I randomly found All Valley Collision through a Facebook post, and I'm so glad I did! Luis did an amazing job on my 2013 Volkswagen Beetle, repainting the front bumper and hood. The car looks fantastic! He was courteous and professional, the price was great, and he kept me updated throughout the process on the status of my car. I really appreciated the communication and quality of the work. I would definitely recommend All Valley Collision to anyone looking for quality auto body work at a fair price. I will absolutely be going back if I ever need their services again! read more

I obtained quotes from three places listed on my insurance company's website and all were so high! As I was leaving the third place, I happened to pass All Valley Collision and decided to check just one more place, even though they weren't on my insurance list and I'm so glad I did! Rene was SUPER helpful, so friendly and understood our situation (a child hit my car with her Ebike, and her parents would be paying out of pocket). He did the estimate right away and came up with a couple different options, including fixing my existing door (far less $) when all the others said it needed to be completely replaced. It sounded too good to be true. A week passed and Rene proactively reached out to me, and was the only one to do so. He was on it and so I decided to trust him and the team. They got me in right away and he worked with my schedule. He warned that the color match would be ever so slightly off, but they would blend it. When I picked the car up, I couldn't tell any color difference at all! The team did a great job and even washed my car so it was sparkling clean! These guys truly try to help people by not price gouging and doing good, honest work. I can't recommend highly enough! read more

Joe and Rene were just awesome to deal with! The final work on the car is just superb. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I was traveling last month and had an encounter with a deer. I contacted my insurance and they told me just to take it in and get the appraisal. I'm old school so I went to three places. The last visit was to All Valley Collision. I was greeted by Rene. Such a nice guy and very professional. He took all my information and had my estimate within 10 mins. They had the lowest price of the three shops. Everything went really smooth. I own a deep gray 2010 Acura TL. I was very apprehensive because my son told me that gray is a very hard color to match to the original factory paint. I took 8 days to complete. It would have been ready sooner but the we some up and downs with my insurance. When I went to pick up the car I didn't even look at the repair work. I was totally overwhelmed by how beautiful my car looked. As far as the color match it was spot on and the car looked brand new. I got home, looked at work and they a fantastic job! Also, I had a chance to meet Joe. What a congenial man.. He was so proud of the work that his mechanics did. I recommend this shop, you get your questions answered, there's no BS and everybody that you deal with is very honest and knowledgeable. The reason why I decided to go with them is because I saw they were closed on the weekend. It's because of the work ethic and a strong belief that the weekends were made to be with your family. Isn't that something we all want? I commend them on that work ethic. Professionalism at its best! Many thanks to Joe, Rene and the rest of the crew! read more

Hands down the best place to come to! Joe was amazing to work with, he was HONEST and worked with me and my budget since I was paying out of pocket for the repairs! Haven't had customer service like this in so long! My car looks amazing and like the accident never happened. I had stopped at a few other places in the area and their estimates were ridiculous, Joe was fair, transparent and a straight shooter. I have other minor things to fix and definitely will be a return customer to have those repaired as well! Don't waste your time looking anywhere else, they can't beat him! read more

They do such an amazing job and very professional. Rene is so great to work with. I definitely recommend them!

we, my vehicle, was involved in a collision last month. It was struck in the right rear bumper by a motorcycle, lane share. the rider was OK, his motorcycle wasn't. which he just got it back from the shop from being repaired due to previous accident. when it was time to look for an auto repair shop, ALL VALLEY seemed to have gotten really great reviews. well, those reviews didn't disappoint. the owner, Joe, his team members Sharon, and Janette, aka Jay, were outstanding. Sharon helped me at the beginning, Jay in the middle, and Joe, the owner, at the end. the vehicle came out very nice, with a few upgrades added on to it, no complaints!!! we were very happy with the service and the outcome of the repairs. it's unfortunate that we have to experience this type of situation, but we are glad we went with all valley auto. it was also nice that they were next to the rental car my insurance had referred us to. all lived up pretty good. I highly recommend all valley for any repairs your vehicle might need. in addition, they are family owned, so if you're about supporting local businesses, well, all valley welcomes you!!! stay blessed!!! salamat, mahalo nui loa!!! \m/ read more

5 stars is not enough, honestly. I had the pleasure of doing business with Joe and James, both of them 100% awesome to work with. My 2018 chevy traverse was hit on the drivers side, both front and back doors were bashed in. Joe gave an estimate and it was sent in to insurance. after that, it was out of my hands. All Valley and my insurance collaborated with eachother, with Joe contacting me halfway thru the job to keep me up to date. I just picked up my traverse today and it looks amazing, they even washed and buffed it out. (thank you James). If you're wondering where to go after a bang up, please do yourself right and go to All Valley Collision. Joe will take care of you. He must be an amazing husband if this is how he takes care of his customers. Honest, friendly, communicative, my husband is happy with them and he's a hard to please Mexican read more

Not sure who's writing these reviews but trust me you don't want to go here! My car took 4 weeks for a bumper replacement. Joe didn't answer his phone, was closed when I went over there and had 100 excuses of why he could not get the job done. I was told everything, from sick employees, dead family members and missing employees. My car came back with a chunk on the bumper and chips in my hood. The chips in my hood were over sprayed to cover them up. The hood was fine before I brought the vehicle in. 2019 with 40k miles on it. I will never recommend this shop ever! read more
