When I told her I planned to lose about 10 pounds for the wedding, she laughed at me and said she would do her best, but I would have to make sure I lose the ten or I don't get my money back. She's been my cleaners and tailor since then:). Daisy is always reasonably priced and cleans/presses my clothes very well. The tailoring is an added benefit of going to her. I haven't had her tailor a suit to me yet but I plan on doing it someday. Another perk is she gets the clothes done in a decent time. Drop them off on Monday and get them back on Thursday. She has help (perhaps family?) but not always. She does a great job all around. Tailors are very expensive, especially good ones and aren't easily found in the HD. Give Daisy a try and I think you'll be satisfied.

The folding tables were great and I even had a super sweet lady offer to help me fold my rugs up when I was done! Great experience and I will be back to wash extra large loads such as these.

I took a child's size 5T peacoat to be cleaned and they charged me $18. That was high but would of been fine paying that if it actually got cleaned. I took it back to be redone and it came back another week later looking exactly as it did when I dropped it off. Half the people in there can't speak English, so when I asked for a refund since nothing was done. They had to call someone for me to talk to. The lady was rude and just said it was sent out 3 times and that's the best they can do. I asked to be reimbursed and she said no and claimed they cleaned it. Look at my attached pictures you can see that this does not look like something that was cleaned 3 times.

I also met a husband in the afternoon. He was cordial though I had to return when the woman was there. I'm terrible with names so my apologies to them and you. I used to work nearby so I went often. All the sweaters I had dry cleaned came out fine. I haven't been since last year. I had an oversized King down comforter done in 2011 and 2015. The price was $35 both times! A more than pleasant surprise not to see an increase. Since I am no longer working I am not using them that much and this isn't Manhattan I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. I have a dress that needs alterations, another oversized King comforter and an inquiry into costs for Laundering. I will try to return and update the review with my results. I never had any problems.

Then, when I came back with my load, they directed me to a washing machine, I didn't need to scramble around to find one. The overall vibe felt welcoming, down to earth and friendly. And, I also liked that they have a wet floor sign and how they move the carts to the side to keep the space safe and accessible to people passing through. I appreciated that even if they could have asked me to move my cart, they took care of it and just let me load my laundry and chill. Then, after I washed my load, they directed to the closest available dryer, which was also appreciated. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the floor was dirty and looked like trash had been swept under machines. But, I liked that they were good about dusting their washers consistently and keeping them in working order. I also like how they regularly clean their dryer filters. If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would. If the floors were more thoroughly cleaned, I would have given them 5 stars. Other than the floors, I love the warm and welcoming vibe at this place so for that, I would come again. I've been to a few laundromats but none of them have been as friendly and accommodating as this one. So just on their vibe alone, I'd say this is my favorite one.

People like these washers because it's only $1.75 to wash but they aren't worth it. 3. More & more machines, both washers and dryers are broken.
