Went here to purchase one item and the sales person was nice. But also pushy and wouldn't take a no. I came in wanted a watch. Ended up leaving with over $3000 in items. I am happy with the items I got. The issues is I was lied to on the financial side. I did a Daniel's credit for the items and they did $1000 on a card call Fortiva. I was told my payments were $60 flat. And it would take about a year to pay off, when I get the statement. I'm looking at a statement Showing a $100 fee. And $450 interest!! None of this was stated on the papers that I signed or was told. So instead of $1000 it's $1600. On top of that. Daniel's is also charging a hidden fee. After adding everything up on the receipt and dividing it by 12 months. My payment should have been 185 with Daniel's credit. And I'm paying $210. Moral of this review is if you go here. Make sure to do your calculations before signing them papers! I felt so forced and uncomfortable in there, when I would say no to an item. I was pushed into getting it still. So ended up getting way more than I wanted. It may be my fault. But I went in there for one thing and got more than I wanted. Don't take advantage of young people trying to get something nice! To your future customers. Tell them there's interest and hidden fees and don't be lying. Won't make a mistake going here again! read more

Warning! This jeweler does not have a clue what they are doing. They will tell you something and than switch words and tell you that you had a misunderstanding. I was very clear when I walked into see if I can sell my ring and Daniel said I could and I could and gave me a rough estimate. He told me that i "should" get it cleaned and it would be around 50 dollars and after talking about the rough estimate, I asked "so I should not take it to a pawn shop?" And he replied "definitely not". I went to a few other jewelry stores and the other Daniel store in the mall said they don't buy so I came back to this one and they put words in my mouth that it was a misunderstanding by a young gentleman who talked very loud over me trying to be clear when I was very quiet.... Oh my goodness!!!! I am SO HAPPY to have come to this Daniel's Jeweler! To be honest, after paying off my last account I was done with Daniel's. Not because of the branch themselves but because of the horrible service I would get at the Daniel's in the mall. I was relieved to find out that I can purchase at this Daniel's located on Main St! Coming in to the store, the jewelry is set beautifully, the place is clean, there's complimentary drinks and cookies! Austin greeted us right away and was super patient in helping us find the perfect class ring for my brother! He was GREAT! (This is what the store in the mall lacks, patience and consideration.) Richard was amazing and helped finish the transaction and helped us find a perfect graduation present for my brother! I am amazed at the great quality customer service that this store has to offer! I went to purchase a Christmas gift yesterday and was surprised at their poor customer service. I was not acknowledge at all. I was in their store location at least 15 min just waiting for one associate to help and nothing. I watched a group of people come in and same thing along with two other customers as well. None of us were helped at all. Seems like they only care if they think their gonna make a huge sale because there was one group that was getting all the help you could possibly think of ... smh. I just did a purchase prior at the Daniel's Jewelry located inside the Victor Valley Mall and their service was great! This particular store lost a sale I ended up going to Don Roberto's Jewelry and was able to make my purchase and they helped me from beginning to end. read more

Stopped in to inquire about removing a link from my wife's watch band and was told they could do it and it would be no charge. I was surprised to say the least. They removed the link in about 3 minutes and refused to even take a tip. Some of the nicest people I've run across in a long time. Definitely will be back in the future. read more

This place really sucks. Do yourself a favor DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! Store manager Angie Aguilar, lacks on customer service and understanding. She just refusedbto unwind the deal, put yourself in my situation, " how would you feel about this situation if you were in my place?" She did not reply and said complaint to corporate. Here goes what happened to me. My wife buys a Bulova whatch for Christmas, well the Pin from the main mechanism falls off when I put my sweater on. I just push it back on and continued with my day. Same day Dec. 27th. I reached in my pocket to get my car keys and the pin again falls off. At this point I told my wife and we agreed to have it returned. On Dec. 30th we finally have time to take it back to the store in Hesperia. We were told since it was resized they would not be able to take it back. I told the Manager that I would pay to have it resized, it's not like it's a ring. The young guy that works there resizy it for us (thanks) so then the manages said the bracelet has scratches, any how make a long story short. I'm stocked with a watch that is not of the quality that Bulova should be. Please again DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

Drove to Daniels to look for an engagement ring, had quite a good budget to buy something nice. Doors were locked and I called since it was Monday at 2pm. They stated they were on lunch and wouldn't reopen until 2:45pm. I get it you need your lunch but that should be reflected on the hours you show online instead of people having to come waste their time. I'm sure all employees don't need to take lunch at the same time and can alternate to accommodate customers coming in but I guess not here. My fiancé and I came to buy our wedding rings... the sales person offered no sales tax because we were spending so much over $10,000 cash when we went to check out...he didn't even know if he could even give us that discount! So we end buying our rings, mine had to get sized because my tungsten rings needed to be 12.5 I call later in the week because they said it would be ready in a week, come to find out they never even ordered it and it had to be special ordered and it would take 5 weeks to get so we had to push our wedding plans which are hard enough as it because of covid. all they offered was a sorry after we spent over $10,000 I will never come here again I do not recommend this place at all read more
