Fix didn't take very long at all... maybe 20 mins tops. After my phone was fixed, Martin shared with me that he upgraded the phone backing to the original free of charge. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me.
