May 2024 We took our 2020 cadillac Escalade to caliber collision after an accident. They charged my USSA insurance 11K to fix the front passenger side. To say the least they did a horrible job. We learned that they put used parts, left two dents and when we confronted them about it they said I must have gotten hit again by another car. Really? They refused to replace the used parts. Now the used part warped! Maybe the just tried to fix my old part. They didn't give me any before or after pictures. They used grease to lessen the noise in the shocks Which damaged the parts and cost me $2,500 to replace! I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I called to get a quote to replace my side mirror. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and informative. She told me it was best to bring in my car as a walk-in so a technician could look at the damage. I took in my car and a technician was available almost immediately to talk to me. He inspected the damage and made some recommendations. I gave him permission to order the parts which took 2 days to arrive. I had to wait an extra day for them to paint the casingbto match my car. My truck was damaged by hitting a donkey. We had it towed here the same day. We drove up there to speak to them about the repairs and how long it might take. We were told hazmat had to come clean at first before they can even look at it. Completely understandable. Except for two weeks at least before it was ever even clean. The sun was scorching hot in August and the disturbing blood and guts set on my truck for so long. Then after they finally looked at it they said it had to go to Ontario Mark Christopher because they're not mechanics and it doesn't go in reverse. We told them that from day one that it doesn't go in reverse. I've never heard of a auto repair shop that has to send out a vehicle for mechanical repairs because they're not mechanics. So it set at Mark Christopher's in Ontario for a few weeks then they said it Has to go back to the repair shop so they can pull out the grill in order for Mark Christopher to be able to make any repairs. It went back and forth to many times to count. I honestly felt like I was dealing with dumb and dumber. Then after all that we got at least 10 text messages about the truck should be ready on this date then no it wasn't ready. Over 3 months later we got our truck back. The worse experience of our lives. I have to say the people were very nice but nice doesn't get my truck back in a timely manner. Good service is something of the past that's for sure. The truck was filthy also when we got it back. They said they're cleaning it. The inside and out was super dirty. read more
