So I immediately went back they "fixed" it. 2 weeks later my camera failed again. So I went back and when they tried to fix it, they couldn't. I was told they'll order a replacement to fix it. I had to wait an entire month for it to come in. I took it back to get repaired again. Walked out happy thinking it was fixed. But guess what, 2 weeks later my camera failed again. So I went for a screen repair and left with a broken camera that they couldn't fix. Wish I could get my 250$ back because they broke my phone so now I have to save up to afford a new phone.

From the moment I walked in, the employee barely communicated with me and seemed uninterested in helping. Before agreeing to the repair, I specifically asked him to make sure my phone was still functioning properly before replacing the screen. He simply nodded and said yes. About two hours later, I got my phone back, and the very first thing I noticed was that the new screen was popping out of the phone. When I pointed it out, his response was, "Just don't put it in your pocket because the screen can come off." Seriously? That's the quality of work I paid for? When I got home, I also realized my Bluetooth no longer worked and some of the keyboard letters weren't working either. I returned to the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me they could fix it--but only if I paid more money. They damaged my phone during the repair and then expected me to pay again to fix the problem they caused. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all unacceptable. The technicians refused to take responsibility and had made me come back to the store a couple times, wouldn't issue a refund, and acted like none of this was their fault. Save yourself the frustration and take your phone somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

He said yes there were roaches inside the game. I looked at my daughter-in-law and I told him he's full of shit. Get your game and let's go. ((so I tell him then give me my game back. He has a nerve to walk out to the trunk of his car and get my game council from his car so if there was roaches in there, why would you put it inside of your car make that make sense ))The point of the matter is he could've been a bit professional he said this in front of customers and I know for sure I do not have roaches in my house. I literally took it down the street to another company, they fixed it in less than an hour I even told him about my horrible experience and he told me there wasn't anything inside my game council and I couldn't be more happier. Don't do business with these people at CPR They are ridiculous. And they are liars...Take the time and go to uBreakiFix down the street . only because it's necessary to give them a star I had to give him a star, but I wouldn't give him a star at all because their service was crap.

I called and they told me to come to the store to see it and it was an hour drive for them to say they can't do anything for me no refund, oh but "I can buy a new one for 50 dollars". Do not buy from this business, they buy some crappy lcd's on eBay for 5 dollars for you to just go home for it to mess up a week later then you come back and buy a new one, straight scammers, they scam multiple people, we asked for the owner and the dude said "I am the owner with some attitude" and I was like oh okay where can I file a complaint and he said, "you can file a complaint anywhere we don't care" "we can't do anything for you" if you want you can buy a new one and they were just being rude. If your gonna repair your phone screen don't go to these crappy booths in mall's because they just buy some screens that go anywhere from 1 dollar to 5 and make u pay 70 dollars, so basically you pay a dollar for your phone and 70 dollars for labor. This place is straight scammers I was like where's the managers and some employee there had to speak for his boss so unprofessional! Go to a real business not some boof business that some guy created in his moms basement with his buddy's. They are just looking for innocent people to scam and finesse. Then the guy said I must be "high" if we think we're gonna help us. because we messed up and dropped the phone. We never dropped it they just gave us a crappy lcd!

The price was a bit higher than most places…read morethat I had looked into but the guy assured me he only used "Original" Parts and I was in a hurry to get it replaced. They replaced the screen very quickly in about a half hour. When i got the phone I noticed several things wrong with the replacement screen. 1) The back light to the screen is very uneven with some highs in the middle and a lot of uneven highs along the edges. 2) The screen lacks the color vibrance that these phones are known for. I switch back and fourth between my work phone 5s and my personal phone 5s and the differences are striking. 3) When you look closely at the screen you can see the columns of pixels. They are most noticeable with blue backgrounds. Certainly not retina display quality. 4) There is a part of the the black edge around the screen the bleeds light out from the back light of the screen. It is very annoying. I can only conclude that the replacement screen that I received is a low quality knock off and not an "original" part as the guy claimed. I do not recommend this place at all.

