    *STOP!! Take your time AND READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SIGN PAPERS WITH ALAN (Owner)* I took my vehicle for repairs that my Insurance paid him to do. He told me he was "NOT" going to work on the vehicle until he gave me an estimate for other parts of my the vehicle did not get covered by the insurance, so Alan was supposed to give me a quote for those damages which took him almost 2 weeks to make an estimate. Like other reviewers said, he just kept giving me run arounds as well as his Receptionist. Durning those 2 weeks I had found another shop that gave me a quote in just 5 minutes!! So once I told him that I needed the insurance check money back because i was taking my vehicle to another shop due to him taking waaaaaayy to long to give me a quote for a few parts to repaint, he got upset and decided to remove all bumpers, grille, mirrors and handles and even wet sanded the whole vehicle which wasn't even ready for paint at all, just so he can get a cut from the check!! I argued with him because He only refunded me $1,017 out of 3,500 to be exact. He also refused to finish the job that the insurance paid him to do. Alan's paint and labor quote for the insurance was about $2,400. Now I had to put over 1,000 dollars to fix my vehicle. I also got in touch with California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) bar.ca.gov and opened a case against his actions and let me tell you that did not go so great either. BAR went to my house and took a look at my vehicle, took pictures, saw the evidence and agreed that those actions were super bad. Took the investigator over a month to go to Alan's shop and then calls me saying that he felt bad for Alan because he was hurting for money so I was only able to get another check of $500. I was like really how the heck do you know he doesn't have money. AVOID YOUR HEADACHE AND SKIP THIS SHOP.

    Poor color match job. The bumper was replaced, but it does not match the body.

    Took my truck here after I was rear ended on March 22, 2017. Took them until May 12, 2017 to "finish" my truck. They were supposed to replace the rear bumper and muffler. I had to call nearly daily to find out the progress of my vehicle. In the meantime, the rental car company is trying to charge my credit card because I have not returned the vehicle because my truck was not ready within the one week time frame estimated. When they finally called to let me know the vehicle was ready, there were color dots on the FRONT BUMPER where they attempted to color match. Did not even try to remove them. I get into the vehicle and notice the odometer is about 200 miles more than when I dropped it off. I called the insurance company to verify the mileage at the time of the accident, and it was driven almost 200 miles since my accident. I ask the owner about this, and he replies that it is strange and swears no body drove my truck, expect to the car wash. Finally, I go to leave, and he asks me to pay him the deductible. I was not at fault and am not responsible for the deductible. He knows this, but asked for the cash. Why? To top it all off, I opened up the rear door the next day (today) and found that in order to replace the rear bumper they had to remove the door gasket. But, they didn't put it back on. I have pics of everything. Please do not take your vehicle here. Awful experience, no attempt to make it right on behalf of the repair shop. I was patient and nice, and all I got was awful customer service and a sub-par product.

    Never again. The lady is too damn rude, and unhelpful. She doesn't give accurate times and keeps you on hold

    I had a great experience with All Magic Paint & Body after bringing my car in for a broken…read morewindshield and bumper repair. Those gravel trucks are the bane of my existence! From start to finish, the team did an excellent job and the quality of the work really stood out. My Tesla now looks as good as new! Jessica and Jackie at the front desk are extremely polite and I love the fact that they have snacks and water up front. When I came in "I Love Lucy" was playing on the TV which was great. What impressed me most was how they handled an unexpected issue. Instead of brushing it off, the shop owner personally reached out to me and made it right. That level of accountability, follow-through and devotion to logic is rare these days and it went a long ways with me especially given Ramadan fasting season. The owner was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied and made whole. It never felt like I was being dismissed and they really took the time to make things right. It's that kind of service that makes you feel confident and safe bringing your car here. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business handles them says everything and All Magic handled it with integrity and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend them to others. I just hope I don't have to come back because that would mean something happened to my precious car again! But if I do - I know I will leave it in their care.
