I was trying to order pc parts through a local store, to keep the money in the community. I called on a Friday and got a price for the Ryzen 3600x, they told me with tax out the door 250$. Well I come into the store a few days later (Tuesday) to go ahead and order and pay for it. Well my total jumped to 295$. They can't change the price since it's coming from their vender. I guess Amazon it is. Also, everything I asked about that they had displayed, apparently has to be ordered. Why display if not in stock. read more

Great company. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and most of all honest. I brought in 2 laptops to have repaired. They got them up and running very quick. After they quoted a price for each laptop I asked if they would cut me a deal if I did both. They agreed and I paid in full. I felt great about the price. After a few days they called and said they were able to get a better price for the parts needed and I would receive some money back. How awesome is that? The power button on our HP Smart Touch Computer pooped out. I called around to some of those "Big" stores. They wanted to charge a FEE just to ship it to "THE SERVICE CENTER" (who knows where that is?). Then sometime in the future we would get a call from this service center letting us know how much it would cost to fix it. Nope. They lost me at that. I looked on Yelp and found a couple of smaller outfits (with good ratings). Lucky me! The first one I found fixes computers right on site (no shipping it to someone else) :D . These guys know what they're doing. Within an hour I get the call our computer is fixed and ready for pick-up (WOOT!) Turns out it was an easy fix and cost just a little more that it would have cost to take it to one of the "BIG STORES" to have it shipped out. So all in all if you want pretty much any of your tech devices fixed, call these guys first. You won't be sorry ;) read more

My computer is now working great :D I would definitely go back to them again. My only concern is that, a part was somewhat downgraded and they should have asked my permission before changing the hardware to something all together different. (I do now have slightly less graphical power and a useless hdmi cable.) However they were very pleasant and updated me throughout the day on my computer's status. And big one-my computer was repaired the same day and for a fraction of the cost it would have taken at a chain. read more

These guys repaired an old laptop and an old Gateway. The laptop parts where difficult to get, had to come from China. They promptly and politely handled all the issues.
