Then I had call L.G. 800 number that was on my dryer and they told me it would me $000.00 to just make a appointment and then the cost for part and labor when they do come out to see what is going on with my dryer, I said to my self "NO WAY". I called AA TV & Appliances (Locally owned and operated) to come out and look at my L.G. Dry, do to one of my bearing wheels was out (sounded like it froze-up. They came out the next day watch I did not expect that fast, and the young man (Mr. Adolfo) was easy to talk to and when he herd it he knew what the problem was right away and explained to me in plain English what was the problem and how much ($$) all together (out the door). It only took a few minutes to do the job and the amount of money I paid was good for the repairs, and they also took debt cards. Right afterwards the heater sensor went out and after getting the part the next day, he installed it on the dryer and only had me just pay for the part only (NO OTHER FEE's) and now my dryer works as good as new. After ai joined Verizon home protect, I submitted a claim and they denied it. Luckily I found this amazing shop. From the moment ai walked in I was treated with truly caring help and honesty. The diagnosis was given quickly, the follow up has been amazing. Their attention to detail is impeccable and I will have my laptop back. I definitely 110% recommend them. Once home we found the PC was still not turning on. Took it to a new place since it was the weekend and found out the Motherboard was what was the problem. After explaining we just replaced the Power Supply Unit the new tech looked and showed us how the Power Supply Unit was dusty and had not been touched. So after charging to replace with a new one they just took our money but didnt fix the problem nor did they even replace what we was charged for. Dont come here unless you want to be lied to and scammed out of money. I probably bought a power supply unit for someone elses PC but i know for a fact they didnt replace ours and didnt fix the problem. This place will not refund you with the same form of payment or will send you a check either. Total scam and untrustworthy business. Why would anyone trust a business who makes their kids work there instead of having actual employee? Save your money and go somewhere else, you will thank me later
