Had some work done here on my car when it got backed into. Quality of work was really good and the communication with Edward throughout the process was easy. THey took care of the whole thing and with insurance. Great group of people and I highly recommend them if you're looking in the local area for body work. read more

UPDATE - They Made It Right and Went Above & Beyond I wanted to come back and update my original review because I believe a business should get credit when they step up and make things right. After the issues I had with the original work, Dario reached out to me personally and asked me to bring the car back so they could take another look and rework the areas I wasn't happy with. I brought the Jaguar back, went over everything with them, and they took the time to address the concerns properly. They corrected the issues with the hood and paintwork, cleaned up the areas that had been missed, and made sure I had an opportunity to inspect the car before everything was finalized. What impressed me even more was that they didn't stop there. They went above and beyond and took care of several areas that weren't even part of the original work. They addressed additional imperfections around the car, repaired and refinished the mirrors, and put extra effort into getting the overall appearance of the car back where it should be. The difference is significant, and the finished result speaks for itself. I've attached updated photos showing how the car looks now. Mistakes can happen with any business. For me, the bigger question is what a company does when a customer isn't satisfied. In this case, Dario and his team took responsibility, listened to my concerns, brought the car back in, and put in the work to make sure I was happy with the final result. I appreciate Dario reaching out and the effort the entire team put into making this right. Based on how they handled the situation and the quality of the finished work, I'm happy to update my review and give them the credit they deserve. Thank you, Dario, Edward and the team, for standing behind your work and going above and beyond. read more

10 stars for Leo, Maria, Edward and crew! They all hands down made an extremely stressful situation so much more bearable. It was already so hard being without my van for 2 weeks (especially getting a tiny rental car), but they were so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and ended up finishing 1.5 weeks ahead of schedule. They also graciously held my van and kept it safe while I attempted to work things out with our insurance company. The cherry on the cake was that Leo ordered my tailgate emblems in black knowing that I did a whole chrome delete for my van, a small detail like that meant so much to me and definitely gained a lifelong customer. I would highly recommend Leo and his team, come here and they treat you like family, they treat your vehicle like it's their own personal vehicle. When I picked up my van, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it looked brand new off the lot, cleaned inside and out (thanks Sam!) I was definitely not expecting this at all. Thank you all so much for your outstanding service! read more

We have been bringing our cars to Rancho Collision for over ten years, and we have always been impressed with their work and customer service. Recently, I had some bad luck on the road and needed two separate repairs on my car. Although it was a frustrating situation, Maria, Leo, Edward, and the rest of the team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They helped coordinate my rental car, kept me informed throughout the repairs, and were always friendly and professional. Rancho Collision is honest, fair, does excellent work, and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them. read more

Like most unexpected accidents, no one ever looks forward to dealing with the aftermath figuring out repairs, choosing the right shop, and stressing over the outcome. Fortunately, my experience completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I handed over my vehicle, Dario, Maria, and the entire crew demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that truly stood out. They not only handled the repairs flawlessly but also went above and beyond to make me feel confident and at ease throughout the process. I dropped off my car on a Monday and received it back the following Monday with the bumper looking absolutely perfect like nothing had ever happened. The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. Thank you so much to the entire team for your dedication and excellent service. I'll absolutely return for any future work, and I won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for top-tier auto repair that genuinely exceeds expectations. read more

I just noticed your response to my review. All it was, was insult to injury. My car remains to this day with one wheel completely scratched. Your business does not back its guarantees and your apologies don't change the fact that the owner is a misogynist. You have all my information an apology was very simple and a repair is still possible. read more

Visiting and had a fender bender. I was told about this place. Everyone was friendly and helped calm me down. Work was done by the time they promised and no nasty upcharges on my bill! When Dario, the manager, brought out my car, it looked like it had never been in ANY accident! It's an honest, reliable shop that will get your car back to the way you want it to be. Wholeheartedly recommend Rancho California Auto Collision. read more

I researched reviews from multiple sources before deciding upon this collision repair shop to get my car's body work done, having had a negative experience at another local shop a few years back. My repair was a non-insurance job, and the owner Dario quoted me an excellent price! The care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in making my car truly look "show room new" spectacular!! I cannot recommend this shop enough and hope you consider them should you need their services. read more

I would give 10 stars if possible. They not only did an incredible job fixing the damage on my passenger side but they buffed out all the other little nicks and detailed the inside. My car looked brand new when I picked it up..on time and for a price lower than competitors. Maria in the office is phenomenal as is Bruno. They are so warm and made it a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! read more