YES!!! I totally agree with you Moses!!!. I've gone there 2 times already, and was just about to go…read morea third time but am now searching for somewhere else to go. Do you have a good suggestion? the first time I got my screen replaced, it was the real iPhone glass (not knock off, cheap glass like the next time) it looked great, but before leaving, I noticed 1 little dot (just a little larger than a period. -.-) which turned out to be a small cluster of dead pixels. When mentioning it to the repair person, they looked a me like I was in the wrong and said nothing. I'm 100% positive that the cluster of dead pixels was NOT there before handing it over to them to repair. I guess it was the price that lured me there a second time because I was only charged $50 to replace the glass and screen. I was quoted 75 the first time, but was able to get him down to 60...I believe. Well, the last time they replaced both the glass and screen (both had a very significant amount of damage) first off, they made me pay b4 even giving them my phone to get repaired, which I found pretty strange. I thought originally...that it looked amazing and was very happy...that is until my boyfriend had used my phone and was able to notice a significant difference in the way the glass felt and also the way it looked. I then noticed that it was not the original iPhone screen or glass, and seems to be some kind of counterfeit/knockoff "made in China" glass and screen. I just shook it off and thought to myself "what can you really expect for a $50 screen and glass replacement?" A week or so later my boyfriend also noticed that the screen would occasionally flicker and also (as you stated) happens to have unusually large and noticeably different pixels which leads me to believe (even more now) that I was kind of ripped off the last time. Well, finally, I'm now looking for a new place to go to because this terrible quality, counterfeit glass and screen just completely gave out on me and I'm now unable to see a thing on my phone screen. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. I feel like you have a very credible review Moses, and am wondering if you have a suggestion as to a better recommendation to a more trusted repair place as I do not want to return after the last time and reading all of these reviews.. I don't care if it may be a little bit farther or more pricey than iDevice. I would really appreciate if you did. Thank you so much for the great review. I hope lots of people see it before considering them for iRepairs.

I don't usually write reviews, but QCQ Repair absolutely earned one…read more When I first started looking for someone to repair my Halo Infinite Elite Series 2 controller, I came across QCQ Repair. The only thing that initially made me hesitate was that it was a home-based business. I decided to keep looking around and even visited another highly rated repair shop in the area. Before I could even ask if they could repair my controller, they immediately recommended QCQ Repair. That told me everything I needed to know. From the moment I spoke with Jose, I could tell he genuinely knew what he was doing. With over 10 years of experience, his knowledge and professionalism stood out immediately. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my controller, understood how much sentimental value it had to me, and even understood how excited I was to play the upcoming Halo Remastered. What impressed me the most was his honesty. From the very beginning, he told me there was a possibility the controller couldn't be repaired because of how Microsoft designed the Elite Series 2. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep or give me false hope. Instead, he was upfront and transparent, and I respected that more than anything. I dropped my controller off on July 3rd, right before the holiday weekend, and he was still willing to take it in. A few days later, he contacted me with great news--he had successfully repaired it. Not only does my controller work perfectly again, but he also replaced the joystick with an upgraded component to help prevent the issue from happening again. The price was more than fair considering the complexity of the repair and the cost of replacing one of these controllers. What really sets QCQ Repair apart is that Jose genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. His business isn't about getting people in and out as quickly as possible--it's about doing the job right. That's exactly why his reviews are so outstanding, and now I completely understand why so many people recommend him. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, experienced, and takes pride in their work, I couldn't recommend QCQ Repair enough. I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need another repair. Thank you again, Jose. I truly appreciate bringing one of my favorite controllers back to life.

I saw QCQ and saw he he pretty good reviews, so I decided to give him a try. Worse mistake of my life. I took it in, and he charged me a $50 deposit to look at it. Sure no problem, I paid the deposit. About 2 days later I got an update, and later that day my system was "fixed". I paid the remains , and went home. I was able to play all day no problem, but next morning I wake up and the issue happens again. I contact him and he tells me to bring it back in, so I do so. Later that day he tells me he has no idea what the problem is and he'll update me when he can. 2-3 days go by no update, so I text him and he says once again he doesn't know. I said it's fine can you just refund me and I'll take it somewhere else, he said he would give me a partial refund and give me my system back, IN WORSE CONDITION it was in before. When he first gave it back, it would turn on and play for about 30-45 minutes, now it's back to absolute root 1 of not coming on at all. So i basically paid to waste my time, gas , and money. Definitely wouldn't recommend going somewhere where they don't know how to fix your issues, and ALSO don't accommodate. I feel like a full refund was the LEAST he could do. He claimed he was keeping it for his "time" , but what about mine? What about the 7 days I had to wait for nothing ? What about my gas to drive back and fourth 4 times? Once again, wouldn't recommend.
