Inexperienced employees is the excuse I'm given. Stay tuned for the rest of the story read more

Just fixed my phone today these guys very fast and reasonably prices . Zak helped me he was very professional read more

Horrible customer service and extremely overpriced. From own personal experience I feel that I was overcharged for a iPhone 5 S screen replacement. It took an entire hour to do what would take most professionals 20 to 30 minutes. Not to mention that the staff was not very welcoming or friendly. read more

I was forced to go to the Mall of Victor Valley to find a cell phone repair. The one listed in Hesperia on YP does not exist. After asking around at one of the kiosks, I was pointed towards the "Food Court". Right outside the entrance is iCell Phone repair. The gentleman was not only confident in his capabilities, but he stated the price and estimated time to replace the screen on my iPhone 6+. "$55 and 20 minutes". WOW! OK! Can I watch? "Sure". He was so smooth and quick, It was obvious he had done this repair many times. Within the estimated 20 minutes he was also able to assist a few other walk-ups inquiries without skipping a beat on my repair. Broken glass means New Screen too on my iPhone 6+. Now I know I could not have done this repair on my own like I did on my iPhone 5. I was concerned about my battery and asked how much to replace the battery while he had it apart. "$30". But he checked my battery to learn it's condition first. "It isn't that bad" but I had him replace it anyway so I wouldn't have to worry about it for a long time. Now I have pretty much a brand new iPhone. I am so pleased with the speed and precision I got, I am telling all my friends. I was expecting to pay more money and get less service and even delays or wait times. I noticed he does work on a lot of other brands and models so he's not just an Apple Mechanic. Give him a try. This young guy deserves to be rewarded for his work and skills. read more

DO Not, let them touch your phone! I brought my phone in for a new battery, they broke my screen and the internal antennas. I had to get a new phone because they wouldn't listen to me. read more

Poor quality parts. Lasted for 45 days and now the touch screen is not working on the iPad min. The standard warranty is 30 days. Save yourself the headache and use ANYBODY else. I called to see if they would be able to do anything but the answer is I would have to pay to have it repaired again. I should have listened to the other reviews. Installing junk on top of poor customer service will be the reason this business will not exist in the future. read more

They are terrible they ordered my daughters piece while she was here visiting they never called and said it arrived. She had to leave for the airport and they wouldn't give her the money or the piece. So I had to go argue with the man to get the piece. So stupid. BEWARE! read more

If I could give -5 stars, I would. DO NOT use these rip-off artists! I left a phone with them to analyze and contact me with an estimate. When I returned 2 hours later, they had repaired the phone, with no authorization. And then told me it would be 120.00 to get my phone back, or $65.00 to return it to its unusable condition. I requested they contact me before any repairs were completed, as I was deciding to fix my existing phone or to procure a new phone. Now, 3 weeks later these crooks are still holding my phone for ransom. Tenfold, jerks. read more

I took my nieces ipad here it was broken and my nephews iphone right so it was 150.00 I was fine got it done.. 2-3 weeks in my screen starts falling out so I went back today with my supposably warranty and all of a sudden they r not responsible for that... his response was sometimes things brake when they r repaired, I was like wow really I could've done this AT HOME.. MYSELF... do not go to that place they r cheap n scan you n in the end they r gnna send you off with a piece of shit job they messed up to start.. gets me so mad... I was so pleased how they attended me at first but I guess after they make their money they don't need you so after you go back for something that is clearly their fault they blow you off... I will never go back and I truly dont recommend you use them for your repairs.. Even the owner couldn't help me or guarantee his dumb warranty... can u tell im mad I fkn hate that place n I hope they read this... Ok well that's all.. read more

