Yes I am giving ACE repair the best review I can give, and that is well earned! I had a serious problem with my Mitsubishi TV and did lot's of leg work and a few local phone calls here in the High desert. When I finally spoke to Joe, ( ACE Repair owner) I noted he was honest is what he was telling me. With that I decided to call him again and scheduled a visit to repair my TV. Mind you, I spent many many hours gathering information about the problem with my TV. Once Joe, came to my house it was confirmed in my assessment of his honesty. He expeditiously repaired my TV to great working order, and was very good at what he did and very professional. Additionally I must point out that his rates were excellent and not out there to gouge customers. This roral transaction was done in such a manner that made me very happy to see that there are people out there that are stil honest and works hard for a living. I would highly recommend Advanced Consumer Electronics (ACE) Repair! Joe Gerst just left my home having brought my beloved yet beleaguered TV back to life. It was a tricky repair because there was melting involved around the required part's seating, but Joe resolved the issue in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner in licketysplit time. The man knows his sh*t! (Sorry for the profanity, but it's descriptive.) The price was fair (about $100 less than I paid a couple of years ago for the same service with a different service provider) and it was exactly what he quoted on the phone from my verbal description of the issue I was having. It seems to me that Joe's only goal is to make his customer happy, and he certainly does that in every way possible--even the smallest things are not overlooked by Joe. Anyway, texted Joe a picture of the motherboard and what I thought was an ID tag of some sort turned out to be a ribbon cable that I missed plugging in. TV works fine thanks to Joe's assistance. ACE repair is awesome. Joe came out to assess the problem with our flat screen. He found the problem quickly and ordered the part. Called us the next week to come install the new part. His quote to fix it was right on. My 8 month old TV now works better than when it was brand new. The manufacturer's warranty was ridiculous to have the TV mailed to them. Very honest & professional.
