Before giving her my hats the owner did say hats we're difficult to do. So I told her if you find it too difficult please don't do the other hats. I didn't want to have to buy all new patches. I pick up my hats and ALL of them were completely ruined. Stitch lines everywhere, holes, and scratches all over the patches. She did all of my hats this way. It looks absolutely terrible. She did refund me which is why I'm not giving her less stars, but now I have to buy all new patches and hats. read more

They worked so fast and it turned out beautifully with the bustle staying strong all day and night. The hem of my dress had some folding they hadn't seen before but they handled it beautifully and it looked seamless. I've only had a couple of experiences here but they were both great. My daughter had a beautiful bridesmaid dress that was too large and needed to be altered. Unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the sweet lady that pinned the dress, but she was funny sweet, and personable and when we picked the dress up just a few days later, the dress was sewn beautifully and fit like a glove. Several people commented on the fit and how it looked like it was made for her :) Instance number two was my son's suit pants for his wedding. He put off tailoring longer than he should have, and she was able to hem the cuff and take in the waistband in just a couple of days and again, it was beautiful work.
