This place is very expensive. They also charge you 4% of your total amount if you're using a card. There's a sign that says they offer a cash DISCOUNT off of your total amount if you pay with cash. When I mentioned it to the young girl behind the counter she said it's actually not a discount they just don't charge you that 4% like when you use your card. And I said "no that says it's a 4% discount off of your total amount" she argued with me the entire time so I said "that's fine it's not a big deal but you guys just don't wanna give the discount" and walked out. It's in plain English that it's a discount... $45 to wash a blanket? And after reading the other reviews who say the same thing I'll never come here again. read more

I have been a loyal customer of theirs for YEARS. Initially this place was great, but over time has gone down hill. And now they're at an all time low. It's a shame that there is no pride in their work ethic. Instead of making the situation better, I am accused of this being my fault. We purchased a BRAND new shirt, tried it on at the store and took it that week to get patches sewn on and dry cleaned, along with ANOTHER uniform shirt. We arrived to pick up the clothes to find out they were never dry cleaned, so we left them again. Clothes are picked up 10/27 at 4pm and my husband tries them on right after work. Immediately we notice that one shirt NEVER got dry cleaned, again. There's glue stains all over the shirts with the side patches and the other shirt has holes. The owners husband claims that the brand new shirt that we JUST purchased wasn't new and the holes were already there. He also states that he removed patches from that shirt and re-sewed them on...which is why he's claiming it's not new. Yes sir, you did...you did that to the OTHER SHIRT, 2 SHIRTS WERE BROUGHT IN. As seen on the receipt. I am not one to complain, I have NEVER written a review. But this saddens me that as a business owner, you stand there and argue with a customer and accuse THEM OF BEING AT FAULT. When you can clearly see in the pictures of the terrible job that was done. We tried giving them a second chance when they lost our shirt. Never again will I do business with them nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. My husband took his dress pants and dress shirt . He left it on Monday and the ticket said we could pick it up Tuesday after 4. GREAT! because he needed them for Wednesday. I show up and they only have his pants. Apparently they send out the clothe to get cleaned in another location. The solution the worker suggested was that I go to the other location at 5a.m. the following morning so I could ensure I had the shirt on Wednesday. I the other location is in Hesperia and I had her call to find out if the shirt was there and ready. Luckily they had it and just needed to be pressed. I drove to Hesperia hoping I would make it before they closed at 6pm. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Ive taken a few things here over the years and have had no issues. I brought in a dress uniform for work and unfortunately this is why I'm writing this review. When I initially picked up the uniform my pants looked great but my shirt looked horrible, they finished the job without even double checking their work. I brought it back and the front desk lady had a big attitude my with me from start, almost as if this was somehow my fault. She was full of excuses and kept referring back to the fact none of the work is actually done at this building and it's done somewhere else, couldn't diagnose what was wrong or how to fix it. They offered to fix it for free, I came back a week later to find most of it fixed with very small issues here and there but I could live with and again another bad attitude from the same front desk lady. I had to even ask for a lint roller cause I had hair all over the shirt. Im never coming back here again and warning everyone I know who drops their uniform off here to go somewhere else. Very inattentive! They don't care at all about your request for alterations. I took 2 uniforms in for tapering. The one lady took the measurements (not the tailor) and when I got them back, they all screwed up and they wanted to charge me again so they can fix it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE! I called the store to ask about how much they charge for dry cleaning, when I got there, the price was higher and when i told the lady that I just called and you said it would be less, she lied and said that it was a different lady who answered and she didn't know the price. I brought my military uniform in to get the name tabs sewn on, and rank on my cover (hat). They sewed my rank on WAY crooked, and one of my name tabs was only halfway sewn on, and hanging off my uniform. I had to ask for my money back, but since they had already cut around my rank to sew it on my cover, I'm going to have to end up buying a new rank to put on the cover. I decided to give this place a chance with my dry cleaning and of course they failed right out of the gate. Customer service is horrible! I only received part of my cleaning back I needed for business trip (my suit pants were missing). The young lady working the counter was useless and clueless. Valentina's helps keep me looking good. Would I recommend them, most definitely. About a year ago I found myself in need of dry cleaning services. So of course I Googled and found valentina's. To begin with they had the most positive reviews out of all the others that I checked out. So valentina's is run by a young lady by the name of Rachel and her husband, and their mother also helps out. For the last year I have been using their services to help keep my church shirts nicely laundered and slightly starched. I have been very pleased with the service there ever since. And recently I was fortunate enough to gain employment in a field where I actually need dress shirts on a daily basis, so therefore I am very happy to have gone out and bought more shirts for valentina's to take care of LOL. Took my dress there to be hemmed (I'm a shorty) very sweet owners personable and real. Cleaning items are sent out but have a very fast overturn time. Hemming was done in 48 hours just in time for Easter. I will definitely be going back. Reasonably priced for dry cleaning, hemming was a bit pricey. read more

