The first time I went here was for my daughter's wedding. I had just bought a nice suit and wanted…read moreit to be tailored. When I told her I planned to lose about 10 pounds for the wedding, she laughed at me and said she would do her best, but I would have to make sure I lose the ten or I don't get my money back. She's been my cleaners and tailor since then:). Daisy is always reasonably priced and cleans/presses my clothes very well. The tailoring is an added benefit of going to her. I haven't had her tailor a suit to me yet but I plan on doing it someday. Another perk is she gets the clothes done in a decent time. Drop them off on Monday and get them back on Thursday. She has help (perhaps family?) but not always. She does a great job all around. Tailors are very expensive, especially good ones and aren't easily found in the HD. Give Daisy a try and I think you'll be satisfied.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. When I was looking for a cart, they looked…read morearound with me and got me one. Then, when I came back with my load, they directed me to a washing machine, I didn't need to scramble around to find one. The overall vibe felt welcoming, down to earth and friendly. And, I also liked that they have a wet floor sign and how they move the carts to the side to keep the space safe and accessible to people passing through. I appreciated that even if they could have asked me to move my cart, they took care of it and just let me load my laundry and chill. Then, after I washed my load, they directed to the closest available dryer, which was also appreciated. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the floor was dirty and looked like trash had been swept under machines. But, I liked that they were good about dusting their washers consistently and keeping them in working order. I also like how they regularly clean their dryer filters. If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would. If the floors were more thoroughly cleaned, I would have given them 5 stars. Other than the floors, I love the warm and welcoming vibe at this place so for that, I would come again. I've been to a few laundromats but none of them have been as friendly and accommodating as this one. So just on their vibe alone, I'd say this is my favorite one.

She asked if I was for sure coming but wouldn't answer my question about same day pickup. I said "probably so" and she asked me again, I told her again "probably so." And she snapped at me "then you're not coming tomorrow." I tried saying "no, I said probably so." And she hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. I tried calling her back TWICE within seconds to tell her I said probably so, and she ignored my phone calls. I tried ignoring the reviews of how rude she was, guess the reviews are spot on. She couldn't even answer the phone to take accountability, type of person to be rude and then hide their face. Now I'm for sure going to call her back and confront her. Now I'll for sure not be coming here. I kept asking her "would it be ready for sure ? " and she kept dodging my question. Rude rude rude.
