My experience with this business was extremely disappointing. I brought in my phone, fully honest about the internal issues it had. I was told it was "only good for parts" and was offered $40. I trusted their assessment, only to later see the exact same phone posted for sale at around $500. Whether it was incompetence or a complete lack of transparency, the result was the same. I walked away feeling taken advantage of. If they believed the phone was worth reselling, that should have been communicated instead of downplaying the value of the phone. I did go back into the business and demanding to get my device back. After a little back and fourth, they gave me back the phone and tried reassuring me "they're honest people". I took in my special needs son's iPad to be fixed. TWICE. first time they said it was fine. second time is was kept for diagnostics & "repair". it took over a week & absolutely no communication. $170 later , the "repair" was a new charging port & the issue was not fixed . will not be going back for yet another $75 diagnostic. read more

I just had a phone charge port cleaned for 65 bucks, they wanted 75 but said they could give me break after I basically begged. 20 bucks sounds reasonable. She should have said how much she was going to charged before cleaning it. Dont ever come here! I repeat dont ever come here. I took my Apple Watch to Trinidad to repair the battery and I must say he was very genuine in the service he provided. He tried several solutions and unfortunately my watch to was far from repairable. Trinidad took the time to show me that a new battery wasn't going to fix my problem and gave me a few recommendations. He didn't charge me since he didn't repair my watch but I insisted since he took time from his busy schedule to try and fix my watch so we settled on a small tip. They fave me a rough estimate of the cost to repair my phone but the cost was close to the price of a new phone so I decided to purchase a new one. Well, I have an oculus controller I need fixed. Called up, they didn't answer. They did text however...strange business tactic. But when asked how much it would cost to fix a faulty joy stick, they quoted $105. Wait...so fixing my controller is going to cost more than buying a new one? And wait...the repair parts are only $16 dollars...And the fix takes about 20 minutes. So your charging me $80 dollars for labor? for 20 Minutes? When looking up what the repair costs on average, it's 25-40 dollars for a repair. Half the cost of a new controller. These guys are scammers. Running business tactics that don't make sense at all. They will charge you more for a repair than it actually costs to get something brand new. As for the response. I spent $18 for a kit to repair my controller. It came with 4. I say again FOUR joysticks. I fixed it myself using a youtube tutorial. Controller works amazing Now. These guys want your money. Lets do the math. 18/4 is 4.5 so for $4.50 I got my controller fixed while you wanted to charge 788% more than what the fix at base line would cost from an average repair. I'm sure there is a reason for it, your employees must make at least 60 an hour because this didn't even take an hour to fix. Your a crook. Anyone need a controller fixed? $40. HMU, I wont even add the price of parts on top of it. read more
