Went in to finally let go of my wedding rings. All this time i thought they were silver. The nice & especially honest young man informed me they were white gold. It was a kinda sad day for me but i was happy that i ended up choosing Super Pawn to start my new beginning. Thanks again for your fairness & honesty. read more

I have been going to this pawn shop for over 10 years now and have been treated with the absolute best customer service experience. They are a family owned and operated business that treats everyone like family. I definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs to pawn something or is looking for something. They have just about any thing that you need. read more

Would not recommend at all . Many of the people vagrancy around the area go to and from with property not belonging to them. Unless you're aware and make a police report right away. read more

Very friendly and just overall good people. I got the same offer elsewhere and chose to drive all the way back there to sell to them because of that. Will go back if ever I need a great place to sell to. read more

Barter Kings! Great time talking with Steve! If your ever in the area it's a neat place to check out. It is a pawn store.

Can't say enough words about how great Patty & Trina(I really hope I remembered the other awesome & amazing girls name that works here bcuz she is honestly a beautiful diamond of a young person) they're both so friendly & genuine when they are welcoming anyone & everyone that walks through their door. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be to walk through their door bcuz of how sweet & kind everyone was, even Steve who I met for the first time :) After moving up to the high desert we had a few items that we just didn't have anymore use for or need and Express Pawn was so wonderful with paying us in my opinion very very generously. I would just like to let Bea the owner know the people/employees I consider to be friends now are the most unbelievable without a doubt the best & greatest people I am so honored & pleased to say it's truly a pleasure going into Express Pawn even to just say "Hi" Thank you for all your help & I look forward to stopping in again soon even if it's just to say "Hey you kiddos are the best!!" I have been here a handful of times over the last few years. They have an excellent selection of items and I was even able to purchase some fitness equipment very cheap. They have always been very polite and helpful every time I have gone in there. Their selection of items is quite extensive as well. read more

Cool Selection, manageable prices, pleasant staff. Little lacking in certain types of products, but still one of the coolest shops in the HD. read more

After trying to be taken advantage of the ring I brought in, I have been offered double the price they said was scrap price. They said couldn't even offer scrap price. Look elsewhere and keep options open read more

The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is astounding. After paying for the pawn and filing out ALL the necessary documents for a hand gun, I left thinking everything was taken care of and only needed to wait the ten days to pass and I could show i.d. and take my hand gun home......nope! Not even close! I was told I needed to pay an addition fee, a federal fee. They couldn't call me to tell me that their help screwed up and forgot to CALL ME and tell me I needed to pay the fee upon pick up? I'm sure that the call would have been free and taken no time at all. I guess their soon to be canceled A&E show takes priority over customer service and satisfaction. This place is not worth anyones time. Obviously I don't have the money to be driving back and forth if I did I wouldn't have needed to PAWN MY GUN! I wasted gas driving there that I normally wouldn't have (if someone had the decency to take the time and call when their mistake was noticed), and now I have to wait for payday to get what rightfully belongs to me. Way to step up and take care of the problem. read more

I really like this Pawn Shop. It is definitely not the "pawn shop" atmosphere that I had envisioned. They have a great selection of items to buy from TVs to Jewelry to tools to art to other electronics. More than I could have imagined. The staff take the time with each customer to make sure they are help and understand every part of the process. A++++ read more