I had stopped by their office due to a body panel that had come off of my Range Rover. I spoke to them, and they took my car in back, replaced the inserts and put the panel on within a few moments. Our local insurance agent referred us to RCAC when my 2017 4Runner "the Stormtrooper" got banged up from sliding in the mountain snow into a wall. The front bumper panel was ruined, along with deep gouges on the oppposite wheel fairing. We didn't need an appointment. They were busy working on many cars (a good sign I guess), but everyone was friendly and directed us to the office. The office administrator is a very nice lady (didn't catch her name) who was efficient, helpful, and expert with dealing with insurance. We reviewed the damage with Bob the manager, a courteous guy. He told us he would call us the following day to review the cost and work to be done. We were happily surprised at the cost of all the work, and since it was so close to our deductible we decided to pay out of pocket. Communication was very good, they called throughout the process to keep us updated. A few business days later when we picked up the Stormtrooper I just stared at first. It looked like a brand new car. It was sparkling clean too. It's a few years old and had lots of little dings and scratches, mostly on the bumpers. The new front bumper looked great, white paint a perfect match. But they also removed EVERY ding and scratch on the car, including several on the rear bumper! I was amazed and grateful. It's so hard to touch up dings yourself, it never looks great. But they restored the exterior to like new condition at no extra cost. So nice. Thank you to everyone at RCAC who helped make our car repair a great experience. I'll always go there when needed in the future. They rock! read more

In this day and age where COVID seems to excuse businesses for poor customer service, it is so calming to find this collision shop. From the very second I walked into the office...Amazed! I was greeted by Sara. If you have any qualms with this lady, it's YOU! She is a classic example of customer service and so appreciated. In the heat, they graciously wrote up an estimate for my Suburban. A week later, I returned for the repair. Enterprise (Ryan) and Geico's (Andy) all worked in sync with this company and really, all I had to do was show up. I've forgotten what excellent customer service is all about and in fact, gave up trying. These people went above and beyond for me. I had a few scratches on my front bumper that they touched up and even buffed out my door, that was ruined by another company. Wow! In 100 degree heat. My Suburban looks prettier than it did when I turned it into them. It looks like they detailed it, and even shined up the tires. I am sitting here smiling. I have dealt with 2 other companies in Murrieta and Temecula and I've got to say.... This is the BEST kept secret in the Inland Empire. Prepare to be amazed! Sara and Michelle, Efren.... and all the guys behind the scene, my Husband and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. For your kindness and genuine concern for us. You guys are amazing! I don't know how else to express our gratitude. Please reach out to Julie Noh and tell her she was right. She sent me to you. Smiling cheek to cheek and wish your family only the best. Thank you again. read more

I went to Rancho California Auto Body expecting problems as I have unfortunately been to other Body Shops. But a friend said to go there. Well I really was surprised. The staff is quite welcoming and they handle everything to get your vehicle back in shape and paid for by your insurance. They are fast and efficient. My car is as shiny, clean, and perfect-looking as the day I bought it! I am very happy that I took my friend's advice. I will recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work. read more

We got our daughter's car fixed here, recommended by a friend of ours at consultATec. I highly recommend them! Thank you to all who worked hard on my daughter's car, it's as if we went back in time to 2007. read more

Definitely a five star review for Rancho California Auto Collision. An inattentive driver rammed her car into our van on Oct 31st. My insurance company has two recommended repair shops in Temecula and so I contacted both. 1) Estimate: Rancho Calif Auto said to come in (the other place said I needed an appt, Friday afternoon, and when I arrived the estimator was out of the office.) 2) Schedule: I received an appt for repairs the following week (the other place wasn't sure when they would be able to schedule me). 3) Quick & Quality: Rancho Calif Auto repaired my van in just over a week and the work is excellent. I will definitely recommend Rancho California Auto Collision to anyone who needs auto collision work on their vehicles. The office staff is friendly and helpful, kept the promises they made, and performed excellent work and service. Thank you. read more

Brought a car in couple weekends ago looking for estimates on repair work, damages involved the hood and fender mainly, with some frame damage. Initially had a hood and fender from salvage yard to save cost, but was told they wouldn't want to use those, and when discussing doing any of the work was told that the boss wouldn't want to bid this work and I should go to a smaller shop that I won't name but is a well known chain. I couldn't imagine these people are that big, let alone they sound like they only want small and easy jobs. The estimator wasn't even nice about it, just totally brushed me off. Unprofessional. read more

