I took two solid 14k gold thick figaro necklaces (one 35 inches and the other 30 inches a total of 65 inches) in to Main Express Jewelry to be made into 2 shorter necklaces and 3 bracelets. They made a mistake measuring and cut a piece of the chain for a bracelet to long and had to cut a few inches off. They were supposed to attach that piece back into one of the necklaces. They did not re-attach the piece of chain as they were supposed to do. They ended up keeping it about 3 inches of the 14k gold chain from me. Of the 65 inches of gold chain I took in to them they only used 62 inches. I called them and confronted them with how many inches my chains were that I brought in and the total inches I left with. They called me later and said they "found" some pieces of what might be my chain. I went back in and long behold, it was my chain! But it was only 1 & 1/2 inches of the 3 inches they did not use in my necklace or return to me. And to top it off, Maria, the mother, actually tried to charge me an extra $38 for "putting that piece of chain back into one of the necklaces" when they 1) they did not put it back into a necklace and 2) they were the ones who made the mistake. My gut told me that I should have just taken my chains back and left when Maria started jacking me around with the price in the beginning. Oh how I regret doing business with them! Buyer beware!!! The really sad part about this experience is I have been a customer of theirs since they first opened their store (across the street from their current location) in Hesperia. If Maria did this to me she'll do it to anyone. Document anything you leave with them: take pictures of it, measure it, and weigh it to make sure you get back what you took in!!! read more

I highly recommend Main Express Jewelry. I've been to many Jewelry repair shops in all my years, some ok work , some terrible work and all fly by night businesses which are no longer around. At Main Express Jewelry from the moment you walk in your not just another customer, you are their friend, neighbor and someone you can trust. The Family owned and worked business has been around for years and someone I trust 101 percent with my most sentimental jewelry in need of repair. I've had several pieces sized, repaired and most recent they designed and created my one of a kind beautiful wedding set and all I could say is it was beyond anything I ever could have imagined.. I love love love it! Most honest people you'll ever meet.!! read more

Quality service for quality products! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I am so happy with my gold hoop earrings.

I was told 10 - 14 days but on day 30 it was still last minute to finish up. Also, I had called several times over the weeks and kept getting the machine but no return calls. When I did get someone they indicated there was either no phone messages or they were having problems. They did a beautiful job on the jewelry but at $793.00 customer service must be improved. read more

I came in and found a beautiful ring which needed a wedding band to go with it. The owner custom made a ring guard as a wedding band for me which came out fantastic! Not one complaint on the ring, it's beautiful and I could not have asked for anything better for a wedding set. I would give five stars but what could have been a great experience ended up being sort of stressful due to the lack of communication and knowledge of how long it actually takes to get things done. I waited a month which would not have been a problem had they communicated within the business and with their customers. Other than that, very nice people and the jewelry is gorgeous! Just expect to wait at least a month for your jewelry read more

WONDERFUL! I was looking for a jeweler for my grandmother who needed some rings cleaned and found Main Express Jewelry here on Yelp. Based on the reviews we decided to give them a try. My Grandma took her rings in today and called me with the review. She was so happy with the service she received. She said the shop is clean as a whistle and the owners are so friendly and professional. They got the job done very affordably, in just a few hours and her rings are more beautiful than ever. Our family will only be using Main Jewelry Express from now on. Thank you so much!! read more

I've been there twice and both times they told me the repairs were going to take between 3 to 5 days and it took a month both times. They said they were going to call me and they never did, they didn't even returned my calls. I had to stop by every week until I got my bracelets back. They put a security chain in two bracelets and charged me $60 the first time and $85 dollars the second time for doing the exact same thing. They fixed one of the bracelets and it broke the third time I was going to wear it, it was broken in the same spot that they had fixed. Took it back to get it fixed and they told me that it was a different spot and they were not responsible if it wasn't the same spot, when I'm 100 % sure it was the same place that they fixed. If I can give then 1/4 of a star I would had done it. I hope that my review will help others. read more

I brought in my wedding set for a resize and diamond replacement. I am amazed at how GREAT the rings turned out! They didn't rush the job and did it right. The replacement diamond they received didn't meet their standards so they sent it back for a nicer one. Main Express Jewelry is now officially my jewelry store!! read more

Drop off my two rings to be fixed. The salesgirl told me the rings will be done in10 days. I told her I had my nieces wedding to go to and wanted them to wear. She said no problem and that she will called me when their ready. I waited 15 days. I called them to see if they are done. The salesgirl said that the jeweler will call you back. No phone called. so drove over their and the rings we're not even touch. VERY BAD SEVICE. DONT USED THEM. Now I have no rings to wear to my niece wedding read more

I've nothing but wonderful things to say about Main Street Jewelers! Customer service is beyond magnificent. Jewelry selection is unique and plentiful. Displays are gorgeous. Shoppe is very clean and "sparkly". I recently learned that at Christmas time, they collect toys and gifts for the less fortunate, that are placed beneath their tree and gifted to kiddos. Highly recommended!! read more

Their work is pristine and stunning! I am so happy with my ring! I went to Main Express Jewelry to see if they would purchase an old wedding ring set and they were very helpful with the process. I did not end up selling to them, but valued their honesty. We have been in to this family run business for various little reasons...watch repair, stone settings in earrings, watch repair, etc. I recently came in with a ring I wanted replicated in a different metal. They assured me everything I wanted done was possible, and they listened to me. Every family member treats you like a cherished customer, no matter how small or large the job is you are bringing to them. I trust them, and know I am receiving the best pricing and quality work. read more

Looks like the service at this place hadnt improved much more since the last post! Had I been able to give a 1/2 star I would. I was hit with the classic bait & switch gig!last month I wanted 3 rings rhodium plated as they are all yellow gold & I wear white now.so, I came in today for just the rhodium & I'm told the lady would be back at 4, it was 3,& that on my engagement ring I needed 2 prongs fixed & on my princess cut solitaire 1 so before they could do the rhodium plating they would fix the prongs @$28 a prong & then BC I didn't purchase the rings there instead of the $15 per ring ($45) the cost would be $30 per ring. I was originally told that $15 each ring nothing additional. Typical bait & switch.I wouldn't buy a sterling silver hairpin from this joint. Not now! read more

I had two custom designed rings made after my mother and father had passed. I was able to use the diamonds and gold from my mothers wedding ring to create an awesome keepsake ring for my sister and I.
