Murrieta Auto Collision was so good to me from start to finish, when my car needed a collision repair. They communicated every update with me so well and their entire team is so nice. My car was looking good as new, and on top of that, they even detailed it and left me a little keychain as well. If you need collision repair done, this is the place to go! Unfortunately, someone rear-ended my car. This is the second time in recent months that I took my vehicle to Murrieta Auto Collision to be repaired. Everyone, working there is very friendly and professional. My vehicle was repaired in the timeframe in which they quoted me. My vehicle looked like a new vehicle when the repairs were completed. In the future, I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Murrieta Auto Collision. read more

Although I was unable to get the needed repairs done to my vehicle, I sent my vehicle to Murrieta Auto Collision for an estimate and they were completely great to work with. They were able to give a rough quote to begin with, but after a deeper look they gave me an honest estimate of what it would take to repair, and very empathetic of my situation (which I coule not be more grateful for). Unfortunately it was out of my budget, but every step of the way they worked with me and were willing to work with me to keep within budget. They understood the sentimental value I had to my car, and really did try to help me out. I would recommend them 100% of the time read more

I'm usually not the type to write reviews, I only do it when a service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. In this case, Mike and his team were absolutely exceptional. My son's car was recently stolen and recovered in a wrecked state. After shopping around at a few different places, I took it to Mike, and I couldn't be happier with that decision. Mike and his technicians did a great job restoring the car. What really stood out was Mike's honesty. He was incredibly willing to work within my tight budget and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary extras. They stayed focused on doing high quality work to get the car back on the road safely and looking great. If you are looking for a reliable, skilled, and honest body shop in the area, look no further. I would definitely recommend Mike's shop to anyone. Thanks again, Mike! read more

I felt overwhelmed earlier today, then I met Misty. Truly a God sent Angel. She saw where I was and helped me solve a problem. She quickly got one of her team members to install a rear-view mirror in minutes while I waited. Seems like a little thing, but it helped me immensely. Her kindness was a gift. The quality of workmanship was exceptional. Working with people that truly care is an amazing feeling. It's reassuring to see that there is still so much GOOD out there. Thank you for reminding me that it's all going to be okay:-). I would not go anywhere else; Murrietta Auto Collision has earned my loyal business forever. They are the very BEST! Recently chose this auto collision shop for repairs on my vehicle, was involved in an incident in September. When I reported the accident to my insurance company they wanted to total my vehicle. Received a call from the other parties insurance as they accepted the responsibility and after estimate was informed my vehicle could be repaired. I recently had my car repaired at Murrieta Auto Collision , and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Misty was amazing to work with -- she kept me updated throughout the entire process, made sure everything was done correctly, and had my car finished right on time. The quality of the repair work was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. It's rare to find a shop that's this professional and cares this much about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work -- ask for Misty, she'll take great care of you! read more

This is by far the worst place I have ever heard of or been associated with! It is licensed robbery! For a dent and a few scratches, they gave me a quote of almost $8,000 while the dealership (which is supposed to be the most expensive), gave a quote of $2,235! They figured if you have insurance, which I do, you would only care about your deductible--but their thinking is twisted and wrong, and rather unethical, so I passed on them, and you should too! read more

Mike from Murrieta Auto Collisions went above and beyond my expectations! He is very personable, honest, and ALWAYS followed up! When I first worked with Mike, he mentioned Murrieta Auto Collisions was here to serve the community. While you EXPECT someone to say that, I can TRULY vouch for this as they DELIVERED! I originally went in for a bumper realignment, I asked about my cosmetic warranty I had purchased with my car. It covered Paint-less dent repair and wheel repair and other things. Without hesitation, Mike put in the work and made some calls. After some back and forth with the warranty company, he was able to approve $700 worth of dent removal and curb repair for two wheels. Best of all, it was $0 out of my pocket! Working with the warranty company was extra legwork a normal person wouldn't have made the effort for, but this showed Mike's passion and dedication to his clients. While an auto collision center is somewhere you wouldn't want to find yourself in, just know that Murrieta Auto Collisions is a safe and honest business to work with and will take care of you, especially Mike! read more

My daughter got in an accident and I found this place on yelp and called and spoke to Mike, he was so helpful and nice at a time when I needed someone to just be nice as I was stressed and worried about my daughters well being. These folks are awesome, not only did they get the body work done on both our cars sooner than expected but it ended costing us a little less. This was the best auto repair experience I could ever imagine having. From the quote to the finished product Murrieta Auto Collision was amazing. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and helpful. But Mike Diaz went above and beyond in keeping me updated on the process and helping me out with an extra problem that involved bad work done previously at a KIA dealer. He was just so helpful, responsive and kind. Much appreciated. Annnd my car looks great. Also very reasonable pricing and they were very adept at dealing with my slow to respond insurance company. On a fairly ordinary Wednesday commute home, another vehicle attempted to occupy the same space as me during a lane change. There wasn't any gross negligence involved; it was some very unfortunate timing for both parties. We figured insurance would find us mutually at fault, and it would be cost-prohibitive to get them involved. The damage to my vehicle was fairly limited to just a dented bumper and a dented fender. The following day, I spent about 45 seconds on Yelp, saw the overwhelming positive reviews for Murrieta Auto Collision (MAC), and I went in for an estimate about 20 minutes before they closed. Here are the hightlights and why these guys are awesome. They were very transparent with me with advice. They were confident they could fix the dented fender via bodywork and paint, but they referred me to a local paintless dent repair company that could provide some really good results for significantly less money. I had to go with an entirely new bumper, and they had it ordered and in-hand within 1 business day! My accident was on a Wednesday. I visited MAC right before they closed the following Thursday. My car was repaired by the following Tuesday. Can't beat that turn-around time. The paintless dent repair company is coming by today to finish it off, and I look forward to putting this behind me. Mike was the associate I dealt with the most. Awesome dude, and he put up with a few silly questions on my end. Very personable, and I'm super grateful for his efforts to get everything handled. Herman helped me out on the Thursday that I went in for the estimate. He was able to get the damaged bumper bent back into a satisfactory state where I could at least drive the vehicle over the weekend - my tire was rubbing the fender when turning left -while waiting for the parts to come in. Huge thanks to these guys, and if I find myself needing additional work on my vehicle, this is where I'm taking it! read more