Truck was victim of some vandalism, this was where my insurance sent me. My truck was repaired in about 10 days! They were super transparent and communicated very effectively with me. The process was effortless. Little 5% discount from my deductible by using cash so that was awesome! And if I can be honest? After getting my truck back, I'm not even mad that I had to pay to get the damage repaired. It looks so good now, even better than what it was when I brought it in. I'm so happy with it. This auto shop is amazing. They fixed my van as quickly as they could after I had an accident where my van has to be towed. Plus, they completely cleaned my van inside. As a mom with a mini van, you can only guess what sort of trash we had all over the place. We went to pick up the van yesterday and it was shiny inside and out. They put all our belongings inside boxes in the trunk. I'm very happy with their service and will recommend them to everyone. I feel like they went above and beyond my expectations. read more

You guys have come to my rescue quite a few times, but this time, my friend was dropping me off at my car in the Wal-Mart parking lot and he got stuck. He wasn't familiar with the lot, drive through where the asphalt turns to dirt and sunk in from all the rain water (this was last week). He tried to get out and got stuck even deeper. Mike came to the rescue as my friend ended up high centered and tilted. Mike took extra care doing the extraction, even getting into the ice-cold, muddy, water to hook up my friend car extra carefully. Had he hooked it up the other way, the front bumper could've come off. Mike, I'm so grateful for all of your effort and to the rest of the Rancho team that has ever helped me ... you've also been amazing! Thank you all so much, and Mike, cheers to you my friend! You are our hero! read more

Beyond happy with my experience! Someone damaged my front bumper so I took it into Rancho Collision. They took my vehicle in right away and had it fully repaired earlier than expected, huge bonus! And to my surprise when I picked up my vehicle it was essentially detailed!!!! Inside and out, totally cleaned! So not only did I get to pick up my truck with a brand new bumper, but it was fully cleaned and in MUCH better condition than when I brought it in. And for that fact alone I would 100% bring any of our cars back if we had to. The ladies in the front office were extremely friendly from the first time I spoke with them on the phone and when I went into the office, very friendly and helpful. It has that "family owned" feel and service and in my opinion places like this are hard to find. So if you ever find yourself needing a repair, go here. Highly recommend!! read more

My 2012 Honda CRV was side swiped on the Interstate 15 as I was trying to avoid another vehicle. The damage was mainly to the left front quarter panel, wrap around front bumper, and the door. This was my second foray into Rancho Collision and I really think they are tops in the vehicle repair department. read more

Sometimes, a car is just a tool..... Just a mode of transportation. Not my wife's car. She LOVES that thing. So, when she was clobbered in a parking lot, she was devastated. Luckily, the other driver was insured, and we chose Rancho California Auto Collision to perform the repairs. During the whole process, Rancho was super-communicative. Getting parts for the car was problematic, but they were able to source Porsche factory parts pretty quickly. Given the severity of the damage, and the long parts list, they turned the car very expeditiously. When she picked up the car, it was flawless! The body work was perfect, and the paint was smooth and color-matched to perfection. Their attention to detail was immaculate. They even buffed the headlight capsules and shampooed the carpets! I highly recommend Rancho California Auto Collision.... A First-Class local business! read more

I was rear ended on the 15. Hit and run. Rancho Towing got us safely off the freeway. The driver was such a good guy and took extra time to calm the situation. After the accident, State Farm advised me to repair my car at one of their recommended service centers, warning that if I didn't, the repairs might not be done correctly, and they wouldn't fully cover the costs. I read reviews about Rancho California Auto Collision, which is part of the State Farm network, and decided to take my car there for repairs. It was immediately evident that the entire front plastic of the car needed to be replaced. However, the technicians only replaced the grille. The bumper, which was bent and had broken mounts after the accident, remained unchanged. When I asked why the bumper wasn't replaced, the office manager replied that if I paid for it myself, they would replace it. I was then called in to speak with the manager, who began explaining to me that it was made of plastic, not metal, and that it was considered normal, like new. He also seemed offended that I had described their work as subpar. In summary, it felt like they were taking advantage of customers. I do not recommend dealing with this company or getting insurance through State Farm. read more

My auto repair shop recommended that I go to Rancho California Auto Collision to give me an estimate on my Toyota Prius hood that wouldn't close all the way. My car would not start on a cold, rainy, windy day - Rene showed up, and quickly hooked my car up and towed it to my home 32 miles away. He was personable and professional. Car towing is not usually something to write a review on. With car towing, a decent experience is expected, and usually not reviewed. Well, this experience went smoothly, and I have nothing to complain about. Rene took the time to know my name, my address, he worked quickly, and got the job done. read more
