Looked decent day of dent was still there but he told me he couldn't take it all the way out. After he left I noticed paint runs and primer still showing. He then asked me to come so he could fix it and then he said it might have some yellowing. But if I hit it with a clay bar it'll fix it. I let the paint cure for a month before washing it and clay baring it. And it looks worse than it did before I got it fixed. Lesson learned. Pay once get it done right read more

I got a dent in my car door from a flatbed tow truck beginning to unload a car while I was backing up behind it. Not sure who was at fault and I didn't want to bring insurance into what I thought was a relatively minor issue. The dent was more than a ding and I could see it would require painting as well as a little body work. Mike drove all the way to the West San Fernando Valley from Riverside. He was confident from the photo I sent him that he could fix it up beautifully. Another mobile dent repair guy told me he wouldn't even do the job because it required painting and that was beyond his scope. Mike got right to work on the door. Maybe an hour or so later, I went out to see how he was doing and the door looked like there had never been a dent. It was perfect. He had already sanded the door down. All he had to do was paint at this point. An hour or so later, he called me to come take a look and explained that the computer had an issue with matching the paint. Indeed the door looked like a different hue and didn't match. It's possible I may have not noticed if he hadn't said anything. In any case, Mike was not satisfied with his own work and said he wanted to come back and re-do it at no additional cost. We set a time for the following week. Now who knows if a guy is really going to drive 70 miles or so back and re-do the job? But sure enough, Mike was early the second time and before I knew it (probably under 45 minutes), he was finished and this time the paint matched perfectly. I am so happy I didn't take my car to a body shop for a week or so and paid a much higher price. Mike did a fabulous job. read more

Here's my update ......The matter was never resolved, no misunderstanding as the owner said in his reply to my post. The last time we spoke was when he said he was waiting on more clear coat and he would call me. Never heard from him. The paint is a flat white on my car with no pearl essence in it. He charged me an extra $200+ for the pearl coat. It would be great if he just refunded me that extra $200. I just decided not to deal with him anymore. read more