Vicky handled everything from start to completion. Checking in proactively to let me know any delays. The fix is perfect! Thank you MAC for making this experience painless and easy! read more

My car had a dead battery and I had to call roadside assistance for a jump start. Worrying if it will happen again, I went to an AutoZone and the test showed the battery was bad so I purposed a new one. Unfortunately the staff at AutoZone wasn't comfortable replacing battery for my specific vehicle model concerning potential demage to the car. I called Murrieta Auto Collision and they accepted this ad hoc work even if there's only half an hour left till store close. I drove there and was greeted by the staff I spoke on phone and soon the technician Herman dropped his work at hand and replaced the battery efficiently. He even declined to charge for the work in the end. You can see the craftsmanship and hospitality from the guys operating this store. Will definitely come back for repairs in the future. read more

Highly recommended this Family Owned and Operated Business. Back in June, my wife and I, made the decision, to have her Cadillac SRX Quarter Panel Repaired by them, after one other estimate, from a larger Collision Repair competitor. Got the estimate from Owner Misty, who was very friendly and more knowledgeable than the competitor, regarding what was needed for the Repair and how their Claim Process works with your Insurance. Misty and her Staff provided excellent and friendly customer service throughout the whole experience. They kept us updated on the status of the car and one delay, due to insurance approval, from the time we dropped off the car, to the time they were done with it. When we picked it up, it was like a New Car Delivery, the Quality of their work, from the Body Shop is Excellent!! read more

When I sustained front end damage to my car, I checked Yelp and Google to find a good body shop in the Temecula/Murrieta area. I decided to use Murrieta Auto Collision because it was so highly rated. My experience with them was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. They were quick to give me an estimate for the insurance company, and worked easily with my insurance when additional damage was discovered. I also had them repair some non-accident related paint damage after they provided a quote for a reasonable cost. All of the work is excellent, was done in a very timely manner, and the paint match is perfect for my 10 year old vehicle. I am comfortable recommending them to anyone needing their services. read more

Had the need to have a nasty scratch refinished as a result of some low life keying my wifes car. The scratch ran across the front passenger door and part of the read door. It was a deep scratch which necessated painting and blending. The final results were that the repairs are undetectable! Color and texture matches are spot on. They worked well with our insurance company. While having pay our deductible was not anything we wanted the experience with this shop couldn't have beem better. read more

Absolutely perfect service and body work. Lexus GX suffered rear bumper damage and Mike said it would take roughly 3 days for bumper replacement and paint. Not only did Mike and his team replace and paint the rear bumper perfectly in 3 days they also repaired a front fender rash without me asking for them to repair it...for no charge! Wow. Yesterday (3/27/2024 PM) I went to Murrieta Auto Collision (I've never been there before) with hopes they could give me an estimate for front hood damage that occurred a couple weeks prior, which to me, appeared to be a deep scrape damage down to the bare metal. Mind you, I picked this collision specialist from multiple reviews I read and Murrieta Auto Collision was at the top, with 5 stars. After a friendly office staff encounter, out walks one of their estimators, Mike. We walked to the truck, he inspected the damage, smiled and said, "is this it?" to which I said "yep, that's it." After inspection, he smiled and said he didn't think this was down to the metal damage and asked me to hang on a minute. A couple minutes later Mike returns with what appeared to be a lacquer thinner product(?) and a microfiber cloth. Mike wets the cloth and starts to rub the front hood area. Shazaam ! What initially appeared to me as a deep scratch down to the metal, was simply paint transfer from what I had nudged into weeks before. Mike smiled and again asked me to hang on another minute. Mike returns this time with buffing compound and an orbital polisher. Applying a little compound to the same area and letting the orbital polisher do its thing, all the damage was back to new showroom luster. I was amazed and Mike was just smiling. I offered to pay for his time and expertise and Mike said, "nope, all is good; just have a have a nice day." I said "nah, c'mon; please let me pay you." Mike continued to smile and just told me to have a nice day. This experience was simply AMAZING to me, that there are still businesses and people that go the extra mile, with just a smile. Although I hope and pray, I will not need their services again, if I do, it's a no-brainer where I'll be going. Thank you again Mike, you made my day! It's no wonder Murrieta Auto Collision has 5 stars! Best, Tom read more

We had the best experience here!! My husband was rear ended on the freeway and we decided to go to Murrieta Auto Collision for repair and are so glad we did. We were going through the insurance of the responsible party and knew this process could take some time. From drop off to finish, it took them exactly 2 weeks! They also were able to get insurance to approve factory parts, which is what we wanted. I was impressed with this time frame and even more impressed with the communication and friendly nature of the staff. Laura called every single day that she said she would to update me. The work they did is clean and perfect! We couldn't be happier. They washed it and made it so beautiful and sparkly upon pickup.
