Due to some idiot coming into my lane and knocking my passenger side mirror off my car I had to take it in to get it fixed. Brought it here and all I have to say is I'm not disappointed!!! I thought this whole process was going to be a hassle and back and forth with insurance. Marie went above and beyond to make this process so simple and easy for me. I handed her my keys and she took over from there. I was notified and updated on my cars progress which I absolutely loved! I never felt like I didn't know what was going on with my car. They set up my rental for me and got that all squared away. Again, made the process for that very simple. Their customer service is awesome and I honestly couldn't have been happier with how fast this got done. They only had my car for three days. Honestly I wouldn't of even minded if they needed it for a week but hey, I'll take three days. They definitely make the process easy, no BS, no run arounds. I would not come back to this place! I took my car here to get an estimate to submit to my insurance. One took pictures and looked at my car and told me that he would have an estimate to me by the end of the day. No one called me. When I call, I told him that I was on a tight schedule and I needed to drop off my car on a Friday. A gentleman took my information and said he will see me on Friday at 8:15. No one was there when I arrived at 8:15. Then a young lady said that she does not have all my information. She would not have the parts. Their communication is absolutely terrible! read more

I had cleaned my car and the power seat had gotten stuck after I moved it to vacuum the floor. It as in the forward most position. I went to the Ford dealership and they wouldn't even look at it and told me it would be $2,000! I kept asking them to just move it back enough so I could drive because I just needed to be able to drive home! But then my friend told me about this place. And honestly? The best customer experience you can have. Every one of them was so pleasant and helpful. They took a look at my car and even moved my seat back so that I could drive home and were just over all very decent human beings. Great service! I had gotten side swept on the road and the car hit and ran, and I did not want to go through insurance. I checked out a few places for an estimate and they were giving out extremely high prices from the start and I knew they were just going to raise it. I found this place and Steve took care of me. He finished the job in the initial amount of time he estimated, and for a great price. My insurance (Safeco) has this valet service where they will pick up my car from wherever I am, drop off a rental car, take my car to get repaired, and then bring my car back to me and return the rental car!! I was like "WHAT??!!!??!!" It was THE SMOOTHEST car accident process I have EVER gone through and Marie my service advisor, as well as Steve the very nice gentleman who picked up and dropped off my car, were absolutely amazing!!! I accidentally bumped my car when coming out of my garage and even though it felt like a small tap, my bumper ended up coming down a bit and something underneath was dragging on the street. I called 1st certified collision and drove it in because it was so close and I can't rave about our experience enough. Steve was incredibly helpful and really explained and showed us what happened to the bumper. He told us that he'll do everything he can to fix it without having to order anything new and that's exactly what he did. He fixed it in just a few hours and even got rid of some other dents around the car for free. No part of this process felt like they were just trying to make money out of us, Steve really worked with us to make us comfortable. He regularly kept me updated by phone or text on the progress of the repair work throughout the day until it had been completed. I made reparations got my appraisal and appointment for Wednesday pulled up to drop off on Wednesday only to be told they would not work on it till next week my wife drives 45 miles to work and 45 miles back every day so I gave her my truck and changed my schedule so that the work on her car was going to be done in 3 days had they called me ahead of time and changed my appointment there wouldn't be to bad of problem but they failed to communicate until I got there maybe it was because it was small dent and they would not make that much money off job I'm truly disappointed read more

Could not be more happy about my experience with this auto body shop...of course the main concern was getting my vehicle repaired after being rear ended but Marie and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure the process was completely seamless. Their service is unmatched and when the other parties insurance said there was a limits issue and I had to go thru my own insurance for repair they didn't miss a beat. They immediately engaged with my adjuster to get all the approvals done which was a huge relief because I had no idea what was required. My car was repaired in a week (damage was pretty substantial!) and you'd never know it was in a collision, it's perfect! To say I would recommend them to any and everyone is an understatement.
