Low points: * long runs and sags in paint * swirls and cross marks on fixed panel as well as adjacent panels * overspray residue on other panels * took my money, promised to fix, but then ghosted. * $700 but not worth it My car needed body work, paint, and clear coat. Ryan did a good job shaping the panel, but the clear coat didn't go on well and he knew it. He admitted that there are runs and sags, and that he'd come back the next week to fix it after it set. Other issues included swirls and marks on other panels as well as the repaired one. I've attempted to connect with him for the last 2.5 weeks, he replied initially, but I've been ghosted since. I was willing to be patient to let him fix the error, but now I feel like he just took my money and I have to pay someone fix his work. I would not recommend Ryan or Bumper Star. I'll revise this review if he fixes the issues. read more

Ryan and his team mostly fixed my mom's 2019 Nissan Kicks. The paint match and overall job was pretty good! First problem was that the grill was missing a tab, after the "finished" vehicle was returned. My mom noticed this because the grill was loose. Luckily, Ryan did come back and install the tab. We would have left a 5 star review at this point, but my mom's wheel arch completely disconnected while I was driving 30mph down a residential road. It seems like there were only 2 tabs that were securing this. There were multiple empty holes where fasteners should have been. So, either there were never any tabs there, or they were installed incorrectly and flew out. I have tried contacted Ryan about this since last week, and have sent several follow ups with no response. Since this is the second time something as simple as missing or improperly installed fasteners has caused an issue, I'm concerned there may be other areas where the work wasn't completed properly and could fail as well. read more

i was scammed by what they call gypsy and he messed up the paint on my Mercedes. i had an estimate from body shop for $850.
