Troy is the best in the business. My laptop base cover was significantly damaged in a car accident rendering several buttons on my keyboard and touchpad to not work properly. I originally inquired with another computer tech guy who quickly dismissed me saying that it was irreparable so I decided to get a second opinion and found Troy based on his high ratings.
