    So this review is based off of being with T- mobile for the first time ever after being on cricket, Verizon, and metro pcs. Lies lies lies, the best I can say. I came to get a new phone after getting out of my most recent plan. I wanted to see what my options were and was asking every single question you can think of. It was around Christmas time. Black Friday had just around passed by, I was going for cyber Monday to see if there was any deals still going. I had also just got back from BCT and AIT training for the army. So I had money to spend. The people were very friendly addressing everybody as soon as they walked in. I simply asked if they had any deals for switching plans over for a trade in for an iPhone11. I was also joining my cousins plan. He said yes and all I had to do was pay taxes and sign up for a 2 year contract with t-mobile. Which was fine, there was no problems there, the problems began after this. So the "T-mobile expert" "Mike" helped me this whole time btw. Saying "OH we have a special going on, since you buy the iPhone you qualify for an Apple Watch just pay taxes and it's yours." I asked all the questions prior "can I cancel anytime?, do i have to keep paying ANYTHING after I pay this tax, do I need to pair up with my phone, so after I pay this I'm not expected to pay for ANYTHING ELSE." He replies "no just the tax and that's it" what a joke. We end up trading in 3 phones and getting 3 watches along with that we got the internet that came with that, it was a good deal 30$ for internet WITH AUTOPAY DONT FORGET THE AUTOPAY. Or else you get 5$ added on to each little thing they can get you for. They also randomly added the protection bonus for ALL OF OUR DEVICES WHICH WE NEVER PUT ON. But some lady on the phone insisted that they were put on by us. Boy was Mike working for that commission. After that, one of the phones didn't get processed right for whatever reason and we get slapped with a 300$ insurance claim fee the next month. When we called them, even the worker over the phone stated that "the phone we traded in was in their warehouse, they don't know why we got charged for it". We didn't have money ready for that we had to pay it, but if we didn't guess what. Our phones would be shut off. We couldn't make the whole thing, but we paid off some of it till we paid it all off. Let me state when we got our phones everything worked perfect, the internet, our phones, our watches then when we couldn't make that one payment because of the 300$ extra charge, they decided to slow us down on EVERYTHING. Really sad, disappointed, and disgusted that I was lied to with Mike. I get it, you need your sales but don't lie to people, people work hard for their money. Don't sit there and lie to people for your money. Also I went to talk about all these problems at this store they never offered a solution, said sorry or just tried to help. They just explained the charges and basically said it in black and white this time. When I'm already being charged so thanks "mobile expert geronimo" I know you just wanted me out of the store. Never going to come back to T-mobile when my contract is done. Please stop lying to people, we're all human, we should be looking out for each other not ripping each other off. This is just my experience and a warning, never get the add ons, ask questions, don't trust them they just want their commission, and god bless.

    I HATE THIS LOCATION!! I'm sitting in my car writing this review... cause I'm THAT piss so this will be quick. This is the location I signed up with for tmobile. Before signing any contract the salesmen are nice and informative... *we can do anything for you* But can you say GREEDY OLD CAR SALESMAN PERSONALITY?!?! Cause once everything is done and you've signed & paid... Everything you ask for is replied with... *there's nothing I can do to help you with that* Yes Carlos I'm taking about you!! And in the past with ATT they always let me pick my # but here they said I can only pick my area code... wtf... so I kept my old #... OMGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!! Since I'm not on contract with tmobile I'm seeing this relationship end pretty soon. Furthermore they don't carry any 32gb for the iphones in the store... so you have to pay for shipping. And when I bought by phone the shipping date was like in two weeks so I had to PAY MORE to rush order it. Any money I could have saved WENT TO ALL THESE DAMN HIDDEN FEES!! Carlos lied to me and said tmobile doesn't keep 32gb iphone 5s in store at ANY locations. Sounds more like he was trying to seize commission on my account. *ahem* The Irvine location says otherwise... ... and here's the cherry on top!!!!!! My cousin bought me a $50 refill as a birthday gift and the gift card clearly says "use for a monthly plan or pay as you go" ... But... I think the name is Usman said I can use it to pay. And said he can open a new line for me .. I already have your services!!!!!! WHY WOULD I NEED A PAY AS YOU GO LINE FOR ONE MONTH!!!!!!!! Ughhhhh ... running back in to talk to a manager now that I'm angry writing this up!!!!!!!! ~ Ahh yes.. their manager Michael is unable to help me either.. jeez !!! there's nothing they can do? Wtf!! Time to call corporate ... and write to BBB ~ Okay no more writing to BBB. Corporate took care of it... I just want to include... If Michael really couldn't help me he could have just said sorry and offered me the customer care number. But I had to personally ask for the number!!!!! So yeah... I'm never coming back to this particular location!!!

    I work in a medical laboratory, and we're in the process of adding several new automated,…read morehigh-volume laboratory instruments, which connect over TCP/IP and transmit a substantial amount of data to our LIS system. The network design we inherited was not optimal, so we were looking at improving the topology while adding capacity. I was looking at several vendors to run some fiber from our chemistry room and one existing IDF back to our server room / MDF. I looked at several vendors and wasn't impressed. I had a vendor I'd previously worked with, but they weren't as responsive as I'd liked. This project is moving fairly quickly, and we needed someone to do the work sooner than later. During the process, I found Fusion Networking and Technology. I reached out to them for a quote, and received a call back the same day. I spoke to Gaspar, who was friendly, professional, and pleasant to speak to and work with. He came out to do a job walk the following week (I had some WFH days and various meetings, so the delay was on me, not on them). We discussed ideas, and then he sent us a quote (which was a good price and very fair), and contacted me to schedule the job. We happened to be in the office working on a Sunday, and he wondered if he could come out the same Sunday and start the job, which was a real treat. Gaspar and Junior drove out, showed up on time, and got to work. During this work, they were very careful respectful of our facility and laboratory instruments, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job at about the time they were scheduled to finish, and tested everything to make sure the fiber was performing well. The installation was tidy, attractive, professional, well-labeled, and they even left us a few extra fiber jumpers, which we didn't even know we wanted or needed. I tested all the runs myself and everything was connected at 10 Gbps, as expected. Unfortunately, now, we have to tidy up / mine out the old 66 blocks, mushrooms, cross-connect cables that happen to be OUR mess (which we inherited) and look horrible compared to the awesome work they did! But that's on us! If you need some fiber or cabling work, Fusion Networking is the way to go. Timely, professional, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them!

A member of our congregation set up a greeting that said our church was closed and to just leave a message. That congregant has moved away and we've been struggling with changing the phone message since. We have now been open for approximately a year-and-a-half and we wanted to have a phone greeting that reflected that message. Several years ago I met Mike on a job and noticed his ability to run cable even to the most difficult locations. Everything was neat, clean and professional, so we exchanged business cards. Over the past several years, I have referred numerous customers to Mike and used his services personally on many occasions including my office. Not only is the work done in a timely manner, but every jack is labeled, terminated and tested. He even leaves several brand new spare patch cables! What a pleasure it is to come out to a job that has been cabled by Mike "The Phone Guy" and simply plug everything in and it works the first time. On several occasions I have referred Mike to customers with very expensive homes that required the highest professionalism for the installation and every job was done with surgical expertise, customer always pleased as punch, makes my job easier and don't let me forget to say that Mike is a licensed contractor, so you don't have to worry about some shady work that never gets completed.
