I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and the employees in this establishment. One employee in particular could not seem to tell me the truth about anything. I had gone into the store five times within three weeks in September trying to get an iPhone 17 Pro Max. On two occasions I waited over two hours to speak to someone regarding the iPhone 17 Pro Max order. He Sent me to Victoria Gardens on a wild goose chase for an iPhone 17 Pro Max. Of course they did not have them in stock. He told me he would email them to let them know I was coming. That did not happen. He told me he would have the phones delivered overnight. That did not happen. A week later, he told me he would have them delivered to the store and I could pick them up there. That did not happen. Found out they were just an authorized retail store and not the real deal for AT&T. I just discovered that they closed. That's a good thing. Customer's should be treated better. Service was great.. at first. Mariah helped us. 2 stars because she was pleasant. Opened up 3 phones 2 watches and an iPad. Our first bill was taken out which is always pretty high but we still have not received our iPad that was ordered 3 weeks ago. Turns out, Mariah never ordered the iPad but changed me taxes, activation fee, plus service for the line and I was never going to receive the iPad. Now I'm dealing with customer service, because they can never do anything in store.. they're also asking me to pay the activation, taxes, and expedited shipping for the second iPad (since the first was never ordered) and then wait for a credit on my next bill from the first iPad. I went to this at&t store on campus today for a new phone. The employees there are completely useless and rude. I had a young female assist me with new phone and she kept asking the same questions. She could not even remember the phone I wanted. She did not begin the transfer of phone information that apparently you can do with the cord provided in the new phone. When I got home, I called the store to request assistance with the transfer of information. This time the male that was working was completed rude over the phone and would not even provide his name and hung up the phone. I don't know where they find these people. Buying a new phone is suppose to be exciting, and well this was not the experience for me. I then went to the store on mountain and 10 fwy. The employees there were nice, helpful and just seemed happy to help. Do yourself a favor and avoid the store on campus. I went to the AT&T store to check out their internet, All Fi-Hub, since my Frontier internet was about at 5-7. Got it all set up and now I'm at about 217. What I appreciated was the helpfulness and friendliness of the two men there. I dealt with a gentleman named Eli and he explained what to do, how to do it, and cost and anything else I needed to know. I got the internet first since I had tried T-Mobile first and it didn't work, plus it took four months and lots of calls to get my $55.00 back from them. So after seeing how the internet worked at my house I decided to get the Directv streaming and it was easy to also install as well. So check out the AT&T store on Campus near the 210 if your internet is slow. And ask for Eli! read more

I called to speak to the assistant manager regarding a purchase she was helping me with and instead I encountered Joseph who answered the phone. He was extremely rude and when I originally asked for his name he asked me "why? We don't need to give that information". I asked to speak to the manager and he said "I am the manager". I said "your customer service is horrible". He then said "we are busy right now" and then hung up on me. Come to find out Joseph in fact is not the manager. It is Sunday Oct 8th at approx 530 pm. I walked into this store for help. No one was in the store... I stood there for 10 min knocking on both employee door for help. A girl came out ... she was looking annoyed that I was there asked me what I need. I asked her for help to transfer my new Iphone 15 from my old phone. She acted confused like What to you mean.. I think my request was pretty simple. I told her I needed help activating my new phone. She said you can do that at home.. it's late , that it takes 3 hours to transfer and I am about to close. This place is a joke and the employees are scamming people by signing them up for protection plans ($17.99 a month) and the next program ($6 something) without letting them know. I called trying to reach a manager but they play games and pretend to be the manager when clearly they are not. I asked for the managers name and they wouldn't give it to me. If you use this store keep track of your bills because they will add items on that you never agreed to or lie on how they are selling their products. My gf had a tablet added onto her line without her knowledge and without signing up for it. She was also told she was gonna get a free Apple Watch as part of a promotion with switching to an iPhone. She's being charged and has been paying off the watch. If you have issues at this store you can't go to a corporate one to get help, everything has to be done in house here. Wow! I see this store has pretty bad reviews and now I know why. I tried ordering the new iPhone online but my order was cancelled and I was advised I needed to visit a store to confirm my identity, I assume because I just moved. I walked into a store with no employees on the floor, after waiting about 5 minutes someone appeared from the back and had no idea what I was talking and went to retrieve who I can only assume to be the manager, though from a manager in customer service I'd expect more. She advised me in a condescending manner "I cannot just type in confirm identity, I can't do that" and provided no other options. So we sat in the lobby and called AT&T, which seems a little ridiculous being that we were AT an AT&T store. We came in for customer service, you'd think they'd provide it by making the call for us and sorting out this mess, but apparently not. I have been a AT&T customer for many years. the recent experience is just incredible, Im trying to purchase a new phone and switch brands from LG to possibly Samsung or Apple. I like to try out the new phones and see if they would suit my needs. I ask if I can look at the Samsung S10 or the S10E.. the clerk says sorry the display is not working.. I came to the store over a week ago to place an order for an iPhone 12. I paid absolutely everything so my balance could be at $0. I didn't receive my phone for a over a week. I understand Covid plays a role in these times. I asked my friend how long it took for him to get his iPhone 12 and he said 2 days. I called the store and they couldn't do anything for me so I called 611 and they also couldn't do anything for me so I called the store again after calling 611 5 times. I