This T-Mobile Store was terrible. I truly do not recommend it for anyone, if it was possible, this store would rated -5 stars. Keep in mind that this was my first month with the T-Mobile 40$ pre-paid plan .Once I entered a man went up to me and blatantly asked what I needed done and that I would have to wait around 10 minutes. I noticed other customers as I waited patiently, and that most were sitting in the corners, no one was looking at the merchandise, they either were looking at the time or asking how much was left till their turn for help. After 30+ minutes,I started noticing that they were only helping the customers that just came into the store to buy phones, and ignored people that had been there for over an hour patiently waiting their turn. To me it seemed that they were doing this to raise the statistics on how many customers they had, as in the "good-try Verizon" commercial. They probably wanted to show that the actual had some amount of clients. Especially since this is the fullest I'd ever seen a T-Mobile store (especially this one). Half of the employees instead working, were playing games or using social media on their computers, and if they were not doing this, they were drinking coffee talking to each other, entirely ignoring the throng of customers that was filling up the store. I asked the man who had told me about the 10 minute wait and asked if there was a cause for the hold-up and pointed out the offenders, he talked to me in a very rude and derogatory way, as if I was mentally challenged. He told me, "no they aren't just standing around, they're actually doing something, so don't worry, they are all doing their job." Then when I asked if there was a quick way to get access to a refill for my pre-paid plan he told me quite brusquely to wait my turn. All I had come into the store for was a 40$ pre-paid plan refill, which doesn't take more than 3 minutes to take care of. Due to his impertinent, biased, and inattentive behavior towards me and the other customers, I threatened to leave and take my business to a better company, that probably cared more about its customers. After I stated this, he just shrugged and indifferently told me to go if I wished to do so. I decided that this was the last straw and left the store. I decided to see if Target, which was less than a mile away had the refill card for the 40$ Pre-paid plan. I entered the Target went to the electronics section and asked the lady behind the counter where the T-mobile refill cards were placed. She pointed them out to me and let me pay for it there in the Electronics section. She was very kind, efficient, and helpful, the exact opposite of what had happened in the T-mobile Store. After I paid for the re-fill card, she wished me a nice night and I exited Target, all in the span of under 5 minutes. This shows how much better some places are than others, and something tells me that T-Mobile is going to be losing a lot of customers of it continues with this behavior. I know that as soon as a better option is available, I'll switch. read more