Icell Accessories - Mobile Phone Accessories Near Me - Victorville, California

VERY SHADY ... DO NOT RECOMMEND Took in a cracked cell phone. Chris charged me $130. We ordered it Saturday, he said it would be there Tuesday between 11:00-12:00. We waited 4 hours. At that point Chris told us it wasn't coming in today, if we could come back another day. We went back in the following Saturday dropped it off to be fixed, they said it would be an hour to an hour and a half, and they would call us on my husband's cell when it was ready. They never called, so we go back an hour and half later, the cell was sitting on the counter finished. We check the phone before we leave and the phone is not reading the SIM card now. Another worker tells us they can't do anything to fix it, we tell him we are not leaving until it's fixed. He says Chris is the one that worked on it & he is on his lunch break, so there is nothing he can do for us. He also said they can't reopen the cell, because it could recrack the screen, and pretty much be happy since the screen is no longer cracked, (even though it no longer works) We tell him to call Chris or Shack (the manager). Half an hour later Chris shows up, he tells us it will take another hour and they will call us. We decide to wait, it took 10 minutes. They fixed it, but it took 2 trips to the mall and a lot of wasted time. They have no customer service and I wish I had looked up reviews before going. I wouldn't recommend their service to anybody!!! Save your time and your money and do some research and go some place else. read more

AWFUL. They broke my Samsung S5 lcd screen and won't fix it. I brought it in to repair the glass and they broke it even worse! I'll never go back and no one else should either. read more

It is a shame to give this place any stars. They over charge compared to other repair shops in the general area. Paid to have an iPhone screened replaced. Popped off in three weeks. The reluctantly fixed it and it popped off again in a month. This time it was out of their set warranty and they blamed it on a design flaw. Apparently they know more than Apple at this mall kiosk. read more

Icell Accessories - Do not come here unless you want to pay to have your phone fixed twice. - Mobile Phone Accessories Near Me - Victorville, California

Never loose your receipt. Take a picture of it asap. Had two phones fixed and they both have problems with them. They wont fix them because i dont have the receipt. Try to charge me again but im not gonna pay another $90 if you didnt fix it right the first time read more

This place is a rip off! Please go somewhere else for your cell phone needs. I was told I would only need to pay full price for my phone screen the first time and thereafter if anything happened it would only be $8. When I took my phone back due to a crack on my screen they said it would be full price to fix it!!! Had I known this information I wouldn't have purchased it in the first place. When I asked to speak to the manager or owner the staff said there wasn't any!! All lies, such a shame the way this place does business. My recommendation is go to Zagg for all your phone screen needs. They truly give you a lifetime warranty. Icell is a joke!! read more

The worst service possible. They told us 2 hours to replace the glass on our phone. $80 and 5 hours later we got back a phone that is worst. At least before all that was wrong was the broken glass but now the phone deletes the contacts, changes background, removes apps, starts downloading on its own. Its really a super smart phone now. NOT! They are not trained to repair phones. Do not take your phone here if you want it repaired. They should not be allowed to exist. This is fraud. read more

Junior is amazing!! He's kind and patient and always does a great job!!! He's informative, and he absolutely knows what he is doing- they have a great warranty and i will request him if I ever have an issue with my phone in the future :) read more

Terrible location. We gave them a phone with a cracked screen and said it would be $80.. then called two hours later saying they broke the lcd ... saying it would cost $180 dollars for that now... so not only did they not fix it they made it not useable and worse. Then they wouldn't fix what they had broken. Useless garbage company read more

I went there to buy some cases for my Samsung Galaxy Prime they sold me on 3 for 30 bucks with a free screen protector. I took the offer and was told that i have 7 days to RETURN the cases if i was unhappy with them. I happily took the cases home and soon realized that the cases did not work well with my FM transmitter that i used to listen to music in my car and my screen protector was not the correct one for my phone and had been placed in such a way that it was making a blurry spot on my front facing camera. So the next day i went back and talked to an associate who told me they do not do money back returns but i could exchange for another case which would have been fine except all the cases for my phone would have the same problem with my FM transmitter and i explained this to the associate. I asked why i was told that i could RETURN them if needed not just exchange. They looked at my receipt and i was told that it was the manager who had helped me and i would need to speak to her because the current associate did not have the authority to make a decision like giving me my money back even though i twas told i can return them within 7 days. So then by this point i was all ready upset and very disappointed i asked if they could fix the issue with my screen protector and i was once again told that the associate there was not allowed to make decisions like that and i needed to come back when the manager was there but they could not seem to tell me when the manager would be in again and i should just call until i find out. I will never shop at icell again the way they treated the situation was terrible and i am now stuck with 3 cases i can not use with my phone properly and no screen protector because it interfered with my camera. read more

