I called them first to get some information before heading over to the shop. I spoke with Martin. I believe he is the owner. He was very friendly, nice, and helpful over the phone. He was even more so in person. Thanks Martin! I initially ordered and paid for an off market phone backing. It didn't take too long until the part arrived. I returned to the shop for the repair. Fix didn't take very long at all... maybe 20 mins tops. After my phone was fixed, Martin shared with me that he upgraded the phone backing to the original free of charge. He was very nice guy and fixed my phone without a problem. We had a good conversation and agreed to do business again Second time I gave a few phones to fix. He sends back all my devices inside a big hollow box with no bubble wrap or anything to protect my equipment.
