Jessica and Jackie at the front desk are extremely polite and I love the fact that they have snacks and water up front. When I came in "I Love Lucy" was playing on the TV which was great. What impressed me most was how they handled an unexpected issue. Instead of brushing it off, the shop owner personally reached out to me and made it right. That level of accountability, follow-through and devotion to logic is rare these days and it went a long ways with me especially given Ramadan fasting season. The owner was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied and made whole. It never felt like I was being dismissed and they really took the time to make things right. It's that kind of service that makes you feel confident and safe bringing your car here. Took our Lexus RX350 to Caliber they are a AAA recommended shop…read moreAmber was our customer rep she explained AAA did not authorize OEM replacement parts and that the parts they used met the required standards. The damage to our car was mainly on the drivers front below the hood the fender, head lamp and bumper was replaced along with some painting. It took 3 weeks for Caliber to comlete the repairs Amber explained part of the delay was on AAA and having a Lexus tech do some calibrating. My wife picked up our "repaired" vehicle I looked it over and noticed the passenger side area where the hood and fender met looked like it was not aligned and you could see a big gap in an area that had not been damaged you could push down on it and it would pop back the repaired side looked ok. I told my wife the car needed to go back and fixed she took our car back and Amber basically told her there was nothing they could do a couple of days went by and the passanger side was coming undone once again my wife took it back this time amber said she would contact AAA she called my wife asked her to drop off our car once again AAA agreed to replace the crooked part. Another week Amber calls car is ready I look at the repair looks good pop the hood 3 clips are missing another clip has to be orderd. A week later the final missing clip is delivered to caliber another trip to the shop and the Caliber nightmare is over. All in all my wife made 5 trips to Caliber the most disturbing is Amber telling my wife there was nothing they could do to fix the side that had not been hit. Customers shop around before taking you vehicle to Caliber.

He came to my apartment in a small sedan with an Uber sign on his windshield. His vehicle and the way he acted and spoke were not professional at all and I should've caught his shadiness sooner but I didn't want to judge a book by it's cover. He promised that the paint damaged part (paint imperfections with a dent) would look like new again then he said he only takes cash (another shady part). 10 minutes later he asked me to take a look at the paint job. Since it was being done in my apartment garage where it's dark, I couldn't tell if the paint job was done right (my car is black too) but at least the scratches looked gone. I asked him if the dent was fixed as well since it was too quick. He then told me that I will have to bring my car to his shop next morning due to a power issue and he will text me the address later (completely different story from what he told me earlier he said everything will be done on site). I thought it was not a big deal so I let him continue. He said he will need 5 more minutes to finish so I just paid him then went back to my apartment unit to wait until he's completely done. Almost 10 minutes passed, no call from him so I went back to my garage. The dude was gone!! so I called him. He sounded surprised but he said he'd text me the address right away. I still effing trusted this guy but he blocked my number right after he hung up. I ran back to my car to check on the paint job and voila it looked like a 5 year old put some crayon on it. The scratches were all still there and of course nothing was done for the dent. Anyhow I'm going after this guy until justice takes care of this guy. It was not big money but I'm all about justice.