Okay I never write any reviews but I made time today! Let me start off saying not to waste your money supporting a company that would ever keep an employee after numerous remarks being made making fun of elderly people or people that doesn't want to buy from them but I'll tell you about that after. So I go to fix my cell phone and they send me to the kiosk infront of sadanas nail and eyebrow Beauty by jc penny's so I go and there's this Arabian looking girl and a big girl who claimed she was the manager I walk up and ask to see there cases and she pointed where they would be at meanwhile she doesn't move to open the showcase for me she just stands by the cash register EATING they eat by the cash register the Arabian girl is chewing and food is falling from her mouth it's so gross I never seen anything like that first of all if you're going to eat go to the food court it's so nasty and unprofessional to see them having a full course meal right infront of you so I finally ask her to open it she comes around and she looks bothered that I interrupted her meal who knows but I am very picky so I end up taking a while and the Arabian girl is helping some older lady and the old lady is being hassled to buy a wallet that she obviously doesn't want but she's being very polite about it and the Arabian girl finally gives up and the lady walks away she wasn't even a few steps away and the Arabian rolls her eyes to the big girl (Manager supposedly) and calls the old lady a "BROKE BITCH"!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was livid my boyfriend was trying to talk me out of beating her ass the manager called her "Whit" I think her name is Whitney but all the Manager said was "whit" and nodded her head VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT !!! So if you thought it ended there it didn't I'm still there looking at the cases to see if the manager would say anything she still didn't and that Whitney Arabian girl kept rolling her eyes at me she kept looking at me bad for how long I was taking that girl is so rude! So I went into sadanas and told them about it and the girl who did my eyebrows told me to talk to the owner so if the owner reads this or if anyone knows the number please let me know I'm so disgusted with their customer service!!!!! Eating like pigs at the cash register and calling people broke bitches when they don't buy those ugly ass cases read more

Never ever again!! I went in to get my back camera fixed and they fucked up phone !!! Now the back camera doesn't work and half of the screen is black ! All they said is that they can't do anything about it !! Like wtf you fucked it up you fix it !! read more

I am very impressed as to how promptly they resolved my issue. I only waited about 35 minutes for them to fix my iPad. Laura the manager was nothing but so professional so helpful. As was Jose and the rest of their staff. Thank you guys for all your help. You earned a customer for life. read more

I really do wish I would have read the review before I came to this stupid place. Something similar happened to me. I took my iPod 4th generation to get the cracked screen fixed and then it happened to be 2 days later the camera shows green lines and fuzz. I was so upset but since there was supposedly a warranty I took it back. The guy who helped me from the get go was Chris. He said he would get it fixed. So long story short, I took it back and it turns out he couldn't fix it. So now I'm screwed left with a iPod camera that doesn't work with when it used to prior to them changing my screen. I met the manager or owner what're he was his name shaquille and I made him give me have of my purchase price back but honestly I would have preferred the whole damn thing back. He made me drive back home for the receipt because supposedly he couldn't do the refund without it just to find out that when we came back with it the guy didn't even use the receipt to give us the refund! My husband was super pissef for making us drive back and forth eating our time. He gave him a piece of his mind but really he should have kicked his add! He's a heck and very shady business. DO NOT GO THERE TO GET ANYTHING REPLACED. YOU WILL REGRET IT! read more

I drop off my iphone 6 to replace screen. They gave me very bad quality screen that do not fit properly, it sticks out. I brought it back and they try to replace again. With same stuff. My home button is wiggly, they screen pop out at some place and volume was very low and sould like if someone had covered the speaker. I call to have my old broken phone back and demand a refund, they say i have to come when the manager is there. I have to drive 65 miles each way. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PHONE. I should of read these reviews before trusting them with my phone. I will follow up with my review wether they will refund me or not. read more

I have never seen a place with the worst customer service ever, the girl at kiosk by the jcpenny has the worst attitude ever, I hope karma takes care of you cause you are a horrible person to deal with, you should consider to work in a different place cause you don't know how to deal with people and just FYI contracts and signs do not apply to children, they only apply to adults, you are just not worth an argument.... horrible place to do business with. read more
