Anthony provided exceptional service when I brought in my cell phone after it had been badly…read moredamaged, including significant water damage. I was hoping there might be a way to repair it, but Anthony took the time to carefully evaluate the phone and explain what I could realistically expect. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained that, because of the extent of the water damage, attempting a repair would probably not be the best plan of action and could ultimately be ineffective. Rather than encouraging me to spend money on a repair that might not last, he gave me straightforward advice about my options. Anthony was polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. At a time when it can sometimes feel like everyone is trying to make money at all costs, Anthony was generous with his knowledge and more concerned with giving me good advice than simply making a sale. That level of honesty and integrity means a lot. I am very grateful for the way he treated me and handled the situation. Anthony has definitely earned my trust, and he will receive all of my future cell phone repair and service business. I highly recommend him!
