I needed this for business. So I did call around. The insurance only covers repairs from this company. In calling around my frustrations only increased. Noone seemed to have the part or be able to order it. I called all over the Inland Empire . I thought it was just this company. BUT then I called the Chino store. Mark the manager answered the phone. He said to change the claim to the Chino store and he could order the part needed. If you need your phone fixed go to the CHINO store and see Mark Holmes. He is an angel. He'll have a warm and welcoming front but don't let it fool you. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. This guy put a car charger in the bottom of my bag after i explicitly informed him that i didn't want one and had no use for one. ($29.99). He "upgraded" me and gave me a wireless pad charger than conveniently doesn't work with any phone that has a case.($49.99). He never asked if i had wanted any protection plan, yet included it anyway($17 monthly). He informed me that trading in my iPhone X would be a $700 trade in value, meaning I'd only have to pay $49.99 more to pay off the iPhone 11. However, he lied. The trade in value is actually $500 and the promotional gift card of $200 was the $700 value he was trying to sneak past me. He mentioned that I'll have $200 to spend on accessories on top of the trade in value. Wrong. Also informed me that i would receive this $200 card before my first bill. That was yet another lie. The card only comes after 45 days of the line being in service. His estimate was $88 for my line and phone payment each month and a $40 activation fee=$128. Somehow, through all his lies and deceit, my phone bill is $382 this month. DO NOT DEAL WITH HUGO and get everything in writing. Complete scum. Careful and look for the fine print. Also, check your bags to make sure they didn't try to sneak something in.

This place is literally dog. I went there a week ago and they fixed my lcd and gave me some crappy…read morelcd. I called and they told me to come to the store to see it and it was an hour drive for them to say they can't do anything for me no refund, oh but "I can buy a new one for 50 dollars". Do not buy from this business, they buy some crappy lcd's on eBay for 5 dollars for you to just go home for it to mess up a week later then you come back and buy a new one, straight scammers, they scam multiple people, we asked for the owner and the dude said "I am the owner with some attitude" and I was like oh okay where can I file a complaint and he said, "you can file a complaint anywhere we don't care" "we can't do anything for you" if you want you can buy a new one and they were just being rude. If your gonna repair your phone screen don't go to these crappy booths in mall's because they just buy some screens that go anywhere from 1 dollar to 5 and make u pay 70 dollars, so basically you pay a dollar for your phone and 70 dollars for labor. This place is straight scammers I was like where's the managers and some employee there had to speak for his boss so unprofessional! Go to a real business not some boof business that some guy created in his moms basement with his buddy's. They are just looking for innocent people to scam and finesse.
