From start to finish, the team did an excellent job and the quality of the work really stood out. My Tesla now looks as good as new! Jessica and Jackie at the front desk are extremely polite and I love the fact that they have snacks and water up front. When I came in "I Love Lucy" was playing on the TV which was great. What impressed me most was how they handled an unexpected issue. Instead of brushing it off, the shop owner personally reached out to me and made it right. That level of accountability, follow-through and devotion to logic is rare these days and it went a long ways with me especially given Ramadan fasting season. The owner was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied and made whole. It never felt like I was being dismissed and they really took the time to make things right. It's that kind of service that makes you feel confident and safe bringing your car here. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business handles them says everything and All Magic handled it with integrity and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend them to others. I just hope I don't have to come back because that would mean something happened to my precious car again! Told me to send pictures of the damage and they provided an estimate of $695 -$795. Took my car to two AutoBody shops and the lowest was $1,395.00 bumper buddies came in at $600.00 Less which was within my budget. Made an appointment for two days later and the technician was an hour and 1/2 early but offered to come later. Since my vehicle was at work I told him No Problem. Manny my techician was very nice and Friendly. Took around 2 hours -2 1/2 Hours to do the work. It looks very good to me. There was one imperfection that really wasn't their fault, a panel came out and like a dumbbell I jammed it back in but a tab was sticking out so the panel was ever so slightly gapped. This warped the side panel It's not really noticeable. I don't blame bumper buddies for this. If you look at my bumper it's almost perfect. Final summation: I'm happy with the job that Bumper Buddies did and my Bumper Looks as good as new and side look as good as it can be without a complete replacement. I would use Bumper Buddies Again

BEWARE!!! This guy is a SCAMMER. Again he is NOT a autobody professional. I just reported this guy…read moreto the LAPD. And here's what happened. He came to my apartment in a small sedan with an Uber sign on his windshield. His vehicle and the way he acted and spoke were not professional at all and I should've caught his shadiness sooner but I didn't want to judge a book by it's cover. He promised that the paint damaged part (paint imperfections with a dent) would look like new again then he said he only takes cash (another shady part). 10 minutes later he asked me to take a look at the paint job. Since it was being done in my apartment garage where it's dark, I couldn't tell if the paint job was done right (my car is black too) but at least the scratches looked gone. I asked him if the dent was fixed as well since it was too quick. He then told me that I will have to bring my car to his shop next morning due to a power issue and he will text me the address later (completely different story from what he told me earlier he said everything will be done on site). I thought it was not a big deal so I let him continue. He said he will need 5 more minutes to finish so I just paid him then went back to my apartment unit to wait until he's completely done. Almost 10 minutes passed, no call from him so I went back to my garage. The dude was gone!! so I called him. He sounded surprised but he said he'd text me the address right away. I still effing trusted this guy but he blocked my number right after he hung up. I ran back to my car to check on the paint job and voila it looked like a 5 year old put some crayon on it. The scratches were all still there and of course nothing was done for the dent. Anyhow I'm going after this guy until justice takes care of this guy. It was not big money but I'm all about justice.
