Hugo did a very thorough job repairing a scrape on our Acura MDX bumper. The price was less than a body shop repair, so we were happy with that. A lot of care went into the repair as you can see from the photos. I did not expect such a process to fix a relatively minor scratch, but the result was that the bumper appears "like new". Especially impressive was Hugo's ability to match the repair paint with the rest of the bumper. Our vehicle color is "Tiger Eye Pearl" which has quite a bit of flake and changes tone depending on sunlight and angle. So far, the repair area is indistinguishable from the surrounding paint. My first visit was a very straightforward repair of a bumper on a 12 year old Audi. The second was to remove and reinstall the bumper and install a bolt on trailer hitch on an SUV. The third time was to do extensive work on repairing bumper and body damage on a classic 65 year old British sports car that was rear ended by an inattentive driver. In each case, I have been delighted by the quality workmanship and the fair pricing for the quality of the work performed. For the sports car, I was pleased with all of the same things, but also by the careful treatment and ingenuity involved with doing the work. There is literally no handbook for working on an old sports car; and finding the parts needed is a bit of a treasure hunt - but Bumper Specialists came through big time. Highly recommend this place! Very good service. I was looking around at different places to do my paint job and also install a new tail light. Other places quoted me at 2x and 4x the amount that this company was charging me. And they did such a good job! They painted over it so well-you can't even tell that there was scratches.