When Professional Dry Cleaners closed down, I started coming here due to the convenient location. So I have been to Valentina's 5 or 6 times now and the experience is consistent. The people here are very nice, very patient, and very helpful. But the cost here is very high and then they add a charge to pay with plastic. The parking lot is a big mess too. On several of my visits, the small lot was completely full. I circle the lot for a bit and something opens up, and then I realize I am competing for that spot with other drivers. Once, I had to leave without dropping off my clothes because I couldn't get a parking spot. Honestly, I want to do business here. But the high cost and horrible parking is forcing me to look at options. read more

I cannot even begin to say how phenomenal I feel these wonderful individuals are at this business. The friendliness and professionalism speak volumes to the integrity of the owners, but in addition to that, they are dedicated to their clientele and will unmistakably go the extra mile to help. Rachel is without a doubt the most exceptional professional in the service industry.  Not only was she polite and courteous to my 7-year old twins while she was pinning and measuring the dress I came in to have altered but she engaged them while they played with her daughters' toys (who was peacefully sleeping while we were there)! This is where my story gets interesting. We were having my little girls' dress altered for her father/daughter dance which was coming up on Saturday. My plan was to pick it up after getting her hair done on that day. They were closing at 2, but for some reason I had misplaced that information in my mind so I went on about my day in the regular fashion.  While I was out and about, I got a phone call from one of the booster moms at my daughters' school, Julia. It seemed that Rachel, the owner of Valentina's, had been trying to locate me to pick up the dress before she closed at 2 (at this time, it was well after 2pm and she should very well have already gone home for the day, the dance was at 4). Rachel had known Julia as she was a longtime client of hers, and Julia had just earlier that day picked up a dress for her daughter, who was also going to the same dance that night. Rachel had thought to call her to see if she knew me and had any way to get a hold of me. It took a few other booster moms to get to me since the account we have at Valentina's is under my husband's name and our home phone number (you can see here the great lengths to which Rachel traveled for me), so several were involved in the chain to get to me but I was eventually located. Julia had been able to pick up the dress for me, Rachel waived payment from her as her only real care was that my daughter had her dress for the dance that night. When I finally got to talking with Julia, I was dumbfounded. I could not believe that I had forgotten that the store closed at 2! We would have been without a dress and my little girl would have been heartbroken. This disaster was completely averted and my daughter's night was saved and perfectly beautiful thanks to the incredible research, quick-thinking and resourcefulness of Rachel.  What on earth would we have done?? In my opinion, Rachel is the most altruistic, determined and considerate professional in the business and she deserves the award for the most thoughtful and selfless of any business professional that I have ever come across in my many years. I truly, truly thank her. Incidentally, the dress was precisely altered and looked absolutely perfect on my little girl! She had a wonderful time. I am officially a lifelong client. No stars if I could. Dropped my wedding shirt off here, when I came to pick it looked terrible. Wrinkles everywhere! Had to go through a complete hassle to not be charged and they couldn't fix it in time before the wedding. The girl working had to take numerous pictures and go back a forth with the owner over the phone. The owner still seemed like they wanted to charge me, it seemed like the girl working had to really go in to detail about how bad my shirt was so I didn't get charged. The girl working was very friendly and tried her best to resolve the issue, I could tell she felt bad, but I will not return here since they could not fix what was wrong by the time the shirt was supposed to be picked up. read more

This is the worst experience with cleaners I've ever had. I was visiting from out of town and needed some dry cleaning. I dropped off two knit jackets and they were ready for pick up when they said they would be. Trusting they are professional cleaners, I didn't go through the pieces at the shop. When I got home and unpacked them, they looked like a cat had clawed all over the jackets. The knit had been pulled with something all over the front and the back, completely damaged. I could not imagine what could have happened. I went back to tell them the pieces were ruined and they needed to take responsibility for the damage. The lady there could not answer any questions and had to call the owner who works upstairs. After about a half hour wait, the owner shows up. I relate the problem while she gives me a blank stare. We send everything out and don't do any in house dry cleaning she says, so I don't know what happened. I don't remember if she said they pay 10 times the amount of the total dry clean cost which ended up being about $200. She said she would contact me to mail me a check, and I never heard back from her. Well when the jackets are each worth $900, that's not much consolation. Not only that, I was on my way to a business trip and needed those pieces. I was so disgusted by the attitude, lack of professionalism, and non-existent customer service, that I didn't even want to have anything to do with this business ever again. I should have read the negative reviews before taking my clothes here. This was a nightmare, buyer beware. read more