kept getting the run around. All I wanted was a solid answer. Ernie (short for Ernesto) was beyond rude. He started getting smart with me and even asked me if I have ever worked for AT&T which ironically I have. This is a review based on the store and not on the customer or phone service. They are good about having masks, gloves, plexiglass, social distance and being at only 25%. That being said, it was hard trying to go in and get there phone with all of the protocol. Not the employees fault. That's not the most of star. Kiss because they didn't have the 12. I went to this store to have my new phone looked at because I could not retrieve my e mail. Reggie helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed that problem and then noticed I couldn't receive calls. I didn't even know that since I just bought phone night before. Bryson came over since there were no other customers at the time and was also helping Reggie try all the different things to get my phone to receive calls. Do not go here. They will not help you. I had an connection issue with my daughter's Apple Watch and the senior employee told me to just reset it and they cannot do anything else since we didn't buy the watch at their store(Sits down on the table and starts scrolling on his phone, this guy has no interest in helping me with my issue, I'd be embarrassed if he was my employee, the other gentleman was trying to help but you can tell he was new). Even though it was a AT&T connection issue, watch works fine. Lazy workers with bare minimum knowledge of their product, went to the AT&T store near Milliken and they helped us troubleshoot the possible issue of Wifi being turned of that's why it could be interfering with the connection. Checked our account to make sure it was set up properly and took their time to assist us. Go there instead, employees are respectful and willing to actually troubleshoot my issue. read more

The experience I had at this AT&T location can only be described as an affront to human dignity. My brother-in-law, who accompanied me on this visit, was similarly aghast by the level of incompetence we witnessed and the rudeness of the store's management. I patronized this location in order to upgrade my iPhone 6s to an iPhone X, with the expectation that my experience would be relatively straightforward and without issue. I was, unfortunately, mistaken. The store associate assisting me, Justin, began by determining the balance remaining on my iPhone 6s, which was approximately $113, versus the $165 trade-in value of the phone. In spite of this, he presented me with the option to simply surrender the phone rather than pay it off and receive the difference as a credit toward the purchase of my iPhone X, which would have resulted in a net loss to me of around $52. I chalked this up to either poor mathematics or store policy and obviously opted not to pass on the credit. In order to get the trade-in value, however, the phone had to be fully paid off, leaving me with the full amount of $165 in credit after paying the balance due on the 6s. This left a balance of approximately $75 in credit after accounting for the taxes on my new iPhone X. When I requested that this balance be applied to my next bill, I was told by Justin that I could only use it as store credit. When I protested that I had had credit applied to future bills in the past, he indicated he would "check with his manager" and proceeded to finalize my purchase of the X. Upon signing for the phone, I was told I qualified for either a free iPhone 8 (which I could not give to someone else on my family plan and have them keep their number) or an "iPad Pro" for a discounted price of "$199", with a $5/month 500MB data plan or $10/month to add it to my existing shared data plan. Justin walked us over to the display and pointed out the 9.7" iPad Pro and claimed that that was the device I would receive for $199, pointing to the iPad pro on the display and quoting the retail price of the iPad pro as being the device I would receive at the discounted rate. I agreed to accept the iPad Pro for $199, and Justin went into the back to retrieve it. He returned with a standard 9.7" iPad and, when I questioned him on it, he said "this is a Pro model; it just doesn't say Pro on the box." Skeptical, I looked up the technical specifications for the model number of the iPad he was trying to sell me and determined that it was not, in fact, a Pro model as he had repeatedly insisted. At this point, feeling as if the associate had tried to cheat me, I called the manager, Eric, over. The manager confirmed that it was not the Pro model that qualified for the promotional discount, following which the employee immediately and forcefully denied that he had ever claimed the Pro model was on discount or that he had identified the iPad he tried to sell me as an iPad Pro. I asked the employee to his face in front of the manager if he had not told me, in the presence of my brother-in-law, that he had identified that model as an iPad Pro and indicated it was the Pro that qualified for the discount, and he simply moved his head, smiled, and said "OK." He repeated this behavior several times in response to the same question being posed, neither confirming nor denying what he had said, which I found to be petty and insulting. The manager then informed me that the iPad the associate had tried to sell me for $199 was actually only $99 after the promotional discount. The associate and the manager then got into a brief argument in front of my bewildered brother-in-law and I, the conclusion of which involved the associate looking it up on his tablet and determining that the manager was indeed correct. The manager made no effort to reprimand his employee for his blatant dishonesty, inability to convey accurate information to customers, and total disrespect, and was instead short with us. He further offered no apology or accommodation for his employee's behavior, leading us to suspect that the employee's misrepresentation of products to customers may be part of a broader effort on the part of the store to deceive customers in order to move older merchandise. When my brother-in-law requested that the manager and/or associate apologize to me for the way I had been treated, the manager simply walked away without a word and the employee nastily commented "I am not apologizing." An apology costs them nothing and would have gone a long way; the fact that neither the manager nor the employee could express any remorse or ameliorative sentiment in light of what was either systemic duplicity or manifest incompetence speaks to how fundamentally flawed this operation is. To allow this location to operate in this way is a black mark against AT&T's QC for it's individual stores. If you are thinking of going to this store, I strongly advise driving to the next closest location. read more
