We ended up setting up a day for me to drop off my guitar. That day I met Kriss and he was very professional. We chatted a bit about the guitar, and music. Super cool dude. That same day he texted to let me know he didn't have a small part and had to order it. But that he also might have an extra. He just wanted to inform me that there may be a delay of 1-2 days. I honestly didn't expect to have it back soon anyways. He communicated with me through the whole processes. This was nice. I mean.. he had my baby (guitar) so that was appreciated. A few days later the guitar was ready. I met with Kriss again and he showed me the work. Man.. the guitar looked gorgeous. We chatted a bit and then I was off. My main concern was the feedback/hum. Plugged it in and nothing. It was a crisp clear sound. Sounded amazing! The setup was great as well. I was happy with the service. It was a few months ago so I can't recall the exact price but it was definitely under $100. Great value for what I received. I have a few other guitars and basses I'll be taking to Kriss.
