Troy is the best in the business. My laptop base cover was significantly damaged in a car accident rendering several buttons on my keyboard and touchpad to not work properly. I originally inquired with another computer tech guy who quickly dismissed me saying that it was irreparable so I decided to get a second opinion and found Troy based on his high ratings. I called Troy and explained my computer issue to him and he said there is a chance that it is salvageable based on my description. He said that I could feel free to bring it in in person for him to do a visual inspection.
