I had two prominent dents in my Dodge Challenger- front fender bent in due to a motorcyclist leaning into it then racing away, and a heavy / angry door ding on the crease of the body. After sending him pictures he provided me a very reasonable quote based on the pics. I thought it would not be visible after he was done. That was not the case. It looks much better, but I thought paint-less dent repair meant that exactly. It would need some touch up by a body shop in order to not be visible. I would ask him if he can get the dent out with no visible signs it was there, before he starts the work.
