Kenny did a great job repairing some deep scratches after my daughter scraped a stucco pillar. The damage looked pretty bad, but the repair turned out better than I expected. He came to our house, was easy to work with, and the finished repair blends in extremely well. His pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone needing scratch or dent repair read more

I had a lot of scratches and a hole in my bumper from rubbing against a wooden fence post. I contacted Bumper Specialists and I was given a quote from the pictures that I sent by text. Kenny showed up on time for the appointment at my home and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do thoroughly. The paint matching, blending and bodywork was excellent. It looks like nothing ever happened. The price I paid was very reasonable for the quality of work and was what I was originally quoted. I definitely recommend this business if you've got a messed up bumper! read more

Reached out to this company for a quote on repairing my Lexus rear bumper tabs. They quoted $275 to simply run a visible screw through the bumper with absolutely no warranty. When I asked a reasonable follow-up question about what happens if the repair fails, they completely ignored me and never responded back. Poor communication and customer service. I understand limitations on repairs, but leaving potential customers hanging after asking basic questions doesn't inspire confidence. read more

Our experience with Kenny from Bumper Specialist was a total Five Star experience! He was kind and on time. He explained in detail the work that was going to be done. Kenny worked diligently to make our Durango look brand new! We are very satisfied with the outcome. I thoroughly recommend this company for any car body work that needs to be done. Hugo did a very thorough job repairing a scrape on our Acura MDX bumper. The price was less than a body shop repair, so we were happy with that. A lot of care went into the repair as you can see from the photos. I did not expect such a process to fix a relatively minor scratch, but the result was that the bumper appears "like new". Especially impressive was Hugo's ability to match the repair paint with the rest of the bumper. Our vehicle color is "Tiger Eye Pearl" which has quite a bit of flake and changes tone depending on sunlight and angle. So far, the repair area is indistinguishable from the surrounding paint. Very good job! read more

On-time, prompt, highly communicative, friendly and most importantly amazing work. While I hope I don't need their services again, if I do they will be more first call for any body work. read more

A good alternative to full service traditional insurance driven repair shops. Showed up on time for both the estimate and work done at my house for the repair. About $1000 cheaper than body shop estimates. I would use them again and will not hesitate to recommend the company. read more

What an amazing difference!!! There was a deep 5 inch mark directly in the middle of my rear bumper on my Maserati!! The dealer quoted me $3,000 to remove and repaint, plus had a 6 month waiting list. I couldn't wait for 6 months. Hugo was HIGHLY recommended for his quality work and body work experience!!! I was so relieved when he said that he could fix it!! It actually looked BETTER than before!!!! It looked brand new right off the factory floor!!! Thank you so much HUGO!!! Hugo was great. He did what he said he would do and was much cheaper than the collision repair shops I got quotes from.

Fantastic job and substantially less cost to repair a bumper than other quotes...Highly, highly recommend!!!!

Never intended to be a "regular" at a body repair shop - but I have become one at Bumper Specialists. I am so happy to have found them. My first visit was a very straightforward repair of a bumper on a 12 year old Audi. The second was to remove and reinstall the bumper and install a bolt on trailer hitch on an SUV. The third time was to do extensive work on repairing bumper and body damage on a classic 65 year old British sports car that was rear ended by an inattentive driver. In each case, I have been delighted by the quality workmanship and the fair pricing for the quality of the work performed. For the sports car, I was pleased with all of the same things, but also by the careful treatment and ingenuity involved with doing the work. There is literally no handbook for working on an old sports car; and finding the parts needed is a bit of a treasure hunt - but Bumper Specialists came through big time. Their approach to having one of their team devoted to the disassembly and reassembly was great - the car looks perfect. Their shop is great to work with - straightforward, honest, and transparent. I heartily recommend using them for any work you need, small project or large. I like knowing they are there if I need them again. read more

The appointment process with Liz was easy, especially as I had to change days after the initial appointment. Kenny was on time for the appointment, explained the entire process completely and did a fantastic job. Anyone with minor dents should seriously consider using Bumper Specialists as they are easy to work with, do outstanding work and are often less costly than insurance deductible. You can't beat quality work in your own driveway in one day versus going to a repair shop and waiting days or weeks without your car. Highly recommended. read more

I had a great experience with Bumper Specialists. I sent over pictures of my bumper via text message and received a response and quote within 10 minutes. They offered same day service as well! Hugo was fantastic! He explained where the damage was and explained exactly what he was going to do to repair the bumper. Look no further for any bumper repair needs that you may need! read more

Thank you again! The first time my husband hired you to work on his 2021 Corolla Hatch. It was a good experience and you did an awesome work on his car... For that reason, this time around, I hired you to work on my 2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid. You certainly made my day. I don't always comment but you deserve it this time around. You were "conveniently" mobile, on time, professional, honest, fast and worked diligently. Not to mention, you cleaned after yourself. With your expertise, my bumper looked good as new. Flawless, I should say. You can't even tell work was done on it. (Boy, I was butt hurt when I scratch my new car) Anyway, if another work needs to be done, it would be a pleasure to hire you again. read more

Highly recommend this place! Very good service. I was looking around at different places to do my paint job and also install a new tail light. Other places quoted me at 2x and 4x the amount that this company was charging me. And they did such a good job! They painted over it so well-you can't even tell that there was scratches. And they worked on it pretty quickly too-only took about 4 hours. They are a mobile service, so they come to you. It's so convenient. But also keep in mind that it is mobile only-do not go to the address listed on Yelp. Instead, give them a call. All in all, I had a good experience with this service. Thank you Hugo and his team for their great work on my car. read more

My new RAV4 Prime was in a hit and run in a parking lot and there was a big dent on my front right bumper. Thank goodness I found Hugo from Bumper Specialists. They responded to my inquiry right away and Hugo was able to come out the same week to fix my car on my own driveway. He was early to the appointment, very professional and the quoted me a great price so I didn't have to go through my insurance. Hugo did 5 to 6 hours work on my car with great detail~ he then came back a few days later to do the finishing touches with wet sand and polish to smooth everything out. So my wife finally decided she wanted her bumper repaired. So I looked around and found these guys. Now being a car guy and knowing about bodywork I was skeptical when I saw the before and after pics on their website. I said what the heck, I'll give them a try. I called Liz and made the appointment. Hugo showed up(great guy) that morning and pretty much explained that he would be here the entire day - yes just him by himself. He went over everything he was going to do. Flash forward to 7:30pm and the car is done. Damn thing looks like a factory paint job. How is that even possible. Great guy, great company, great customer service. Keep up the good work guys. I've included some before and after pics read more
