takes 3 hours to transfer and I am about to close. This place is a joke and the employees are scamming people by signing them up for protection plans ($17.99 a month) and the next program ($6 something) without letting them know. I called trying to reach a manager but they play games and pretend to be the manager when clearly they are not. I asked for the managers name and they wouldn't give it to me. If you use this store keep track of your bills because they will add items on that you never agreed to or lie on how they are selling their products. My gf had a tablet added onto her line without her knowledge and without signing up for it. She was also told she was gonna get a free Apple Watch as part of a promotion with switching to an iPhone. She's being charged and has been paying off the watch. If you have issues at this store you can't go to a corporate one to get help, everything has to be done in house here. Wow! I see this store has pretty bad reviews and now I know why. I tried ordering the new iPhone online but my order was cancelled and I was advised I needed to visit a store to confirm my identity, I assume because I just moved. I walked into a store with no employees on the floor, after waiting about 5 minutes someone appeared from the back and had no idea what I was talking and went to retrieve who I can only assume to be the manager, though from a manager in customer service I'd expect more. She advised me in a condescending manner "I cannot just type in confirm identity, I can't do that" and provided no other options. So we sat in the lobby and called AT&T, which seems a little ridiculous being that we were AT an AT&T store. I came to the store over a week ago to place an order for an iPhone 12. I paid absolutely everything so my balance could be at $0. I didn't receive my phone for a over a week. I understand Covid plays a role in these times. I asked my friend how long it took for him to get his iPhone 12 and he said 2 days. I called the store and they couldn't do anything for me so I called 611 and they also couldn't do anything for me so I called the store again after calling 611 5 times. I kept getting the run around. This is a review based on the store and not on the customer or phone service. They are good about having masks, gloves, plexiglass, social distance and being at only 25%. I went to this store to have my new phone looked at because I could not retrieve my e mail. Reggie helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed that problem and then noticed I couldn't receive calls. I didn't even know that since I just bought phone night before. Bryson came over since there were no other customers at the time and was also helping Reggie try all the different things to get my phone to receive calls. Do not go here. They will not help you. I had an connection issue with my daughter's Apple Watch and the senior employee told me to just reset it and they cannot do anything else since we didn't buy the watch at their store(Sits down on the table and starts scrolling on his phone, this guy has no interest in helping me with my issue, I'd be embarrassed if he was my employee, the other gentleman was trying to help but you can tell he was new). Even though it was a AT&T connection issue, watch works fine. Lazy workers with bare minimum knowledge of their product, went to the AT&T store near Milliken and they helped us troubleshoot the possible issue of Wifi being turned of that's why it could be interfering with the connection. I have tried to pay my phone bill 3 times on 3 different days. Each time I was told "our systems are down and it will take another 2-3 hours for them to come up. I have been there at different times each day. Today, the person who was at the desk was Fernando. He was rude and told me I could go to another AT&T store to pay my bill. Then he walked away from me and turned his back to approach a customer just coming through the door. I plan to file a corporate complaint.
