We chose Fix Auto Moreno Valley because they are relatively local, were a preferred shop, and specialize in Jeep repairs. The location is clean, and we were promptly welcomed by their employee who got the process started quickly. We were initially told the estimated repair time would be around three weeks, which concerned us a bit, but our priority was getting the job done correctly. Ultimately, it took about a month because we requested only original parts. Once they received all the parts, they worked on the car quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process, they kept us updated, and when we went to pick up the car, it looked as good as new. They informed us that they had test-driven it and gone through a thorough checklist. We also took it for a drive, and everything was just as they said. I am impressed with the whole process and glad we had no issues. Ohmygod. This place is a godsend. I'm in town to kidney match my mom when I had started to hear something off when driving. Pulled over in a panic and called Fix hoping I could get seen today. Enter Jessie. He assured me to bring the car and and have it looked at. Ten minutes later I get there and he takes a look at the car and what needs to get done. Cool. i have lost faith in this auto body shop. they have poor customer service and communication. whenever i tried to follow up about my car, they said it is not ready yet (this happened twice) then they also said that they would call me back (but never did, twice) the lack of professionalism was also appalling, when i was finally told that the car part that was needed for my car arrived to their shop on a Monday, when i called to follow up on friday, hoping that the car would be done they said they barely started working on it. i was livid, how can a shop hold on to a car part and not work on the car until the 5th day. i understood the length of my car being fixed, however i felt like it could have been shorter had they installed the needed part right away. i would never recommend this shop to anyone, i am certain most shop shops would have the decency to keep the customer updated and informed rather than delay the work provided. read more

Needed repairs on Honda -- alright, who put the median in middle of the road! Anyway, I was a little apprehensive about taking it to any shop. Not familiar with any. Went early morning to drop off my vehicle for repairs at scheduled date and time. But they did not want to take my car in for repairs. Instead they lie and say appointment was for the following week. Then I showed them the text sent from them confirming my appointment for that day and time. Next lie they said was that my adjuster scheduled the appointment or changed it and even as far to say that they just talked to my adjuster which is not true at all. I even contacted my adjuster directly and confirmed they had no contact with them. So despite all that clearly the issue was on them but instead of admit and make things right they will lie. They could have fixed things by respecting my time and taking my car in and honoring my appointment. If they lie about that I can only imagine the excuses or lies about other things related to repairs. With that said this is some accountability for them and to help others make a better decision on selecting a repair shop. read more

Eli gave me an estimate to fix the chrome tip and exhaust on my Chrysler 300. It was a far price and having them repair it. I also asked him after estimate to check out damage to bottom of my left front fender. He said wait a minute and then vent a got a cleaning material and cleaned it the black damage came off and didn't need repair as I thought. He saved me alot of money because I couldn't get it off and looked like paint damage. read more

I have been a cliente for Fix Auto more times this year than I would want to be. This year I have been in 3 fender benders. All 3 times, they have hit my cars. For all 3 times I have taken our Cars to get fixed here. Their customer service is outstanding and I am happy when I see that my cars look like new when I pick them up. What I also like is that you can make arrangements with Enterprise rental and they will have your rental at the location when you drop off your car for repair, and when you are ready to pick up your car, you leave the rental there as well. My car door was hit pretty bad and luckily they were able to fix it. When i got my car back, the door didn't even have a scratch! Great work honestly and very professional. They are always on time and quick .Very great customer service overall as well. A couple days later I came back and I asked them to replace my headlight since I had warranty with them and what they fixed covered it, and they fixed my headlight in under 30 mins at no extra charge. Beware! Horrible fraudulent auto body shop. They inflate the charges to your insurance and do not provide services as they should. I brought my car in and I couldn't even drive my vehicle away. I had to get it towed from their shop to a dealer. They failed to tell me the technician did something to my vehicle & the few calls I had with the guy in the front and the receptionist who doesn't seem to know what she is doing, they didn't mention anything! My car was in perfect condition and no issues (this was a minor accident with not much body damage) then they told me after signing the release and paying them , handing me my keys, and giving my rental key to them from the enterprise, "by the way your check engine light came on and it was a misfire and not drivable"! They tried to hide this until after paperwork signed releasing them from any liability. I had no vehicle and they refused to give me the rental key back that my own insurance covered. Apparently they processed it in their system within less than 5 mins and nothing they could do. The manger seemed to agree this was not handled correctly and the employees are incompetent. Oh and the guy in the front, said mechanical issues happen all the time there after a vehicle is in their shop, and normal occurrence. Scam! Go somewhere else, all their reviews I'm sure are from family and friends of the shop. read more

My car was fixed over six years ago here. They had guaranteed a limited lifetime warranty on their work. I took my truck in that needed a bolt in the area they had worked on. This is about Fix Auto in Moreno Valley, my wife took her vehicle there to get an estimate done due to some vandalism. They asked her to just sign so they can do an inspection. They explained that they would inspect the vehicle and let her know what needs to be done via a estimate. After about a week past she called over to get a status update on the vehicle because no one reached out to her during that time frame. Eli at the body shop got on the phone and explained that the insurance company denied part of the repairs that my wife and Eli went over together. At that time Eli asked for authorization to do the repairs that the insurance company did authorize. My wife told him no do not do anything on the vehicle until she speaks to the claim adjuster and Eli said no problem I'll wait to her from you or the adjuster.  The next morning Eli leaves a voicemail on my phone saying the vehicle is being sent out for tint and all the repairs are done and the vehicle will be ready for pick up this afternoon. We called Eli to see what was going on and why were the repairs done when we agreed that the repairs would not be done until we speak to the adjuster. Eli then says to my my wife called in and spoke to Carolina and gave her authorization to repair the vehicle AND THAT IS A LIE NO CALL WAS MADE AND WE HAVE PHONE RECORDS TO PROVE IT. At that point we explained to him that no authorization was given and he insisted it was, basically calling my wife a liar. We explained that was unacceptable and we will be reporting him and the shop and at that point he hung the phone up on us. It's sad that Eli thought that my wife was going to be helpless and try to take advantage of a woman, you would expect better from an woman owned shop. Took my truck in on a thursday morning didnt get any sort of call til Tuesday the following week. That's ok it's the weekend. They tell me the 20th and that day comes and they tell me it's done except for a foglight cover. The next day I get a call that my truck dashboard lit up and they have no idea what's going on so they took it to Toyota early on a friday. No call before closing to let me know the status and they close for the weekend. On monday still no call by 2ish when I call for the first time that day. I call them they tell me they will call me back. Call them at 5ish the same day to try and get an update before they close. No one answers at my local shop and the girl dealing with the phones ask if I want to leave a message. So this is me leaving a message take your car elsewhere if you don't want to get dicked around. read more
